Do not use this company. They don’t really repair your car. When they brought my car out after it was supposed to be finished, it was wet and looked ok. When it dried, you could see that the damage was still there. A door panel they charged me for that needed replacing, still had the same scratches as the accident caused. I brought it back. They supposedly fixed it, but the scratches on both sides of the car have re-appeared. I have pics of the accident and it is clear to see that the scratches showing through their “repair” are still there. Don’t know what they did during that 2 weeks they had my car, but they didn’t spend the time fixing it.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Homewood Auto Body Specialist. The staff takes friendliness and customer service to another level. Their prices were the lowest, they finished my repair before it was promised, and did perfect work. This business is a model for others to follow on how to treat customers fairly, professionally, and respectfully. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

I took my ‘02 F-150 to them and they did an EXCELLENT job repainting my hood that was peeling and had faded due to its age. Cathy went beyond her duty and I couldn’t be happier with their work. Thank you so much and I would highly recommend their service!

Friendly and quick service! Had an issue with my hood opening and had taken it to multiple shops that had been unable to fix it. They were kind, and literally had the hood open in minutes!

I brought my Volvo in to get my rear bumper and quarter panel repaired— they did an excellent job! It did take longer than expected but that’s just the nature of the business when getting an estimate. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my car and saw that it was cleaned so well it looked like a brand new car, wheels and everything. Cathy and the gentleman in the office with her are so kind and a pleasure to do business with!

Cathey west is a freaking goddess. I called her after an accident and she was able to give me a repair estimate over the phone right there at the scene of the accident. I got an estimate from her WELL BEFORE the police managed to arrive. She really put me at ease, very knowledgeable and helpful.

They do phenomenal work! I’m not originally from the area so I had a hard time finding trustworthy shops, and Homewood Auto proved to be an extremely great choice. I’ve been burned by paint jobs from other places in the past but Homewood Auto matched my paint almost perfectly and you can’t tell any harm was ever done to the car! Would HIGHLY recommend!

I visited them last week for my car's scratch on the left fender. I walked in and they did serve me without appointment. I met Cathy and she was so kind and gave me the right information. I also went to Jim & Jim's body shop and they gave me an estimate of $1400. When I showed the damage to Cathy got few liquids and a drill with sponge and worked on the scratch for like 10 mins and she cleaned it and there was a very minor scratch left. I asked her if it needs to be fixed and she said 'No we're good'. She didn't charge me and it was very kind of her. I talked to her about auto stores around and which ones are good and trusted she passed me a few contacts and shared good knowledge about maintaining a car. You're the best Cathy!! Thank you for your service!!
