Needed a windshield wiper replacement. Not only were they able to see me immediately and replace the wipers, they ordered in a different part at no extra cost when they weren't satisfied with the result of the stock on hand. I'm very pleased.

I had my engine diagnosed my software updated and I just think this company is a model for other companies. I work with Heath there many years now, but everybody there is fantastic. You’re crazy not to go to this place. You can’t beat the warranty, which is far better than the dealer expert service professionalism unbeatable thank you Don Simmons. Highly recommend this place

After dealing with many other mechanic shops it was a pleasure finding Honest Accurate Auto. Just like ther name they were honest about the work being done. After getting into the repair and approved repair costs. Brayson call and told me we wouldn't need all parts originally quoted. We would of never knew that all the parts were not needed and that says a lot about this company. Since getting the truck back it's run like a champ thanks to Jacob the technician that did the work on the truck. I won't go anywhere else for any of my personal or business vehicles. Just an overall great experience, I strongly recommend this people for any of your vehicle repairs.

I have been bringing my truck here for over a year, and this company excels at quality work with great communication and genuine customer interactions. My truck was in an accident and I asked to bring it by to check no damage was done to anything past the body work needed. They fit me in three days before they were off for the holidays, already had a packed schedule, and were down a few team members due to illness. I cannot tell you the weight that was taken off knowing they were there to help. Thank you!

I was stranded 800 miles from home with transmission issues, HAAS was recommended to me by my Son In Law. They took pity on me and got my car right in, found the problem and took care of it in less than a day. We arrived home with no problems. Thank you!

Outstanding service all around. My 2013 Jeep Wrangler has had all the typical issues... Honest Accurate Auto did a phenomenal job on everything so far. Recently fixed the ABS module which has been throwing codes on the jeep for years... Been running the best since I bought it 6 years ago thanks to the experts here! Highly recommend this place for quick diagnosis and valued maintenance at competitive prices!

I highly recommend this place. Ted took care of my Ford 250, which had an electrical issue (that's never a good thing🫣). They keep me informed, fixed the problem, and I have no more worries. I was really impressed with the communication and process. They did a test drive and came back to after that an a "look under the hood" with an accurate assessment of what was needed. Cost for repairs are reasonable but mostly I was super pleased that they communicated at every steps with updates. Thank you

My car began to make an awful squealing noise after Christian brothers put new belts on my car. I took it back to them and they told me I needed a new power steering thing😃fast forward a couple months and it got worse so I chose to take my car to Honest because of the outstanding complete 5 star. Honest actually told me it was a simple fix, one of my belts was loose! Driving my car with no more squealing is the best feeling. As a 21yr old female who knows nothing about cars and knows I am always lied to at other car places and charged more, I left Honest feeling so good about my whole experience. Also, the costumer service was phenomenal and they cared so much about keeping my Kia safe inside overnight. I also loved the card about who worked on my car :) I will never take my car or any future car I own anywhere else. Finding a car shop I can actually TRUST is like winning the lottery for a girl. Thank you to everyone who works at Honest!!😊

The tech’s at this garage work very hard to make sure that the work being done meets with your expectations. If it’s not right they will dig deeper to find the problem and keep your vehicle safe and on the road.

This shop provides great service. They use a link for you to view a detailed breakdown of diagnosis and cost for you to consider and discuss. Photos of the problems are given so you can see what the problem is.

I took it on for an oil change and make sure everything was ok. Their name fits them well. Most honest place I have ever taken my car. Friendly and kind people. Highly recommend them. Their name, Honest, Accurate truly represents them. Shannon went above and beyond. Only repairs what needs to be done and when I could not get it due to the snow it was not a problem leaving it there. I highly recommend them

Very friendly. Seems very fair. I feel like I can trust them. Also their shuttle drivers are cool and I enjoyed our chats. They really seem like family. Update. I’ve been back several times and am happy with the ongoing care of my vehicles.

It’s always a great experience with Honest Accurate Auto. My car was due for an oil change and they also did a vehicle inspection report at no cost to me and no upsells. I especially appreciated the complimentary ride home and to pick up my vehicle when ready.
