I couldn't be happier with the service I received with Hometown Hybrids. John replaced my Prius hybrid battery in my driveway in less than half an hour. He wasn't even rushing through it, he just knew exactly what to do in such a professional way. My next door neighbor even came over to watch the process and asked him questions throughout. The whole thing was pleasant and John was great. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Great experience working with Hometown Hybrids. Unfortunately several things on my prius decided to all crap out at the same time. These guys got me my fair quote and recommendations and had my car rolling within about a week. My mechanic John was also very friendly and efficient and got my repairs done even faster than expected. Highly recommend.

These people are gold! I needed help replacing the auxiliary battery in my Prius and through text and phone they answered my questions and gave me the best advice I could have ever gotten! They helped me solve my own problem and did not charge for the advice. Thank you so much!

Karl came to our place and we could not be happier! My wife's 2012 Prius C gets about 10-15% better gas milage so far after he replaced the battery. They are based out of Houston, mom and pop shop, and I will call them for both of our hybrid cars from now on beacuse of their technician here in San Antonio! The price was very competitive compared to what we researched online, Karl was super honest, professional, and punctual! I can't recommend Hometown Hybrids enough!

Karl Alex from Hometown Hybrids came and replaced the hybrid battery in my Prius. He showed up a little early, which is good. Ran several diagnostics tests and determined the battery was bad. He then removed and replaced the battery in about 45 minutes start to finish, explaining everything he was doing and why. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about his job. Hometown Hybrids sent Karl out the very next day. They were courteous over the phone and understood what I was telling them what the car was doing. I strongly recommend them to anyone who has a hybrid vehicle.

I knew the time would come when a new hybrid battery would be required, but I had hoped it would last a little longer. To get a quote from a genuine Toyota dealership for over $6,000 was a shock! Hometown Hybrids is a miracle! Jessica was quick to message me when I first reached out. She also did a great job the day before, the day of, and after the service. When repair day came, I was not prepared for a simple Toyota Prius to be the "repair vehicle," but it was just the start of how simple and quick the process is. Miguel, the service technician, was PHENOMENAL! His experience, friendliness, and down-to-earth demeanor were excellent! If you're looking for a hybrid battery replacement, PLEASE get a quote from Hometown Hybrids! I know they will be better than the dealership, and I'm confident they will beat any "repair shop."
