2014 CRV - personalized consultation after routine engine light test was impressive. Cordell made the time to respectfully explain a potentially major and costly repair with me. He was patient, honest and detailed in presenting options, estimates and expected outcomes. Because we could limit use, it was almost a year before returning and anticipated having to re-start with a different service advisor and technician. I was so surprised and frankly, relieved, to reconnect with Cordell and learn that the tech, Noah, were both still there. He was able to pick up exactly where we left off and assisted in scheduling service. Communication was excellent, service was thorough and pricing ended up being less than estimated. I highly recommend Honda East for service, sales and parts. The departments work well together to provide a truly exceptional experience.

Had an issue with my Apple CarPlay on a 2024 CRV. Austin in service department took 20 minutes out of his day to help me out. Very patient with my technologically challenged self. Thank you. Wonderful service!

My car AC was blowing hot air, they fixed it within a day , plus mine was covered under warranty. Great service and great staffs! I highly recommend it !

"auto repair shop" doesn't do body work and when you schedule an appointment for it no one follows up to tell you they don't do it until you get there to drop your car off.

I will never again bring my car here for service. Or any other Honda I may own in the future. The service member that assisted me was rude and did not listen to anything I said when it came to me declining $1000 worth of services they claimed were necessary. I declined the extra services and requested that they put my car back together and give it back, and they left a major piece of my system unhooked and did not give me the part they took out, and did not inform me of any of this. I'm extremely unhappy with my experience here and no longer trust anything they try to say is actually wrong with my vehicle. I do not recommend anyone going to this service center with an issue of any kind.

I made an appointment showed up 10 minutes early. They let me know if will be 1.5-2 hours, no problem I’ll wait. Basic service -oil change, tires, air filters. I wait… at 2 hours they say you need a transmission fluid change… talk to a few people and read on Hondas website: It’s actually recommend to change between 50k-100k not 45k. Tell them no… 30 minutes later (total 2.5 hours now) ask when they will be done…ummm let me check… Mike comes in loudly says from the door it will be done soon. Another 30 minutes goes by finally done. What is the point of making an appt. Horrible experience in general will never be back. 3 hours for basic service with an appointment is not okay. And they left the dirty air filters in a bag on the floor of my passenger seat. Don’t tell me they are there and don’t say why they did that.

NEVER take your car here. This place ALWAYS sucks. Service advisors always have an attitude especially old guy named Rick. They start working on your car hours after your "scheduled" appointment. This place needs to learn what the word appointment means. Customer service definitely needs worked on and don't talk down to customers.

2+ hour wait to get an oil change. Unacceptable!!! Scheduling should be done more customer friendly. I walked out because my time is valuable too.

Listen, it's a car dealership, it's not like it's an exciting or fun place to go. Also, car salesmen aren't really the paragons of virtue in society, and no car dealerships are brimming with vehicle options right now because of the chip shortage. However, their car service maintenance technicians do great work, and aside from management trying to upsell you on services that you don't need, they get the work done relatively quick.

Went here for a scheduled service. A bit later it is snowing and I hear a loud scraping from underneath my car. I look under and see that my splash guard has been bent downward and is now scraping the ground. I had to take this to another location to get it removed to stop the scratching. I was told by that mechanic that generally speaking that only happens if it was put back on correctly after a service. I told this Honda East Service about the issue and requested that it get fixed and was told I would get a call back about it. I never received a call. The next call I received from them is another service reminder that followed with an email. I replied back to the email to advise that I still have the issue and my splash guard was still removed and I would like the issue to be corrected. I did advise them that I would not be using their location anymore in that email since I felt disgruntled that they had ignored me in the past on callbacks about the issue. I never received an email reply to this last email. I am now looking into another dealership to get the issue resolved since it seems like they will not do it.
