I took my car in for a brake job. Let me just say they are very friendly highly efficient and got the job done at a fraction of what I would have to pay at other dealerships. The office staff is very nice and accommodating. They answered all of my questions . I'm glad I found somewhere local now to take my vehicle to for all of its maintenance. James the man working in the front is super nice. Will definitely be taking all of my business to this establishment.

After having one of our vehicles repaired at Hometown, we were very happy with the workmanship and general results. We decided to get new tires from them too. Same results. We were happy with the response time and service.

Brought my poor old 20+ year old pick up in for a coolant leak right at holiday time as usual. They took it right in and got me quoted and done without a hitch. I have only good things to say about James and crew at Hometown Auto. The communication was on point and they did all they said they would do and more. They fixed a couple of things on my GMC Canyon that wasn't included in the final bill (popped a dent out) and I was pleasantly surprised with the great customer service. I couldn't recommend them more.

I am a police officer and my police motorcycle rear tire was going flat. They are not a motorcycle shop but I stopped and took a chance. They got the nail out, plugged my tire and got me back on the road. Super friendly staff and they definitely back the blue.

I had made a dumb mistake and put gas in my diesel tank - first time I had done that. James got me in right away and did all the work. I am so grateful to the folks at Hometown. I'd recommend anyone to take their car their for good, honest service. Thank you!

I have used Hometown Tire & Auto for maintenance and tires on my car, and have always been happy with the service. Recently, I had a more complex issue that needed to be addressed. James took care of everything, kept me updated during the process, and went the extra mile to make the experience more pleasant. Nobody likes having car problems, and it makes a huge difference when you feel like someone actually cares. Thank you, James and Rob, for the great customer service.

My Ford F150 had an oil pressure failure, I had AAA tow it to a shop, that shop called me and said my engine was shot, I needed a new engine and it would cost $9,000.00 dollars. I decided to get a second opinion and had AAA tow it to Hometown Tire and Auto, it turned out to just be a collapsed Fram oil filter. You can trust Hometown Tire and Au to to honestly repair your vehicle with reasonable prices.

Great staff and James especially worked with me on getting an affordable price. They were quick and even though I had to leave it over the weekend it was an overall great experience. There's lots more work to be done on my truck, but I'm definitely taking it back to them to fix.

The best customer service I’ve seen in so long. They helped my mom even get into her car after she locked the keys inside. Also sent a kind follow up text to make sure she made it home safely. Don’t let women take cars there, had her go in for alignment they say it needs 5k in work without it an alignment sheet, $140 wasted. Oh we just did a diag but it doesn’t need anything they listed.

5/7/24- I am pleased with the excellent service I received from Hometown Auto in Liberty, TX. with major issues on my vehicle. They were prompt, courteous with detailed information explaining the issue. It is refreshing to find auto repair service that treats customers fairly on the prices and cost. They corrected an issue also that a former auto service did not take care of.
