Today me and my friend stopped by to lease or buy new Honda accord hybrid or CRV hybrid from Kings Honda (What? 2 new can you imagine )car sale person , told me bank not going to approve your friend because he is doing door dash , we have similar case bank not going to aprooved , ??? Why I don why , I told I am goin to cosigner for my friend /doesn’t matter that not going to help you , he just give us price for me for new Honda CRV hybrid, and ask hem about kind off he ignored and bring us price FOR CRV higher than we thinking, so we just lived from Honda , just crossed to Toyota asking about hybrid vehicles Camry or RAV 4 and sale person offers us 2-3 options I told them my friend delivered man door dash he sad we how to put numbers on computer we picked Camry XSE Hybrid, door dash men get aprooved with out any cosigner with zero down for 72 months,, so I don’t understood why Honda sale person told us you can’t not get approved that’ cosigner can’t help you or he he think we not goin to buy ,,, unfortunately

I cannot recommend this service center to anyone who does not want to be lied to and stolen from. I brought my vehicle for a warranty service. I was told I would be provided a loaner vehicle free of charge. I was provided a loaner car without a full tank of gas but was promised that it would be credited back to me. When I returned the loaner vehicle they refused to credit me the gas as promised. They then charged me a daily rate for the loaner vehicle after promising that it would be free of charge. When I attempted to escalate my concern they were extremely rude and unprofessional.

We had a great experience here with Paul George, who stayed an hour and a half after closing with us and the mechanics to fix a noise that appeared right after we had new brakes and rear motors done for our car. Would definitely recommend!

Poor service experience from start to finish — was in for routine service and the technician indicated on the video there was a leak but then nobody knew anything about the leak. Service advisor just kept telling me the technician didn’t write anything on the paper and that a leak diagnosis was $168. After lots of pushing, they investigated and fixed it but it took 3 days. Also no estimate in advance even for the routine maintenance, no ability to see an invoice on the app where they wanted me to pay—just a prompt to pay. No notification when the car was done 3 days later. I finally called them only to see on the paperwork that it had been done 4 hours earlier. I was waiting for the follow-up satisfaction call — the one where they ask if I’m going to give them 5 stars if contacted — but I never received it. Instead I received an email saying I missed my appointment. What!?! I was there for my 90 minute appointment at the scheduled time, and my car was there for 3 days! So maybe they labeled me as a missed appointment to avoid their corporate satisfaction survey?

Had two safety checks. 1st said I needed a control bushing arm, 2nd Performance, who appears to be more experienced and where I bought car from said car was OK and suppose to be be that way, no missing parts. We'll as I drive car on highway, there is arumbling with tire and can tell it's loose. Need help. But don't want to take to performance, don't trust their mechanics. I even have extra insurance thru dealer but now am ready to terminate. Very frustrated and concerned.

Meh. Among other things, they noted two broken screws in my wife's air filter housing. I know for a fact they or Valvoline did it because I know I didn't break them. Pretty sure my wife doesn't even know how to pop her hood. But that is besides the point. They tried to convince me to spend 140 bucks replacing the whole air filter housing. I politely declined and spent four dollars on Amazon buying replacement screws. Screws arrived the next day. The problem was solved 10 minutes later. Way to try and hose a middle class working couple with two kids Kings Honda.

Performance Honda Kings Service is HORRIBLE! On 7/29/24, an appointment was made for my daughter to bring in her CRV to have an oil change, engine flush, and to check a few things to make sure there wasn’t any major issues with her vehicle considering it gets driven a lot. According to the person that scheduled the appointment the ONLY time available was at 7am so we took it. We figured that since we had the appointment so early that we would have it back rather quickly so we could do the other things we needed to do that afternoon. Currently, this is the only vehicle we have so we didn’t have a choice other than to wait on it. We arrived at the service center approximately 6:50-6:55 am and pulled up to into the service center where we gave them the information they needed and what was being done. David or Daniel (sorry couldn’t remember his name) that it would take about 2.5 hours and we could wait in the waiting area. He also asked for a phone number in case we weren’t in the building and they had a question or to inform us that our vehicle was ready. We went outside and sat down on the bench where we had front row seats to anyone or anything the entered or exited the service center. At 7:35am, our CRV was driven out of the service center and parked and it remained there for quite some time. Our time is just as valuable as anyone else’s and people make appointments then you should abide by those appointments. Don’t schedule more than what you can handle. Yes, things happen and you may find other issues and that delays things a bit, but if something ends up taking more time so you should have the common courtesy to inform your customers of this… specifically the customers that are on the property waiting for their vehicles. It is ridiculous that you don’t offer up courtesy cars for customers especially when they are having a lot of work done. Let me clarify this… The phone number in your system belongs to my daughter’s father who scheduled the appointment, but we were the ones on property and waiting on for the service to be done! The is the exact reason my daughter told David/Daniel (whatever his name was) to use her number! Throughout the day, we NEVER received ONE phone call informing us that there were issues or that you would need it longer! We had to rent a car from Enterprise to get things we needed to do done. Funny, that when we walked over to the enterprise that the associates there said that many people have rented from them while their vehicles are being serviced at Performance Kings Honda and they were just as upset as we were! It is sad and ridiculous at the same time! Our appointment was at 7am and we finally got the vehicle back at 3:35pm! Did anyone call us and let us know it was done? NO!!!! We had to call and ask which is honestly ridiculous and some of the worst customer service we have ever experienced! RUDE! Someone could have called and said there were other issues that needed to be fixed and that it would take longer. At least we weren’t out there in limbo wondering when the work would be done. Common Courtesy, but that NEVER happened. Also, when we dropped off the vehicle that morning it had a ¾ of a tank of gas and when we picked it up it only had ¼ of a tank of gas! Also, they lost several of her tire valve caps! People entrust their vehicles to them to do the work and not cause more issues. We will NEVER come back to Performance Kings Honda Service no matter what!

I purchased a used car with 2 flaws no working MUSIC RADIO CD SIRIUS. salesman stated he'd fix it even said he'd bring my antenna & put it on himself. LIE #1 only needed a antenna well still don't work & can't get in my trunk unless I crawl in the backseat & pull a string my son rigged up nothing but lies went back for Appt service 2×s no music only a new antenna. I truly believe my car wasn't serviced. They talk a good talk, don't give out your personal # if you can't be a salesman of your word. I recommended my son not to spend any amount he'd plan on buying with service like this rather cash or finance needed just treat ALL CUSTOMERS USED & NEW CAR BUYERS WITH RESPECT & DIGNITY & APPRECIATION. I TRULY DONT FEEL IT. 2WKS LEFT ON MY TAGS. IVE BEEN GOING THRU CAT & MOUSE GAMES ON SIMPLE ITEMS THAT SHOULD WORK. SERVICE DEPT. FAILED ME & SALEMAN THAT MADE PROMISES HE CANT KEEP. AS A WOMAN OVER 50 & BIRTHDAY GIFT IS THE CAR IM NOT TOTALLY SATISFIED SIMPLE FIX AS CONCERNING MUSIC & TRUNK IS EMBRASSING TO BE MALFUNCTIONING WHILE DRIVING & CANT ENJOY MY CAR. THIS SHOULD'VE BEEN CHECKED AS SAID & SIMPLY FIXED. INCLUDING 2-3 TRIPS WHICH IS TIME & MORE MONEY SPENT.. There is no need to call about another appt. HERES MY APPT. RIDING WITH A BLUETOOTH SPEAKER & String outside back seat. MY son told me about somebody looked in my arm console & made a comment!!! I've read reviews on that. WOW THATS UNPROFESSIONAL & NOT WHAT NEEDED REPAIRED TRUST IS REQUIRED DURING SERVICE OR OUT OF VIEW, BUT NOT.. When you walk in and the first thing you see is an apology for being understaffed it should be a clue! They have overbooked instead of working within their current staffing efficiencies, can't schedule vacations or the work environment sucks. Quit apologizing. Fix it. This service visit wasn't offered bells and whistles, didnt get a phone call saying it was done. Had to ask why something priced at $79.00 really cost $99. And it wasn't tax. They have you pay to keep your service records. Not even asked if I want them to do that. Then they said they would let me know it was done. But I called 4 hours later to wait on hold then to be told it was done, like it's my fault it took 4 hours. Also still dealing with a sales and service dispute they have yet to address or call us back. I have had 3 services done here and have not been impressed for all their supposed upgrades and technology. Wasn't even offered video this time not even sent a survey. Barely got the receipt. Maybe Sales will be get the service contract sorted before I sell the Ridgeline and get a Toyota or Nissan truck. Very unhappy with the KING.

First they didn’t honor my oil change appointment and let others without an appointment cut in front of me, saying my oil change would take 1.5 hours. Then why even have appointment setting on the website? Then they told me my car needed alignment and it was pigeon-toeing in the front. They were hoping I’d stay an extra hour. They even printed an official looking alignment chart measuring all the wheels angles. When I took my car to my local tire shop for alignment, they told me the front was perfectly fine and it was just the back that needed a small adjustment. I was coming here for 6 years and I’m definitely not coming back. They completely lost my business.

I have not met a Honda employee that I wasnt impressed with! Twice I've arrived with a question about a dash light and Michael has gone out to the parking lot to check things for me without me asking. My recent routine service was handled by Devyn Mullins and he was fantastic at answering all my questions and being the perfect customer service rep. I highly recommend Performance Honda.

Very disappointed with Liz, the woman that answered the phone when I called today. Poor problem solving skills and was rude on the phone with lots of awkward silence when I wondered if she was there. I had a rather basic request and she couldn’t get me in to schedule the repair. Rather disappointed, especially since I purchased my car at this dealership and had a nice experience. I finally just told her I’d find somewhere else.

Took my vehicle 2014 crv that was occasionally making a noise upon startup to be looked at and diagnosed. They charge a diagnostic fee of $168 plus i paid for a rental car for 2 days. Anyway, I get a response from them saying they didn't hear the noise but because of the year and an issue some people have with this car that it's XYX and they will replace XYX (not cheap, but I'm not even talking about that) I asked if they actually looked at the parts and took it apart. They said no, that's too much work! What am I paying you for then??? When I go to the dr they don't say a lot of people with a cough your age have cancer here's the chemo. They actually look at your insides! I was told I had to pay this fee unless of course I got the work done which was never shown needed to be done which would have been over $2799 just for that. So they got me for this scam diagnostic fee and a car they rented me for two days while they scammed me. I was told not to go there, I went anyway and had a terrible experience. I would never step foot in there again. Scammers and super overpriced for their work at that. They scare people into thinking something has to be done to your vehicle or it's not safe and people have them do the work even though some of it they're simply guessing and selling you to make money. It's sad. A real mechanics business that knows what they're doing doesn't need to operate that way. I wouldn't trust a thing they said, use at your own risk.

If you get the chance to work with Michael Harris as your service consultant, expect a smooth and straightforward process from start to finish. He truly goes above and beyond in his service. When I brought in my '07 Civic, which was pretty beaten up, Michael offered a reasonable quote, a clear rundown of its problems, and made relevant repair suggestions that really fit the bill. Moreover, his knowledge is impressive – he even gave me tips on how to avoid damage from rodents in the future. Overall, I’m thoroughly satisfied and would strongly recommend Michael to anyone visiting there.

Here for an oil change. Pretty easy stuff. I have been here for THREE HOURS. My oil changes are paid for in my car payment but I’ll literally pay out of pocket every single time now at any other place except for this. If you were going to be this far behind, give me a call and reschedule. Don’t waste my entire afternoon. My work laptop is dead and I’m typing this on my phone with 3% battery. No reason an OIL CHANGE should take 3 hours.

I called about my key fob needing to have batteries replaced. The receptionist was so helpful and gave me directions to go to parts and that she would tell them I was coming . I got to parts, was promptly greeted ,had my fob repaired, and was on my way in minutes. Great 👍 service and reasonable price 👏 👍

I was in the market to buy a 2024 Honda Pilot. I tried another local Honda dealership and didn't have success. I reached out to Performance Kings Honda via their website and was connected with Jacob Olsen. Jacob was great to work with. He answered all my questions before, during and after the sale. He took the initiative to contact customer service at Honda Link as I was having trouble with the verification process. He even helped me install Honda all weather mats and the cargo tray. Jacob made the car buying process as easy as it can be.

I was floored by the professionalism of the staff as soon as I entered the showroom at Kings Honda. Everyone we met with was courteous, professional, and helpful. Our salesperson, Chris White, was great to work with. Chris is approachable, knowledgeable, and just a super guy all around. I don't typically write reviews but Chris deserved this one. When it comes time to buy a car again, Chris is our guy!
