Erica Gillespie is a treasure! It is rare to find such customer service in today's busy world. She truly listened to my needs and addressed my concerns. I will continue to use Honda if Fort Worth to service my car because of employees like Erica.

Hello, I wanted to share the experience I had at Honda of Fort Worth service department. I went in to get my struts replaced for my car. Erica was my service advisor for this appointment. Erica started off with a friendly greeting and came off as helpful at first. It’s kind of ironic because she started the conversation off with we are going to get you taken care of just don’t destroy me in the reviews in joking way lol. I laughed and said no I wouldn’t do that lol. But here I am writing a review because she made my experience difficult rather than easy like she is supposed to do. However as my service went on Erica became more irritable as I asked questions about the repairs being done. I asked if they could check the alignment before they did and charged me for an alignment. Erica said she will check with the technician to see if that was okay. I had no problem with that. Erica also said she would check with me before they did an alignment. Once again no issues there. I also asked to keep the old strut parts. She said that was fine as well. At that point I felt I had used up all my questions for the day. As Erica only seemed to be more frustrated with the last question I asked. Erica advised me that the repairs should be done by early afternoon. I said okay no problem I will see you then. I called her at 1 o’clock to get an update because I had to arrange a ride to get to the dealership to pick up my car. When I had called her Erica responded with “I told you I would call you in the early afternoon” I responded with okay no problem is there any update ? Erica responded with I will check with the technician and call you back. I never got that call. So I made the decision to get dropped off there and wait until the car was done. I arrived there at 2:00pm I went to her office and asked if she had heard anything about my car. Once again she stated as she looked at me with annoyance and with agitation in her voice Erica said. I told you I would let you know by early afternoon. I looked at her and said hey it’s 2 o’clock that is early afternoon. She responded with “no, 3 or 4 o’clock is considered early afternoon” I was confused by this because I thought that was considered late afternoon lol. Hell it could be considered as evening time by some. Anyway, she was rude in that aspect and overall she made the experience tough and difficult. To get information about the car. I believe Erica needs some training on customer service and also she needs to get her attitude in check. I believe I will go back to Honda of Fort Worth however I definitely will not be working with her.

Absolutely the best car service in the DFW!! They are honest, up front and very respectful of your time. They offer timely updates on the repairs to your vehicle. No surprise cost upon completion. Erica Gillespie and Trent are my go to people. They remember your name and what's needed for your vehicle and get you on and out!! And they even did the little stuff you don't notice!! I always schedule service, but this past Friday I forgot and still had me out within an hour!!!

It is very disturbing to me that the Honda Fort Worth service company did not preform SERVICE on the A/C in the best interest of the us, the customer but, was more focused on their own pockets. I was not looking for a diagnosis but to get the A/C working! Having a 30+ year background in the air conditioning industry, I was very clear to the Honda Fort Worth service writer that the car is low on refrigerant and should be recharged with refrigerant (R134A) which they clearly charged me for. The Bottom line is, If the service tech would have done his job we would have had air conditioning the moment we drove down the road and probably for the rest of the season. Instead we were left driving to my son's college 2-1/2 hrs away, with NO A/C in 102 degree F heat. I arranged to take the car to Greg May Honda not far from the Baylor College Campus the day before fling back home to Chicago. The Greg May Honda service writer indicated “that if the previous service tech would have recharged the car the A/C would have worked fine for the rest of the year”. The leak he indicated in their work order was so small that his SNIFFER (ELECTRONIC LEAK DETECTOR) could not find it. He had to add a DYE to find the miniscule leak. We could have just recharged the car but, we are planning on keeping for another two or three years so we decided to replace the condenser coil in addition to recharging. The Greg May Honda service writer also indicated to us that the Honda factory condenser coil was out of stock but an After Market coil is available and they could have it done directly. We also had Greg May flush the power steering fluid for $172.33 instead of paying $3,163.63 to Honda Fort Worth. Beware of this dealer based on their Service Sales Tactics we walked out of there with an estimate handed to us for Service work requiring Immediate attention: $3,163.63 power steering rack replacement. (flush cured issues) $534.99 Power steering pump reseal. (Not necessary) $212.62 Timing Chain Tensioner Cover Reseal. (Not necessary) $685.00 Replace water pump. (Not leaking) $500.00 Adjust valves replace spark plugs. (Previously done as indicated to service writer) I have owned Honda vehicles from 1980 to current day and have always used a Honda Dealer to do all our maintenance. Never have I come across a Honda Dealer (HONDA FORT WORTH) more concerned about their own bottom line than the customers needs. We did reach out to their supervisor who insisted on everything they did was correct. WHY THEN WOULD THEY SEND US DOWN THE RODE WITH AN IMPROPERLY CHARGED A/C IN 102 DEGREE F HEAT? My recommendation as many others have posted stay away!!!!!

Twice my son’s vehicle went to this dealership/ service department and after spending close to $3700.00 I can honestly say I would not trust the service advisors or technicians to ever work on a vehicle.

I’ve been servicing my car since 2018 and I have never bothered to leave a review until now. My service provider was Danny and he was AMAZING. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He was nice and understanding and listened to exactly what it is I wanted done and did it ! God bless him!

I took my car in to have the ac checked and battery terminal cleaned. They wanted $800 for an ac valve leak, which I already had them replace for $800 in August of 2022. I was charged $200 just for the ac diagnosis today, the cost of which I was not notified of before dropping my vehicle off. I am frustrated that Honda is using faulty parts and charging full price for them when they inevitably fail again in this 10th gen civic. An hour after leaving the service center my car was continuously honking and I had to return to the service center while people glared at me on the highway. The service employee told me there was no chance this issue was due to the terminal being cleaned earlier in the day, even though this has never happened to my car before today. They said it could be the computer failing and it may cost me $2,000 down the line to have that replaced. I won’t be coming back here and would recommend using a different service for your Honda. I don’t feel this service center is trustworthy and I feel I was ripped off.

A few weeks ago my wife and I needed assistance with a gas cap issue. Randall made such an impression on her that now I use Randall for all of my service needs. If I could give him 10 stars I would! Honda of Fort Worth Service department holds high expectations with their service department making it an experience that I have never had with any service department until coming across these guys. You won’t regret using them!

Horrible experience in express lane but Dillon in parts! OMG the best customer service in my experience. It's a lot of money bags working at Honda, but HIS mannerisms and willingness to to treat me like a is human noted forever. He was so cool. Then after discovering that my car was written on, as I was leaving, one of the supervisors had the courtesy to wipe it off, with his hand. That was so humble to me. Took my Honda pilot to get checked to service since i bought the extended warranty through them i wanted themselves to fix it, turns out that vehicle didn’t had leaks but needed freon and the charge to fill it up it’s $425 just for a simple freon a ridiculos quote, when Ashton gave me an explanation about charge that it takes 2 hours to fill it up and the machine it’s $15,000 etc etc now the next thing is that if i choose not to do it the diagnostic is $365 so basically they put you in a situation where no matter what you have to do it, my review is to let everyone now how it works and it’s better to go elsewhere, i had to pay the $425, the extended warranty it’s a fish hook for you to bite it and keep you going there and they can charge you what they charge. I’ve bought 6 cars there and will definitely stop thanks to service. Please take your vehicle somewhere else and save your money because they will try to take every dollar out of you. UPDATE!! Picked up my car they topped off freon and after only 1 day of driving it the AC wasn’t working right even though they told me that it was only freon and there was no leaks and after they made me pay for the high price on freon, now after 2 days of my vehicle been there they still can’t find exactly what’s wrong with it they just said there’s leaks and condenser not working, again after been diagnosed with no leaks or anything wrong with it “just needs freon” it shows the lack of attention that it was put on my vehicle they just wanted to charge the bill and go on to the next one i will demand a refund of the first payment since i do have an extended warranty and all this should of been taken care of through it since the beginning.

We dropped the car because it was not accelerating properly and they asked for $2500+ for the service and said they cannot guarantee whether it will fix or not. We paid $170 for the diagnostics and took to our trusted mechanic Keith Harris After 5 mts he said I have fixed it. You owe me $450/ for fun. He said the plastic/rubber mat to protect the original mat has curled up under the accelerator stopping from using the accelerator fully. We did ask him to look for other issues. The dealer also mentioned that there was a slight buzzing noise coming out of the front, which was correctly diagnosed as wheel bearing issue for which $675 was part of the above total but the main issue was not resolved by the dealer.
