Don't get your car repaired here!!! I told Hosep the owner after he replaced and painted my rear bumper that there is a huge gap between my rear bumper and fender, and it is not flushed like the other side, you can even see the bumper retainer clips!! Hosep response was it was a standard gap and is normal to have an opening!!Ridiculous!

I have been to Hosep's Body Shop probably 4 (?) times in the past 20-25 years. I keep coming back, because they always do a great job. Sharam is the owner, and he is a pleasure to deal with. Great communicator and very honest about what it takes to fix the car. And, he likes to do things ; the right way! Which is the way I like it too. I am highly recommend Hosep's Body Shop.

My car needed some minor repairs so I went in to get an estimate. It was reasonable so I authorized the work and paid in full. I left with my car and Sharam was to call when the parts came in. He never called. In the meantime, my car was stolen. When I called to cancel the work and get a refund he told me he could not provide one. When I complained he said he could could provide me with a partial refund and give me the parts. He would figure out the amount and get back to me. He never did so I called again. He said he would give me $182 of $894 and the parts. I hung up and immediately called the credit card company to contest the charge but because Hosep’s lied and said partial work had been done and that they had provided me with a partial refund they sided with Hosep’s the bank couldn’t do anything. Sadly, the onus is on the consumer in a face to face transaction such as this and they took his word over mine. So I called Sharam to arrange for the refund and get the parts. He said he had nothing to say to me because I contested the charge and hung up on me. Now, I’m out the full $894 and left with the aggravation of having to file with the AG, the FTC, the BBB and the CA Bureau of Auto Repairs. Beware of ever paying anything in advance here.

Sharam and his team are the best if the best. They are very jndormative, manage your expectations, communicate thoroughly and frequently and do simply flawless repair work. This is the only repair shop I’ve ever gone to and the only one I ever will.

Was first referred by Stacy at Affordable Care, a neighborhood institution. Hosep's did a complicated repair job resulting from a fender bender. They worked through several back and forths with my insurance company and did a meticulous, thoughtful repair that stayed on budget and looks great. They have worked on my car before this and then too I was impressed by their careful work. Just look around the premises and office and see a clean, well-kept business that looks after its customers. Highly recommend.

A minor accident entering a parking lot dislodged the front bumper of my Lexus. One or more of the anchoring tabs was compromised. While my mechanic was able to stabilize the bumper, he suggested I check with a body shop if I wanted it to align correctly. He recommended Hoseps. Thinking I might need a new bumper - very expensive and ridiculous given the type of accident it was, thanks Lexus 😣 - I went over and met with Sharam. He looked the situation over, took parts of the bumper apart and repaired it while I waited. He checked the rest of the bumper and assured me all was ok. He charged me very little for his work and probably saved me $1400 compared to what I would have been charged if I had gone to Lexus or somewhere not as gracious, honest, and helpful. I highly recommend Sharam and his business.

Highly recommend - Sharam is friendly and forthright, and ensures an excellent quality of work. I got hit in a hit & run accident and they were able to fully erase the damage that had been done, while negotiating with my insurance which had initially given a very low estimate (below my deductible). All handled in a timely manner and with great quality.

I cannot say enough good things about this shop. Sharam is a fantastic guy and made me feel like I was in good hands from the very beginning. Very calm, patient, a great communicator, and helped keep my stress at bay. I needed major body work done to my Prius after an accident and the body/repair work was just phenomenal. this body shop forced us to sell him our car with very low price due to an accident after he promised us that it won't be any storage fees he did not fulfill his promises instead he wanted to charge us more than $2500.00 storage fees to release it because we decided not to fix it with his shop the estimate was very high .we never go back to this shop again

Been coming here for service and repair for about 2 or 3 years now (no body work) on my 2006 pontiac vibe. Estimates are always very reasonable, they work fast, and the work is consistently excellent. So hard to find a good mechanic in L.A.; if you're looking, give this place a try.
