Worst team, worst cleaning! Disrespectful staff and bad management is there! Even asking cashier and speaking to manager earlier this car wash people are working at their worst! Their rates are not defining their job! I would take its rating to negative! Their charging for the service is extremely high plus they are charging credit card for exaggerated amount of tax and fee!

Bullshit detailing center if you love your car DO NOT TAKE IT TO THIS PLACE EVEN IF YOU DO MAKE SURE TAKE OUT ALL THE MATS AND CHECK THE WATER BECAUSE THEY WILL HURRY THINGS AND FLOOD ALL OF YOUR WIRES then they will say you put the water like why would I mess up my own wires

I hadn't been to Hollywood in years since their prices went up but when another Kensington car wash went up to $25 for a basic wash, I decided to give Hollywood a try and got one for $15. They accept credit cards, have a nice waiting area and do a great job. Note: You have to leave the vehicle during the car wash.

Got home to see we still had gunk in the grill and in the crevices of the window shield and sunroof as we had previously gone through an underpass and it was raining and the car got splashed with some cement or paint like substance. For all the banging around with the scrub brushes it was a pretty crappy job done! It’s unfortunate as the guys were friendly and the place looked nice as well as the prices.

I abhor this place - their customers block up traffic both ways on church, with the most brazen moves to get into the stupid line into the car wash. And on Coney Island, they have cars out blocking half of the lane — It’s a HUGE pain to live nearby, and the city is letting residents down by doing nothing to mitigate it. It feels totally lawless!

I took my car to this carwash for a full detail, and they did an amazing job. The interior was spotless, and the exterior looked brand new. It took a bit longer than expected, but the quality of the work made it worth the wait. I’ll definitely be returning.

I’ve been today for oil change six guy try to changing tire and nobody doesn’t want to change oil. The guy route I’m customer almost 7 year I don’t want come back again.

Overpriced service for oil change. Unnecessary things to buy for your car. Car Washes aren't good either. Make sure to check on your floor mats, they're times don't put it back when interior cleaning. Plus, they've broke off my tailgate wiper during a wash, and tried to lie and say they're not responsible.

Shockingly bad job, stole my device right off my dash, pulled another car so far onto the street that it got clipped by a truck. Avoid. You and your car will get hurt here when they push it onto a busy road to dry it.

This one was one of my favorite place! But this year I have came many times and they have worsened the service. I will not go back to that place. My car was dirty and the guys do not clean it well. Don’t go to that car wash.

Horrible air freshener sprayed in my car. Can’t get the bad perfume out. Otherwise, they visually cleaned it well, but I won’t be going back because of the smell in my car.

That was my first and last visit to this dirty and awful carwash. The prices are very high and on top of this they are not doing their work clearly. VERY VERY BAD SERVICE!!! The other car washes with low prices they are washing the cars better than this carwash.

Самая конченая мойка в Бруклине. Работаю тормоза. Все. Плевать как помыли. После мойки оставили грязь мусор и разводы на стеклах. Рейтинг говорит сам за себя. Так что не заезжайте сюда.
