Great vehicle service team and technicians! The sales floor staff might benefit from relearning the best techniques and conversation skills already mastered by the Honda service team. Service > Sales

I usually don't goto the dealer for oil changes and tire rotation. But it's free for 2yrs with my purchase. Service was great and my car was ready in about 2 hours!

Two words “Mike Zara” will be reported to HR! “Service manager.” hopefully after HR contacts you you’re going to learn how to talk to people correctly.

They were really busy when I got there. But the advisor apologized for the delay and he was nice.

It's places like this that give dealerships the bad name they have. The service advisors were great but everything else was absolutely terrible. First time I went for some recall work to be done and I was handed a $7000 bill I went home and did the work myself went back because I don't have a tire balance machine and the tire places near me wanted a stupid amount of money. This time a bunch of stuff they wanted to charge me hundreds for are miraculously all better and fixed despite the fact that these are the items I never fixed and hadn't yet addressed. So basically when they were trying to get thousands out of me my car was falling apart and when that wasn't possible all the items are fixed despite them not being fixed I know this because the parts are sitting in the trunk of my car. 2 examples they said the engine air filter was bad despite me having replaced it 2 days prior meaning they never even bothered to check. They said the windshield wipers and the sprayer were good despite the washer motor being broken the new replacement motor was in the trunk. These are easy items to check on and they couldn't be bothered to check even the basics so how confident am I that they did the oil change and the tire balance I paid for. I'm sure they just took it to the back and sent it back out without doing anything avoid this place at all cost the mechanics here are clearly to busy to do the job they are paid to do. Sent my car back after I realized they never looked at came back and still never looked at it so I just left before I lost my temper no manager ever spoke to me despite this being gross negligence on the part of this StealerShip

When a customer or potential customer says text me,instead of calling they should listen. As I am hearing impaired.

I don’t really like to write reviews but I feel like teen parents and general public needs to be aware. I took my teen son’s car honda civic 2022 with approximately 1800 miles to the dealership during school summer vacations to be fully inspected (oil, battery, brakes, etc), tire replacement, rims. I left the car there for a good 4 days. When I arrived to pickup it up I failed to walk around to verify the repairs. I trusted “professional people.” I drove the car home and everything seemed to be fine. I woke up the next morning to a flat tire. I started to walk around and noticed that the rims looked the same as when I took the car in for the rims to get fixed, also noticed something weird around the tires. I then had the car towed to the dealership since it wasn’t drivable. I gave the dealer the benefit of the doubt since it wasn’t only one tire that needed to be replaced it was three of them. I was told by the service advisor that my son’s car was going to be ready to pick up the next day. Next day arrived, I called the dealership to be told that my car was taken to a body shop. I got concerned because I didn’t give authorization to the dealership to have the vehicle taken overthere. However, Julio my service advisor at that time did everything on his hands he could to figure out why the car was removed from the dealership and taken to a body shop and called the body shop to bring the car back. Couple of hours later I drove to the dealership. I waited there for a good 30 min until I was finally able to speak with the service manager. The manager was unaware of the situation, he called the body shop and came to find out that he had released the wrong car to them. My son’s honda car came in with approximately 1895 miles according to the towed company and ended up with approximately 2200. The manager apologized for the inconvenience, but he didn’t take responsibility of the extra miles the car had or the fact that it was his fault the car left the dealership without the owner’s request or authorization. He justified the miles by saying “service must’ve had taken a wrong odometer reading” He offered a one time oil change for free to which I kindly declined, he then suggested that I was asking for cash/ money to which I never mentioned neither asked for in any type of way. I replied back “ I haven’t asked for money or free service “, he replied “ what do you want then” to which I respectfully responded “ I would like to have my vehicle re-inspected since I already paid for, my tires replaced and rims fixed which they were also paid for, is it too much to ask for the service department to do their job?. Yesterday, couple of months later, my son was driving his car and overheated, the same honda I took couple of months ago to get fully inspected is now at approximately 2293 miles with a power train system failure.. a diagnostic from Autozone..with the most likely solution is to replace oil control valve. Isn’t this something? I took his car to be fully inspected and now not many miles after a oil replace is require. Needless to say this dealership has not work ethic, they are negligentp. Like I mentioned before I don’t like to write reviews nor I have the time to do it but this was very much need it. My advice; Think twice before trusting their service department with your car. They should have a recording just like any other dealer when a service is being preform for a customer peace of mind. I bought my son a brand new car just to avoid having car issues and trusted this dealership with the service and got disappointed.

I left my car in a good shape without any cosmetic damages, and I got it back with a huge crack in the windshield they didn't respond for it or didn't want to take the responsibility for what they did while they were performing the service, the only person that tried to help a bit was Chris Perez. " The manager" was rude and tried to justify that maybe it happened before and I didn't notice it !!! It is too big to not be noticed! please just a little bit of common sense... Please make a video of your car and check it all before leaving. The people in this dealership do not care about your vehicle.

Nice place to wait. Service was quick and the staff friendly.

Dec 05, 2023

Oil change and tire rotation (basic 5k service) took 2 hours with an appointment on a weekday. Was told it would take 1 hour so I waited. Service said I had a recall as well and it would only take a few minutes. Instead they forgot to do it during the 2 hour long basic service. Poor experience for such a basic, bread-n-butter service. Usually willing to pay the dealer service premium to make sure there’s no questions around the warranty.
