I ran over a bolt in the road that got stuck in my tire on the way to drop my kids at daycare. I called Honest-1 Auto Care since I could see their sign from where I pulled over. They sent a couple of guys over with a tire plug and air condenser and fixed my tire. When I tried to pay, they told me it was a friendly gesture and sent me on my way. Great staff, great service, made my day!

From the moment i walked in the doors until i drove away i was met with courteous and friendly people. Julian could not have been more helpful. His knowledge was so helpful in explaining what needed done. His kindness in shuttling me to work was greatly appreciated and his cheerfulness was refreshing. I will tell everyone i know about the great service that i received at Honest 1Auto. .

I have taken my cars here at least a dozen times. Was very good service but in 2024 they are short handed on mechanics and the work doesn't get completed on time. My most recent gas tank / gas line issue was looked at 5 times,$1,000 dollars later, car still does not run not right. Lost faith in their ability to diagnose and fix my issue. Wont return.

The shop was very clean & the staff was dressed very professional. My vehicle was serviced on time and appropriated. The service advisor ( Julian ) explained the service details & recommended other service that should be done if not now, then in the near future. Truck has been there for five months and when I get it back, it stop work after 1 day. Now it’s back in the shop and they still haven’t looked at it.

Amazing service. Came in for a safety check and oil change. Staff was quick, easy, and did a thorough job. What I loved most is the transparency and updates through text. Not only do you see what they are doing to the vehicle but why certain suggestions are made in terms up getting something you didn’t come in for get fixed!

I love this place. Their communication and explanation of each recommended repair is always clear, the pricing is transparent, and they have kept to their schedule every time I go. Second time I have used Honest 1 and again service was outstanding. My car door needed a complicated replacement of a cable to unlock front passenger door which turned out to be much more labor intensive than expected. Julian the tech advisor kept me apprised all day long. Even gave me a ride home when car had to stay overnight. The mechanic Carlos went above and beyond expectations to make sure my car was fixed properly and did a great job. And they honored the estimate when the labor surely was worth much more than charged. The facility itself is spotless, welcoming and comfortable. I can’t say enough about the excellent experience. I will recommend to everyone and will be back for all needed car services.

The only good thing about my experience was the friendliness of Dan. As for the service I dropped off my vehicle because it stopped running. They had my vehicle for 30 days, no loaner to use, a technician quit and another was out of work due to personal reasons. So I had them stop working on my vehicle and took to the dealership. I spent over 400.00 only for my car to not only still not run but to find out what I was charged for wasn't even the issue. I completely wasted that money. Very disappointing experience.

This place is one of the best, happiest, and most trustworthy mechanic shops I've ever been to. They're accurate, efficient, and go above and beyond. I brought my car in this morning and it was worked on by a mechanic named Greg Perry (I'm sorry if i got the spelling wrong). He replaced the tires and changed the oil in an amazingly timely fashion even though he had a family emergency. The only thing that was left after he had to leave to go take care of his family was closing the hood and roll it out of the port. Every person I talked to here is absolutely dedicated to good and HONEST service. Do not hesitate to bring your vehicle here

Honest auto care did a good job changing my oil checking my car making sure it was running smoothly. They didn’t charge me for anything on necessary and I am happy with the work they did.

They were ok, customer service was great but they charged me almost $100 for an oil change and gave me a list of other repairs needed. It's local so very convenient for me at the moment though so I will probably use them from time to time .

Was on a road trip from Florida to Charlotte, N. C. when my AC compressor failed. I use Honest One in Ormond Beach, Florida for major engine systems repairs and have been pleasantly surprised at their customer service and skilled repairs. I found another Honest One in Charlotte and was hoping for the same quality of service and customer care. Again I was pleasantly surprised and give my full recommendation to Honest One in Charlotte as well.
