Harvey and Sandra came to inspect - and diagnose some issues with our 2006, Keystone Raptor toy hauler. Harvey knows RV’s! He helped us figure out what was causing the issues. He took his time - and really made sure he took care of all of our needs. He worked on our electrical problems and schooled us on troubleshooting. Harvey & Sandra were both genuine and honest - a pleasure to work with. It was an awesome bonus that they are mobile. A++ service! Update 6/23/2024 We had Harvey and Sandra out for a second time. Our fifth wheel is a 2006 Keystone Raptor toy hauler. We had issues with our onboard generator. Harvey diagnosed where the problem was originating. He determined our battery wasn’t charging properly. He got the generator running! He checked on our power transfer box and helped quiet a buzzing sound. He works efficiently and figures out solutions for electrical issues and more. Harvey has been in the business of working on RV’s for close to 30 years. He knows his stuff. Hopkins Mobile RV is professional and reliable! Good people!

I have used Hopkins a few times and both times service was excellent. I appreciate Harvey taking the time to explain what he is doing and then fixing it. Sandra and Harvey are very knowledgeable and professional, thanks you two!

This team is great! Extensive knowledge of RV's, excellant communication and quick response. I went through a bad storm driving and incurred some issues. Harvey was quick in doing the repairs, had the required parts and noted a couple of maintenance issues that needed to be addressed in the future.

After going to a different shop and my problem still not fixed , I called Hopkins for my water heater not working. They came out the very next day and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Best of all he gave me some instructions and didn't make me feel like a dumb blonde

They were able to come out the very next day and look at a downed AC unit on our trailer. Initial diagnosis was we needed an A/C replacement, but then on further review as tech was finishing up, they discovered a simple solenoid issue and were able to fix it same day at a very reasonable charge. Will use them for everything on my fleet from now on here in Sacramento. Excellent work and thanks for the impressive response.

I called on a Saturday morning and they were able to squeeze me in. Showed up and fixed my issues within a half hour. Hands down how would use again. Highly recommended

My mom’s AC was limping along and needed replaced. Harvey was quick to diagnose the problem and had a replacement installed within hours. We will call on Hopkins for all our future RV maintenance and repairs. Highly recommend.

So glad I called these folks, they were very professional and helpful and Harvey went through all the scenarios with me as to what the problem could be from our Coleman Mach Air Conditioner and was able to save me some money!!! Hard to find people that are honest and willing to help out the customer nowadays. I would definitely recommend them to any family or friends who are having a need for any RV Repair great people to work with , thank you Harvey!

I have used this business on two separate occasions this last couple months and I have to say that they are very professional and friendly! Harvey was very knowledgeable and helpful about the problems with my trailer and he gave me a very fair price both times. I will be continuing to use him for all future trailer repairs.

My wife, dog and me were camping at Beals Point campground located at the Folsom Lake State Recreation Area. The AC in our motorhome wasn't working properly and it was over 100 degrees. I did an internet search and located Hopkins Mobile RV Repair and they were able to squeeze me in the next morning. Every once in a blue moon you find a great person and this was one of those times. Harvey was very professional and quickly solved my problem. I highly recommend him.

They were referred to me by a local supplier for AC work. A I called them and they said$250 for AC service. My ac would stop working when it was hot out. They showed up he put some tape inside AC, I said I thought it was something else. He said this is your problem, was here less than 30minutes, he didn't check any components. Later in day it still wasn't working. I found it was a component on compressor. I texted him and said your $250 tape job didn't fix it. He sent a thumbs up. He didn't stand behind his work. Very unprofessional. Basically got scammed.

Excellent service!! I called late one evening about an AC unit not working. They squeezed me in for an appointment the next day. Harvey knew exactly what was probably wrong and fixed it quickly. I totally recommend using them, and have filed their business card for future RV fixes. He even gave me a "heads up" about my roof and took pictures to show me where the problems are going to be coming up. I'll be using them to seal the roof as soon as possible . Great owners! I highly recommend using them for any RV problem you have👍🏼

Harvey Hopkins is truly talented at what he does, and he and his wife Sandra are a total delight. The air conditioning in our trailer went out in the middle of an insane heatwave, and my daughter is extremely prone to heatstroke. We also have 4 small dogs, and I have a couple of medical conditions myself that make me especially sensitive to the heat as well. Needless to say, I was STRESSING. OUT. I looked up mobile repair services and saw that Hopkins Mobile RV Repair was highly recommended and had many positive reviews, so I called right away. Sandra Hopkins answered the phone and I explained the situation, and I could tell that she had genuine compassion and concern for myself and my family, which really put my mind at ease. She told me that her and her husband would be coming out right away, and they did. They were so nice and so personal, and Harvey Hopkins is truly talented at what he does. They care about their customers and they really take their time explaining things in detail so that you understand. Their customer is bar none and for that, I will always recommend them. I wish I could give them 10 Stars!!!

Harvey and Sandra were so professional and helpful in a very desperate time of ours. After just moving into the Sacramento area, our air conditioner started popping our breaker and was not performing well during the record temperatures. They came out same day and got us a quote that was much lower than other competitors. A couple days later, Harvey got it installed and we are back in business and much more comfortable. Would highly recommend!

They came out a couple weeks ago to troubleshoot the furnace in my fifth wheel trailer. Harvey told me he needed to build a custom power connection extension such that it would reach the furnace when he removed it so he could troubleshoot. I've called four times since then asking for a call back to schedule the follow-up appointment and have never heard back. Of course they've already collected the $175 service fee.

We had a problem with a leaking gray water tank and wasn't sure where/how to fix it. He helped us diagnosis the issue and gave us guidance as to where/how to fix it (over the phone). We appreciate his kindness and got the problem fixed. We highly recommend this business.

Harvey is fantastic! He came on a Sunday in 100 degree weather. He is incredibly hard working and so knowledgeable. He knew exactly what needed to be fixed and got the job done promptly. We are thrilled with his work and his wife is lovely as well. We will never use anyone else for our RV repairs. We highly recommend Hopkins Mobile RV Repair.

Several months ago Harvey came out to give me an estimate. He showed up and was helpful explained everything well enough. They sent me an estimate quickly. After everything was completed with my insurance I called to set a time for them to come out and fix my 5th wheel, however they never answered my calls, texts, and emails. It wasn't until after I left a negative review that I got a call back. I was told the earliest they could come out was Nov 16, a month later. Here it is the 16th and a no show! I even called and texted them a few days ahead to confirm and again no call back or text. This not very professional and I don't appreciate being left hanging.

Very professional! Woke up to a leak around 2 in the morning during the last storm at camanche lake. Sent out 5 emails to every mobile rv and hopkins rv responded. Drove to my campsite and fixed the leak. Came back the next day and revealed the whole trailer.

We have had Harvey come to our travel trailer three times. Each time he was professional, courteous and reasonably priced. He has saved us thousands of dollars in unnecessary repairs. He also had helped us determine a warranty issue. I will recommend Harvey anytime someone needs servicing.

Came out at night, was very knowledgeable and fixed my black tank that had busted lose from there brackets that mount it to the underbelly. Great guy, can't say enough. Would definitely call again and recommended to anyone and everyone looking for RV repair.

Had a issue with my slide topper. Would not rotate out with the slide. Called Hopkins mobile RV. They returned my call within 15 minutes. I work 8 to 4 PM Monday thu Friday. They came out on Sunday, assessed the problem,and was able to fix the topper. Awesome job.

Harvey and Sandra went out of their way(literally) to help us. We were not in their normal service area but, they came out anyway, after normal hours. They had to come out to Lodi two days in a row due to our huge slide out problem. 2nd day, they had to bring a 3rd person for the beef to push it in(so we could get to the manufacturer for repair) Great mobile rv repair company.

Harvey came out and after 3min. Found the problem. I had been without electricity for 3 days in 105 degree heat. I would recommend this man to everyone who is looking for a honest man who knows what he is doing. Great service!!! Fantastic Husband and wife team..😁💯

Sandy and Harvey were awesome. Sandy returned my calls within minutes and was willing to schedule my repairs late into the evening. Harvey took the time to explain the where's, why's and how's of the repairs he was doing, teaching me a great deal about my rig. Pricing/Billing was fair and transparent. I would totally recommend these guys.
