This is my worst experienced with a car care business. Your mechanics are mediocre and I wish I could give your business a zero star. I will never return to your business no even for an oil change. I purchased a new engine through you guys and you had my vehicle for 5 weeks the first time and I had to go back several times due to the leaking. You kept it for two more weeks and the leaking was bigger. I took my truck to Greenway Ford and they solved the problem right away. Thank you for nothing! You guys are worthless. I hope nobody goes to your business.

It was easy to make an appointment. They diagnosed the problem and my car was in and out fast. Kept me posted and answered all my questions. It wasn't cheap but cheaper than the dealership.

They turn my 2024 Toyota Tundra from stock front grill to a beautiful TRD Pro grill with light bar. They install a leveling kit with 33/12.50/20 Tires making it look sexy. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ great service.

I always have a positive experience here. Such a great team! From the gentleman at the front (JR) to the mechanic in the back (Will). They went above and beyond to help me understand and fix my car problems. Even down to payment options, which were great. Thank you, Honest 1 team! Will definitely come back, if any other problems arise. Fingers crossed not though. Lol

I have lived in many states and had cars serviced at many places. From the start of having our little broken Fiat towed to HONEST-1 AUTO CARE to the end of picking up a healthy Fiat, the experience has been an A+ one. The courtesy, friendliness, cordiality, and professionalism experienced initially over the phone and followed by every call afterward, up through the eventual meeting face-to-face with the front desk employees, was an unending positive experience. The mechanics and the front office staff genuinely know "their car stuff!" and can explain the complex "ends and outs" of the repairs successfully and clearly. After being "ripped off" too many times with over-inflated car repairs, this is my first experience where I sincerely believe the "costs of the repairs" were the "actual" costs of the repairs. Not only will we return to Honest-1 Auto Care for future preventive and repair needs, but I can honestly refer my friends and family to this shop and, for the first time, "swear" about its excellence! I was on a road trip was flying out of Orlando and needed assistance. AAA delivered the vehicle to their shop and these guys stepped up to the plate. They not only repaired the vehicle the next day but delivered it back to the hotel in time for my return flight! Exemplary service! Highly recommend.

We were a little disappointed that when you recommended replacing our battery you had mentioned there was a $60+ charge. A little excessive charge for picking up a battery. The oil change was great and though and thanks for checking everything else's out

Went for an oil change yesterday. They sent me pictures about a leak through a text. “Car never leaked by the way” Woke up this morning puddle under my car. Never saw this problem until leaving them Which was weird. Never again returning to this place. $200 for an oil change is crazy work as well. Update: went back today, JR took care of me. He apologize for a mistake that had happened. I appreciate everything he did for me. Explaining the situation that had happened to me that should’ve been mentioned the other day or fixed. Thank you for the honesty and taking this stress away I had over the weekend. Merry Christmas!

Just had the best experience here! Brought my car in for an oil change and brake pads. They checked everything out and it turned out I had tires that were visibly splitting and my AC is about to poop out as well. I already knew these were things that were not in the best shape, but I didn’t realize how bad it was. They talked me through everything that needed to be done and the pricing. Matt was who I talked to specifically and he was so kind and patient. He didn’t pressure me to get things done that weren’t 100% necessary in that moment. Money is tight right now and he was so understanding. He beat the price that I was getting from Discount Tire for 4 new tires and gave some other discounts as well. As a woman, I have had experiences in the past where auto shops have tried to take advantage of my lack of knowledge and over charge me for services. I truly felt so comfortable with this entire experience. I know it’s already in the name, but they really are so honest! They are also so kind and professional. After 9 years of living in this area, I have finally found the auto shop I will use from here on out. My sincerest thank you to Matt and the entire team here!

A few days ago I went to them to ask for a checkup for the serpentine belt that they replaced a year ago and was still under warranty. A month ago I went to the dealer and they told me that it needed to be checked. When I got to the Honest One office, someone told me that I had to leave the car for at least 4 hours just so they could take a look at it. However, that's where another front desk worker named Eli showed up, who offered to go to the parking lot with me and in literally 2 minutes he was able to check and make sure that everything was okay with the serpentine belt. That day he was my superhero and he was able to save me something more valuable than money. MY TIME. I always recommend Honest One because they honor their name and now I want him to be the one who serves me every time I go to get my car serviced. THANKS ELI..!

The guys at Honest-1 Auto Care were fantastic. They explained every aspect of the repair and what to expect. Matt and JR at the front desk were excellent. I even asked questions about other repairs they performed and received excellent information. They have a very nice waiting area- clean, tv's , kid's play area and wi-fi.. I waited there for the repairs to be done but they do offer a shuttle service.. I definitely will return for any future car repairs.

Completely misdiagnosed my truck. They also recommended I replace oxygen sensors that were not needed as well as tried to charge me about 400 per sensor (there are 4) when I went to mopar after picking up the truck I payed 90 dollars per sensor for the genuine oem parts (I replaced the sensors because they told me that was what was causing my issues, turned out to be a wiring issue in the wiring harness that they should have known from diagnosing the truck. The actual symptoms I was having had nothing to do with the oxygen sensor it was the torque converter like I had said I suspected when dropping it off and wanted it to be confirmed) I’d leave no stars if that was possible. They are looking to make money not only off labor but parts as well.
