Super thankful for this location and the guys who helped me out in a pinch yesterday. When my tire pressure on the dash starting counting down from 30-25,18,14,10,5.... I knew I was in a dire situation so I took the next exit. It just so happened, by the grace of God, that this House of Mufflers & Brakes was RIGHT there to my right off the Leavenworth exit. I pulled in right as my tire hit 0 and asked if I could change my spare in their parking lot (there was a gash on the inner sidewall so there was no repairing the tire). I didn't catch his name, but the guy said "don't worry about it, we'll do it for you", pulled my truck into the stall, and swapped my blown tire for my spare in about 5 minutes. I had a good conversation with the guys and am just forever grateful for them getting me back on the road in no time. I will be taking my vehicle here again for other service in the future just because of how polite and helpful they were on this occasion!

They were able to save my exhaust that had completely fallen off from getting rear ended, and saved me $500 at the least. Got me taken care of in less than 2 hrs and I was able to get to work to finish my day. Thanks guys!

Carlos Hernandez is a kind, respectful and honest man. He was kind enough to take the time to look at my car after I had suspicions that another garage was trying to get one over on me, which was confirmed to be correct. I respect honesty, and therefore when it comes time to needing my work done I will definitely go to him. Thank you, Carlos and team for being a prime example of how a garage should be ran and people should be treated. You will be seeing me for my next service.

The only auto shop I trust. I cannot recommend highly enough. They won't try to upsell you on anything, in fact, they will let you know of any repairs that are urgent, those that could become an issue in the future, and everything that is functioning well now. They also provide detailed photos of the issues with your vehicle to help you understand the problem, which is amazing for someone like me who doesn't have much automotive knowledge. Hands down the best auto shop I've ever been to.

In 22 years that I have been in this country I have not found a repair shop with such honest and professional staff for the needs of my cars and in this place I found it and I totally recommend it 100% special thanks to Carlos, a great worker with A lot of professionalism and honesty is something that is rarely found in the Latin community in terms of mechanics, everyone tries to screw you more than you are and they don't leave your cars in good condition. I recommend you go to House of Mufflers, you will find great attention and Carlos will always treat you with respect.

I always have a good experience at this location….Carlos is an above and beyond Manager, and it trickles down to His staff! They are all polite and provide excellent customer service, which is hard to come by these days. I appreciate the honest service I receive here vs going to a dealership. They make it convenient and you drive away knowing Everything has been taken care of. Highly recommend!!

The people were friendly and seemed to know what they were doing until I had asked why my catalytic converters were smaller then they were and they had messed up put the wrong ones on and refused to service me again without bringing another $4000 welp lost $4000 to these guys

The House of Mufflers and Brakes does a great job of taking care of their customers. I know many people who trust them for their complete car care. They have always been courteous to me and, as a business owner myself, I cannot overly emphasize the importance of hiring great staff. Good job doing what you do!

Terrible service, My husband took his van in and said it was over heating, they wasted time checking everything else out and he had to tell them over again that he needs the fans checks, because it was overheating! Amber them they COMPLETE OVER CHARGED HIM!! We will never go there again!!!

They quoted me $513 for a used tire. They said: do you want to finance for a $513 used tire? Do you want to finance for that? If so, this is the place for you.
