I was referred to this shop February 2024 with need of AC repair. My car AC was serviced in a day with reasonable repair cost. Recent front end repair, timing belt and water pump replaced in a day at an affordable rate with warranty. I am more than satisfied, I am a loyal customer. Thanks!

Honn-Auto Repair Ok, ok.. here is the truth about Honn-Auto Repair shop. If you are from the 85040 or 85041 zip code and you know that your money can get funny and yo’ change can get strange… You better get on over to the shop and let them hook yo’ hooptie up so you can keep driving it! Yes…you got to leave the ‘hood to get too the shop but it is worth it! We can’t get this kind of service in the 85040 or 85041 zip code community! If you graduated from high school back in the 80’s you know me & you know what I am talking about! They need a shop over here on this side of the city so we don’t have catch the bus back to the Mountain while our car is being serviced. SMHS c/o "85"

the first time i went it was because my car had trouble starting at times, i told the mechanic i thought it might’ve been the starter but he reassured me that it was the alternator, so i let him do his thing because im not the professional. I go back to pick up my car and it still doesn’t start after i just paid for a brand new alternator. he got in my car and turned the key until it started and told me i just needed to turn the key better. shame on me for driving it back home that day, when i got back home it didn’t want to start at all until the next morning, and i drove it straight back. After an entire day of my car being in his shop he told me it was the starter after all, and was not going to charge me for labor. he kept insisting i leave him a 5 star review for fixing his mistake, either way i left satisfied after that, until a month later when my car started having trouble again and would not start at all. after getting it checked by a different mechanic it turned out to be the brand new alternator he had installed, which in reality my car didn’t even need in the first place since it ended up being the starter like i had mentioned. Because i don’t live in the city i had to pay $300 to get my car towed back to his shop, since the alternator did have a warranty on it. He changed out the alternator but said that if this one messes up it won’t be his fault. After getting home I realized that he had drained my coolant (which he never mentioned) and forgot to put some bolts back on 🙃 i definitely would not recommend this place or ever go back. it is cheap, but you get what you pay for.

this Place is a scam, complete fraud. They do not honor their Technet 2 yr 24,000 mile warranties on their labor. The insist the work is OK eventhough I don't have cold air in my car. They want to charge me additional money to repair the bad labor performed. Not only that but they add parts without your consent and ask you to pay once you pick up the vehicle. I did not agree to change my air filter nor my serpentine belt yet they did this without my consent or calling me and billed me for it. Do not come here at all, get your service done elsewhere as this is not a legitimate Technet shop! Will be reporting this to technet to hopefully have their status removed. They are not here to help they are here to take more of your hard earned money

Have to give it a very high score. Little background. I enjoy doing most of my mechanical work, I'm not a novice but I hurt my back. For the price they gave me not even a question. I watched from the window, and inspected later, everything was completed well. They were timely and nice. For the price I was quoted at the dealership for one of the things of the 4 items I needed, Honns did them all. Thank you, you saved me a lot. I'll be back.

Honn Auto Repair has good mechanics, I trust them. That is what I was looking for in a mechanic in 2019 when my 2004 Nissan Xterra failed the DMV emissions test while trying to renew my license plate. The mechanic I had used for years (located on McKellips) told me it wouldn’t be worth it to pay to fix it, being the Nissan is 20 years old – shady. Then I found Honn Auto. Mr. Honn guaranteed it would pass emissions and it did. I have taken my Nissan for repairs several times and always they have done a great job. In addition, I have taken my 2015 Toyota Camry here for maintenance several times. In January 2024, my wife was driving the Camry, got in an accident smashing most of the front of the Camry and I took it straight to Honn’s for body shop work. My wife wanted to get rid of the car, but Mr. Honn assured me that he could put it back together and he did. They fixed additional damage than the accident, dents, scrapes and scratches that I was responsible for. It is an exemplary business, excellent mechanics that specialize in Toyota and Nissan and reasonably priced.

The owner was dishonest!👎👎👎 He chosen not to tell me the truth that his shop doesn't have the ability to fix my VW and waste over one week of my time waiting for his "sick mechanic" to do the job. Don't go there to be fooled!!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!! We took our buick in because it was having issues turning over. the battery was fine, alternator was fine. It seemed to be another issue I could not diagnose. Took the car in they said it was bad spark plugs. When I saw the old ones they were perfectly fine. They said the car was ready but then called again the next day and said it wouldn't start and it was the alternator. I was skeptical and mentioned this to the owner at which point he became hostile and aggressive with me for daring to question him. I work on cars too, but I didn't have time to do this myself. Now the car's check engine light is on and its still struggling to start. They completely misdiagnosed the car and then ripped us off for over $600. I am going to file a lawsuit with small claims and make sure we get our money back and compensation for the repairs that are actually needed. Again DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICHLE HERE

Very bad service. Misdiagnosed my vehicle. Tried to bring it back but told me he was to busy after he told me to bring back. Once I took it to another mechanic it needed a VALVE ADJUSTMENT. He replaced coils. Brought him back his coils per his request for a full refund. One I arrived he would not give me a full refund and told me to take him to court. Very combative and does fast work. Just pay extra for a legitimate shop who will stand behind their products and services

Very rude! They said that they were able to fix my truck. Went to pick it up and my truck would not start. No communication at all about what they did to my truck. Now it's worse then it was when I took it to this auto shop.
