Great experience. Needed to get a tire replaced unexpectedly due to a staple in the side wall. I Was able to have a used tire installed at a very good price and was in and out. It's a first come first serve type place so if they are not too busy you won't be waiting too long. Definitely recommend if your just looking for some decent tires at an affordable price.

I never heard of them, but I called fifteen tire shops because I had driven up from Texas for Christmas and had a screw in my tire, which made me screwed. The owner told me to bring it in and he’d fit me in if he could. And he did. And I could not be more pleased. Not fancy, but I needed a tire fix and this guy literally saved my Christmas. Many many thanks.

It was late on a Saturday. The guy was closing in 20 minutes. He was able to get me in and plug the tire. Very professional. Very polite. He could have said no because he had a few other jobs before they closed but he didn't. I would highly recommend this place

Showed up right when they opened with a tire in the trunk for my other car. Had me in and out within 15 minutes. 110 for 2 18 inch rare tire size that don't look that used. Can't beat it.

Just went there today for my first time. Spoke with Dan at 1 pm, showed up at 4:15 PM, out by 4:45 PM (probably even earlier!) Two tires on in a snap! I'll be back AND tell anyone who needs their service!!

NEVR going to bk to this shop again!!! Been coming here for years this 2nd tym thy done this drove half hour to get there for the guy tell me come tomorrow even tho calld in the morning to make sure thy can do the work n was told get here at 4 or b4 should b fine but the guy working there at the tym said no cant do it come tomorrow... how u treat a loyal customer who drove miles to come to u?? Never again!!

I had just moved to Rochester and my tire indicator light indicated my tire(s) had lost pressure. I couldn't identify where the leak was coming from, but I had heard great things about Hooper's from locals and decided to bring in my car. Within maybe 5-10 minutes, Hooper's had identified the nail in my tire and patched it up. The service was noticeably efficient and courteous---not to mention the suprisingly low cost of the repair. I know for a fact that whenever my tires need to be replaced or repaired, Hooper's is the first place I'll call---I can't recommend them enough.

If i could give it 0, i would. Horrible, they do not take responsibility for errors they make. When you are finding someone’s car, you have to take into account that their life is in your hands.

They have new employees....the young man did not tighten my lug nuts..left my rim on somewhat loose... by day 5 the tire flew off my car ..on Clover St. in Pittsford. Down to the rotors. They "fixed it"..never replaced my rotor...never replaced the rim...said my car was unsafe...went to mechanic...nothing wrong with car .just needed new tires and suspension. That all!!!! They also said I had 3 lug nuts when I dropped off the car. Well Yeah!!! They flew off with the rim and tire!!! Car is safe and drivable....passes inspection. Thank God me and my 7y/o are alive. When the tire flew off it dented my passenger side door. Door does not open now...they refuse to take responsibility for the door..Door was working just fine before the tire flew off. I'm a single mom. Not a lot of money. This is wrong!

Went to a tire shop on university and they said if I leave my car there they might be able to look at it for a patch on tire leak and wouldn't quote a price. Came to Hooper's and got me in in less than 40 minutes and the waiting area was nice with some comfy chairs.

The service was really fast, and the tires that were put on my car have a good amount of tread left, but they are incredibly loud- took the car to a mechanic after and it turns out they put chopped (unevenly worn) tires on my car. Really disappointed to have been given tires that caused more of a problem than the tires that were replaced.

Hooper’s simply can’t be beat, I’ll never go anywhere else! I’ve been here twice now, and both times were quick, and easy. And the prices are shockingly low! Customer service is also top-notch: they’re honest, straightforward, and never try to up-charge you. They also have an arcade machine in the waiting room! First visit: I had been told elsewhere that I needed 4 new tires but Hooper’s said I really only needed 1, or 2 if I wanted to be proactive. Both tires are still going strong, never had an issue. Second visit: I had an emergency about 90 minutes before closing time. Texted and immediately received a response, arranged after-hours drop off from the tow, and had my car back shortly after they opened the next morning!

Sold me bad used tires been putting air in them snce october gave them 4 new tires off my kia truck that wouldn't fit my current car which wasnt a fair trade winter isn't even started and the tires are going flat consently I would like a refund Its now January
