My car rear tire always going low on air pressure every two days.NTB Tire & Service took care of it at zero cost. The zero charge was a surprise for me when i was told i do not have to pay a cent. Service experience was great. The staff is professional, very courteous and informative. I look forward to relying on them for service and repairs going forward.

Great experience! Even though they were busy, the were able to work me in and patch my tire in less than 90 minutes. Great communication, great price, great people!

I had a flat tire today and called Hook tire & service at 5021 South Blvd., the closest location, if they can help me. Jeremy took a phone and nicely suggested to come over. He was able to help me in and patch my tire in very short amount of time! What a great experience! Great communication, great service! Thank you so much Jeremy, I really appreciate it.

Absolutely the only place I would take my cars. Have been doing business with Jeff and Eddie for over 15 years and send as many friends as I can to them. They are honest, dependable, friendly, and caring. You will not go wrong taking your car to them!

I am always treated like royalty. Jeff and Eddy are responsive, honest, and they know their vehicles. In a sea of dishonest car people, the people at Hook are an island of hope. If you don't have to visit a dealer, go to Hook.

We have been doing business with Hook Tire for several years now. Jeff and Eddy are always helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. The staff are well trained and do not suggest unnecessary work, but look out for complete safety of our vehicles and family. Their honesty and integrity are unquestionable and without reproach. Simply put if Jeff or Eddy tell me there is cheese on the moon, I just pack my crackers and get on the rocket ship. Highly recommend trying them today....you will not be disappointed.

Have always had a great experience at Hook Tire & Service! The personnel are friendly and helpful, service is quick and I never feel like they are trying to push me to buy extra services. If they think I need something, they just tell me about it and don't pressure me in any way to get it done by them. I have great confidence in Hook Tire & Service!

Service experience was great, as it always is! I've been going to Hook Tire & Service for around 20 years, and I always feel like they only recommend service that is needed, they always fix the issue if it is a repair, and their price always seems fair. As a woman taking my cars in for service and repairs for close to 40 years, that has frequently not always been the case with other service providers. The staff is also always very courteous and informative. I look forward to relying on them for service and repairs for many more years to come

The experience was very good, as always. The folks at Hook Tire are informative and very helpful. They are interested in doing what is right for the customer and giving very good service. Their prices are good, too. They are great to work with. I can count on them to do what is best for me and my cars. They are honest.They don't try to sell stuff. They will give you options when they apply to your situation. I am glad for their dependable service.

I have always been willing to pay a fair price for service and they have never let me down even when there may have been an issue; they have always stood behind the shop's work. If you have something under warranty with Goodyear Do NOT take your car here. They work under a Goodyear name, but are a franchise and will not honor anything done at another Goodyear store even though I was told my coporate that they would. I had a broken heater hose that a Goodyear replaced two months ago in a different city. When I took my car here because it was the closest "Goodyear" to my house (1 mile away) they turned me away. My car overheated when I left, broken down on a side of a major highway, stranded by myself. I'm s twenty something single woman with no family in Charlotte. Waited for a tow truck for 2 hours in 30 degree weather in order to get my car towed to a respectable Goodyear because Hook Tire wouldn't take my car. Do not go to this "Goodyear", they just fake the name for tires.
