Erin did great very personable, even at 6:15am! I want to address that the tech did not pump my tires during inspection, stated the tires were all at 36psi but when I entered the car tires were at 32 and 31psi

I was seeking help with two recalls on my CRV hybrid. Unlike the dealership where I bought it which couldn’t offer an appointment for two months recall, she offered me an appointment in a week on a day convenient to me. I was greeted by two people when I dropped off the car the evening before. Fast and efficient drop off. Amanda communicated throughout the process to let me know how things were progress. All repairs done and car ready on time. I will be back.

My van would not start & the battery would not hold a charge. There were several error messages coming up on the dash. I had it towed to Jeff Wyler Honda & they were able to get it figured out & fixed right away. Very quick service, extremely helpful & friendly. Even sent a video of the service tech going over the van.

Donshay and the whole sales team was very helpful. It was a very positive experience buying an HR-V. I was able to get a lower interest rate than normal through Honda financing and my warranty was extended from 60,000 to 100,000 miles. I will be back again next time I need a new or used car.

I bought a brand new car that had an issue that needed repair. I assumed it was a simple repair that would take a day or two but it ended up taking 70 days to get fixed. I was told multiple times at the car would be done in a day or two but then supposedly, a another delay came up about getting the part needed. Most of the time, I had to chase people to get an update on my repair.

My salesman Donshay was excellent. I told him what I needed in a vehicle and he quietly listened to my needs. Within 10 minutes he had chosen the perfect vehicle for me. I couldn't have picked a better one. There was absolutely no pressure. The whole process was very quick. I didn't have to sit in there all day like I have in the past at some other dealerships. I left with the biggest smile on my face. I recommend this dealership to everyone. They were amazing.

This was my first time going to this dealership as I am not from Cincinnati, but live here now. I went in without an appointment and worked with Brendon. He was very friendly and a pleasant to work with. The issue with my vehicle was an easy fix and because he noticed I was from military, he didn’t charge me for the service that needed done. I used to go to kings Honda, but after this experience i will be going here to see Brendon. I highly recommend this dealership to help with any needs for your vehicle!

Will is the nicest service advisor I've ever had experience with, by far. He got me in when I thought I would have to reschedule and the job was done when he said it would be. I think I'm going to change to this dealership permanently!

My car was sputtering and losing power so I took it to Honda to be checked up. They told me my air intake clip was missing and I needed my break fluid changed. They also did the fuel pump recall. I went ahead and address what the trained mechanic recommended. Paid my balance and was assured that they test drove the car and the issue so gone. Only to drive off the lot and not even a mile away the issue was still there. I brought the car back in and now to my surprise I now needed new fuel injectors, sparks plug, a $2500 bill. They could not give me a reason as to why I wasn’t told that before, It magically came up on their diagnostic this time around. I took my vehicle and brought it to my local mechanic who ran a diagnostic on the vehicle and saw now of those issues. He changed two simple parts on the vehicle and charged me $300 including oil change. The issue never came back. Honda spring grove is a rip off and the mechanics do not know what the hell they are doing. I will never return.

My experience at Jeff Wyler Superior Honda was great. My Service Advisor Mr.Flynn Brenden was so helpful and professional. Flynn explained to me what car maintenance service I need it for my car. The Honda Technician did a great job on my Honda Civic. I am very satisfied with my car. I love that Technician let you know what may need some work later on

The experience I had at Jeff Wyler was terrible. I will NEVER recommend or revisit that location again. I was told one thing and no follow up or update as to The status. They done something to The starter and had to replace it and of course I didn’t have to pay for it but I kept getting the runaround as to when it would be in and when the part would be in. I had to keep calling to find out what was going on with my daughters car who attends college in Cincinnati and I was told by Amanda when I asked if they could give a courtesy car, that they don’t have them to find out later that was not true. She just could not get one because she was not old enough but if I rented a car for her, they would not reimburse me. Then I was told they gave me a $250 discount and it was the same amount they had quoted me until I called Corporate and then spoke to the General Manager. He made it right but a one day job turned in to them having her car for a week. 🤬🤬

I went into Jeff Wyler to get my regularly scheduled service done and was beyond satisfied with my visit. From the seamless process of scheduling my appointment down to the service advisor that assisted me throughout my entire visit I could not have been in better hands. My service advisor Brenden Flynn was wonderful. I had to get back to work on my laptop while my car was being serviced and he showed me the dedicated work station and helped me connect to the wifi. He ensured I was updated with the status of my car and just took awesome care of me. I definitely recommend Jeff Wyler Superior service center to anyone in need of an exceptional service experience and they will forever have a lifelong customer in me.

We purchased a Honda Pilot Trail Sport from Jared. He was a hardworking professional young man with great listening skills - he showed us vehicles meeting our “must have” criteria which saved lots of time. He and Patrick’s enthusiasm made the car buying fun! My wife hasn’t stopped smiling about her new car! Probably going to trade in my truck soon and they will definitely be my first call. The dealership itself was very clean, and accommodating - we felt a great vibe as soon as we walked in. 5+ stars!
