I’m gonna have to give 1 star simply because I ended up spending more money fixing the young technician’s mistakes AFTER all the services I got. You could go here but I would double check the work (which you shouldn’t have to do)

Had significant oil leak Chris diagnosed oil filter seal within mins Steam cleaned immediately He up sold me water pump - even though no problem had been experienced prior I requested idler bearing replacement as truck has nearly 600,000 miles Next day picked up truck Oil Ievel 1.5 gallons low (not even on dipstick) Idler bearing not installed Asked for the new oil filter back (I purchased a filter to obtain new seal) he ordered a new seal and said tech installed the oil filter. I noticed coolant level was below max level and asked for it to be topped off Was told it was, but it was not as I checked it afterwards and added 1 gallon Chris called me and told me $1350 Upon arrival told bill increased over $100 Without a reasonable explanation He did charge a $25 materials fee but apparently that doesn’t include oil or coolant I spent another $45 at Truckstop afterwards to obtain oil and coolant to fill to appropriate levels I provided a new gallon of coolant before service was finished to top off coolant No mention about it other than, neither it nor my truck coolant tested good I had a complete double flush 1 year ago as a coolant line on the engine failed and I bought 20 gallons of extended coolant to replace the entire quantity lost twice.
