Just had the best experience here! Brought my car in for an oil change and brake pads. They checked everything out and it turned out I had tires that were visibly splitting and my AC is about to poop out as well. I already knew these were things that were not in the best shape, but I didn’t realize how bad it was. They talked me through everything that needed to be done and the pricing. Matt was who I talked to specifically and he was so kind and patient. He didn’t pressure me to get things done that weren’t 100% necessary in that moment. Money is tight right now and he was so understanding. He beat the price that I was getting from Discount Tire for 4 new tires and gave some other discounts as well. As a woman, I have had experiences in the past where auto shops have tried to take advantage of my lack of knowledge and over charge me for services. I truly felt so comfortable with this entire experience. I know it’s already in the name, but they really are so honest! They are also so kind and professional. After 9 years of living in this area, I have finally found the auto shop I will use from here on out. My sincerest thank you to Matt and the entire team here!

A few days ago I went to them to ask for a checkup for the serpentine belt that they replaced a year ago and was still under warranty. A month ago I went to the dealer and they told me that it needed to be checked. When I got to the Honest One office, someone told me that I had to leave the car for at least 4 hours just so they could take a look at it. However, that's where another front desk worker named Eli showed up, who offered to go to the parking lot with me and in literally 2 minutes he was able to check and make sure that everything was okay with the serpentine belt. That day he was my superhero and he was able to save me something more valuable than money. MY TIME. I always recommend Honest One because they honor their name and now I want him to be the one who serves me every time I go to get my car serviced. THANKS ELI..!

The guys at Honest-1 Auto Care were fantastic. They explained every aspect of the repair and what to expect. Matt and JR at the front desk were excellent. I even asked questions about other repairs they performed and received excellent information. They have a very nice waiting area- clean, tv's , kid's play area and wi-fi.. I waited there for the repairs to be done but they do offer a shuttle service.. I definitely will return for any future car repairs.

Completely misdiagnosed my truck. They also recommended I replace oxygen sensors that were not needed as well as tried to charge me about 400 per sensor (there are 4) when I went to mopar after picking up the truck I payed 90 dollars per sensor for the genuine oem parts (I replaced the sensors because they told me that was what was causing my issues, turned out to be a wiring issue in the wiring harness that they should have known from diagnosing the truck. The actual symptoms I was having had nothing to do with the oxygen sensor it was the torque converter like I had said I suspected when dropping it off and wanted it to be confirmed) I’d leave no stars if that was possible. They are looking to make money not only off labor but parts as well.

Brought car in for regular service. Honest-1 checked 58 items on the car in their standard inspection, found a small leak until the valve cover, repaired that and had the car back the same day. We're very satisfied and confident they did a super job. !

I was in town for conference and Honest-1 took care of me and my car so well that I wish they were back in my how town. They kept me informed worked with my warranty company and did a great job not only on my car but as my advocate with the adjuster. I highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service and work, they went above and beyond, my car feels like brand new! They were very straightforward about procedure, prices and what needed attention firsthand. The price for the repair was fair and worthy after the results, they helped me save money on parts by getting a used ABS module ( brand new around $1,800). I really recommend this shop, thanks gentlemen for your great service!
