The personnel were very polite. They seem to enjoy working there. Lots of snack options which is always a plus. Worked quickly and made an immediate arrangement for repairs at a reasonable rate.

This was my 2nd time to use them to service my car. It was very easy to schedule a appointment via their website and I was able to get a appointment quick They offer a free shuttle service which was helpful I was pleased with the information I received via text as they did the work. Everyone is friendly and nice to work with. Overall very pleased with them and will definitely be back

I asked for the lower control bushings and arms to be checked. They said they were fine, but I was doubtful . I talked to Jesse and he informed me that even though they do have some cracks and dry rot, they are still in good enough shape. Thanks to Jesse for handling my issue so professionally. I'm a fan!

I've just started using Honest Accurate and I'm impressed. The customer service is great. I have 1 older Jeep and a newer Toyota and they are great for both. I haven't been upsold and they've lived up to their name in my visits, so far.

I was so impressed with Honest Accurate Auto Service--West! This was my first experience with them. Their customer service is second to none. They treated me like they'd known me forever, answered all my questions, quotes and recommendations were explained so I could understand them, work was done when promised. No pressure to do work we could wait on. It was just a great experience.

I have been a customer for many years with multiple vehicles. They let me down in a big way recently...I had a bumper to bumper service done before a road trip to Arizona & Utah and everything was checked out and passed...but I ended up stranded on the highway in Utah a week later. The diagnosis was that the air filter was not re-inserted properly allowing dust&sand into system and frying the Air/Fuel module...at considerable expense I was back on the road a week later...after return I notified Honest Accurate and was refused any acknowledgement or responsibility in the situation I was placed in. I will not recommend or use their services in the future. THIS IS AARON AT NISSAN ATTACHED IS YOUR VEHICLE INSPECTION, THE VEHICLE NEEDS A MASS AIRFLOW SENSOR, AIR FILTER AND AIRWAY CLEANING TO GET ALL THE DIRT CLEANED OUT OVERALL THE VEHICLE IS IN GREAT SHAPE BUT THERE ARE A FEW IMPORTANT MAINTENANCES WHICH NEED TO BE DONE TO KEEP THE VEHICLE IN GOOD SHAPE AND IF YOU CAN CLICK ON THE LINK AND APPROVE OR DECLINE AND SIGN SO WE CAN MOVE FORWARD THANK YOU LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS

I went in because I thought my brakes needed to be replaced. Turns out that the material that General Motors uses on the type of Cadillac I have just tends to squeak. The folks here could have told me that I needed new brakes. But it was just the opposite. They showed me where my brake pads were just fine. I appreciate their honesty so much.

I am always pleased with the service I receive. I have taken my car to Honest Accurate for about 13 years. I feel they are honest when they tell me what needs done. I have only had an issue one time that I had to return for a re-do and they took care of it immediately. I would highly recommend them.

I've been taking my truck here for years. Have had positive experiences with everyone except one individual and it's amazing how one bad apple can wreck your entire experience to the extent you quit being their customer. That bad apple is front desk employee Randy (who I refer to as Eeyore, even looks like Eeyore) as his bedside manner is terrible, has a frown on his face the entire time, and his comment to absolutely everything is "Weeeelllll, not sure if we can do that" in a negative manner. I only bring my vehicle in for oil changes and maybe have them look at 1 or 2 minor issues. These are routine vehicle maintenance items, and I get you can't do everything, but it's the downer attitude and knee jerk negative reaction to any basic thing to be worked on. This morning I walked in for my appt and the woman at the front desk had to run into the shop. She informed the 3 guys casually chatting in the office that I needed help, which they could already see as I was the only one standing there and looking into the office at them. Randy did not leave his chair and kept small talking with the other employees. I had to say "excuse me" and he sluggishly walked out as if I was interrupting his naptime. For years, every time I see him approach the counter I dread it, and have said nothing about it until today. First, he clicks through his computer for an extended period of time, not looking at me or saying a word, no hello, nothing. I asked if he had questions as he was taking so long, and he just kept clicking without saying anything. When I finally was able to briefly reiterate the appointment notes and routine service items needing to be checked, he gave me the usual downer attitude. Having finally had enough after experiencing this for years and staying silent, I asked why he seems to always have the attitude. He snapped at me and said "I've worked here for 8 years" (who cares), stomped off and barked a command at another employee to "deal with" me (his words.) Maybe he has a problem with women, who knows, but clearly these front facing employees have never had basic customer service training, like actually greeting people or making eye contact. I won't be back and will be taking my vehicle to Integrity Auto Care, as I'd like to avoid even seeing his lemon-sucking face and kill an otherwise great day, like he did this time. Shout out to shuttle driver Lark who has always been lovely! RESPONSE TO OWNER COMMENTS: Today wasn't "different" regarding Randy, as you suggest. For years, every time I have encountered him he acts like he is doing me a favor by simply standing there looking annoyed. Also, you weren't there to speak to me when I picked up my truck or attempt to retain an easy and loyal customer, even with the 4 hours notice I provided. I know you think it looks good for readers to see you write that in a review response but you then actually have to do it.

I've used this service for more than 20 years. I like their new email confirming the estimate. They listened to my preferences on service. The charges were reasonable. I like that they always make recommendations for the next service.

Moving to the Springs meant finding a trustworthy auto repair shop for my 2008 Mazda 3. I feel very fortunate to have discovered Honest Accurate Auto Service West. Keeping my car in great condition with regular maintenance and a few major repairs has been effortless with the help of this business and their amazing team. From the technicians in the back doing all the work on my vehicle, to the friendly and attentive front desk employees, I couldn’t ask for better. I feel more like family than just being a customer. Randy is always more than happy to explain what my car is in need of from the time I drop it off to when I pick it up. He explains things in a way I am able to understand since this is his expertise. I have always felt confident that the decisions we make regarding my car are for the best, and we go over everything together. There are no surprises. I feel included and in the loop. I appreciate the knowledge everyone possesses at this shop and Jesse the owner is a gem. It’s also very cool that they have a comfy lobby where you can wait for your car while enjoying a complimentary soda and fresh popcorn! If needed there is a shuttle available as well which has been helpful when more extensive work is necessary. Thank you all for restoring my faith in auto repair and making it a pleasure not a chore to bring my car in. You set the standard when it comes to exemplary service in your industry. Probably the best experience I have ever had with a mechanic!! Kirsten was fantastic, my car was finished on time and my total ended up being less than the estimate, which is absolutely amazing. Truly a night and day experience when compared to any Honda dealership I’ve been to. Will definitely be coming back and recommending y’all to everyone!

Staff Christy was friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. We asked for a full evaluation And provided a comprehensive detailed report the next day for about $100. Although we chose another mechanic for the repair due to our budget, I felt their service was great and will consider using them in the future.

You were neither Honest or Accurate. You correctly diagnosed the rear breaks. Your tech said the rack and pinion needed to be replaced. Wrong. I paid $180 for you to lie to me. I should be refunded my money. You are neither Honest or Accurate. I only give 1 star because it won't allow me to give negative stars.
