Took my car in for regular oil change and tire rotation. I always take an air cap off one of the tires to see if it moves. When the vehicle left, the back left tire didn’t have a cap, that same tire on the back left was missing the cap when I came back. Pretty odd. I brought this to the staffs attention and they told me they for sure rotated the tires, put air in them, and did not take off the air caps on the tires. All 3 of those things can’t be true at once. They did take the vehicle back to finish service but did not admit anything happened incorrectly. Total service took 2.5hrs on a 1.5hr estimate. Granted 30 mins of that was taking it back to rotate the tires.

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Pulled in and was informed it would be an estimated 4 hour wait. This was my first experience with them and will be taking it to Hill Country Honda who does it in 1/4 of the time it takes for Gunn. I shouldn’t have an appointment and wait 4 hours for something that takes 30 minutes to do.

I've been coming here for the past few years and consistently received top-notch service. I never feel pressured, and they always take the time to thoroughly inspect my car and get it back to working order. A special shout-out to Joe Esparza for his professionalism. That said, I noticed from another review that they charge a 3% surcharge for using a credit card. I verified with my own bill and it is accurate. They don't notify you of this before you make the payment. I feel customers should be aware of this, this is the only reason I cannot give it a 5-star review.

If you pay by credit card, they charge 3% of the final bill! They won't tell you about this upfront, but they did print miniature-size displays in front of the bill desk. It adds up when your final bill is $2K!

Went in for a recall to replace my side mirrors. Both mirrors are still defective after being replaced. Took the Van back and they told me wait for a call. It’s been two weeks and I am still waiting for a call. Been driving around with two defective side mirrors that I can barely see from. Terrible customer service.

I feel comfortable coming to GUNN HONDA during the COVID Era. Sufficient precautions were taken. I received the most awesome service at Gunn Honda, a name I respect and whose service I have come to depend on for my family's car safety. Manuel Morin and Steve Harwood gave me the most fine service and that's why I'm a repeat customer since 1994. When I come to Gunn Honda it's like family... you can not understand what it means to trust your family's vehicular safety to Gunn Honda. Update on 6-10-2023 even more special. I worked with Andrew Saba to purchase a 2023 Honda Accord. Best personal assistance received to date. Worked with Patrick Ford for financing. Awesome deal. Best service received.

Dealership owner accused me of lying about having an appointment and they wanted to charge 400 bucks to look and see if the buttons worked on the inside of my car these people are crooks and arent even nice after taking your money

Had an appointment @ 9:15 reached there at 9:10 a.m. no body to talk. Went one cabin near they say some color cabin the guy is dripping food from his mouth. His desk is occupied like a restaurant food . It was 9:10 a.m ,so dint bother him. Let him eat like no tomorrow. Waited little no one is there. Finally some one came . I told her i am to about leave. And left. This is independent honda , they manipulate google reviews. No good reception means no good ser. Avoid this centre

I recently took my 2019 Honda Civic into the express lane for maintenance at the end of May and was met and helped by Bobby Pestrano. He approached me promptly & was very courteous and professional. I received excellent care and communication throughout the whole process. I was anticipating just a quick oil change but luckily it was brought to attention my tire's tread and condition. I received 4 brand new tires with an excellent warranty attached. I was updated on my vehicle's status at separate intervals during the care of my vehicle and an accurate ETA was given. All of the findings, work done on my vehicle, and pricing breakdown were explained thoroughly by Bobby. I was very impressed with the job done and will be back again when I am due!

Made an appointment for 7am because I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. Was told the diagnostics guy didn't get there until 8am. Asked what was the point of making an early appointment if no one was there to work? No reply. By 10am, they figured out they put the oil filter on crooked at my last oil changed and that caused the "check oil light" to go on. They straightened it up and let me go with no charge. Happy no charge, irritated that I y was their fault

They quickly serviced my car and I was able to get a new compressor put in my car in less than 24 hours. Love how easy the process was and how friendly the staff are. Definitely coming back for any other issues my Honda has! :)

We bought a Honda Civic a couple of months, ago but about a month later, it ended up staying for a few days because some lights started blinking w/warnings. They couldn't recreate the issue which had disappeared, so now we wait and see what happens! 😭

Great service. Good job looking up scheduled maintenance needed. Only does needed maintenance. But, must schedule appointments. Does no good to arrive early, because they are always booked.

Parked brand new, detailed vehicle in front of dealership for appraisal. Went inside to do paperwork. I returned to the parking lot 10 minutes later to find Gunn's car cleaning crew spraying down the dealership cars (incidentally right in front of my vehicle) with a high pressure commercial sprayer. Crew took no precautions or courtesy with overspray. Additionally, their appraisal was well below market value. Somewhat expected, but in fact they offered me less than CarMax.

Still not happy paying $388 to have the 3 plastic windshield washer sprayer nozzles replaced. It's a Honda not a Maserati.
