I've been here a total of five or six times in the past. Every time I've just pulled up and someone comes out to my car, asks what I need, then directs me from there. Never been instructed to do otherwise. I pulled up today around 2:30 and waited a good half hour. The workers were aware that I was there, they just stood there. There was an open bay but no one ever came up and asked if I had been helped or anything. I never got out my car and tried engaging with anyone because there's a big sign saying customers not allowed in work area, and they've never had a problem before with me just pulling up and waiting. Disappointing and frustrating not knowing what to do, so I just left

This my favorite shop! Being going here for over a decade followed them from the old shop to the new one , Great service and prices the owner is my friend great guy from day one and cool friendly staff they'll have you in and out quickly , I send everyone I know over there they will definitely Hook you up at Hook'em Up tire Shop there the real deal.

This is a very welcoming tire shop. Professional quick service Norma was very kind and helpful and so was Jose and Jesus did an excellent job with the tire. Also, I want to mention they have plenty of parking. It’s a safe area and they also detail cars, they’ll service your vehicle and the tires quickly, I highly recommend them

Absolutely a waste of time and horrible customer service. Was told they are open till 9pm made it there at 8:15pm and they shut it down early and the employees where just out front in the parking lot getting drunk and wouldnt give me any service I'll never do business with these guys after this and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else...

They sold me a dry rotted tire an my wife got into a bad accident because it was a front tire an they refused to correct the mistake…now my wife is out of a vehicle an is in forever pain an it’s gonna be a long recovery…I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone an on top of that there customer service is very poorly

I was traveling out of town and I had a flat tire in the middle of the drive. I pulled up and everyone was so attentive to my vehicle and all helped to make sure all my tires were reliable to get to my destination. 10/10 would recommend!

The business hours says the shop closes at 8:00pm. I got here at 6:48pm on a thursday and it’s already closed. What a waste of my time
