Doesn't deserve a 1 star review because i didn't have any work done on my car but the phone call trying to get an estimate on a very clear and descript problem was a horrendous nightmare. Marty on the phone was very rude and implying that i don't know what i was talking about and being extremely condescending. I presume he was having a bad day but that shouldn't give him the right to be rude to a possible customer. I was referred to by the firestone on 90th.

A ten rating isn't good enough. This shop was the best experience I've EVER had. The team is so thorough, friendly, time efficient, and I may never go anywhere else. Marty, specifically, is so great. He actually taught me things about cars in general so I know what to look for if I feel like something is wrong. Plus, he's pretty funny. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Out of state resident looking to get my vehicle diagnosed and fixed. The team got me scheduled and in quickly, diagnosed the problem with a text update and a repair quote and fixed the issue fast. If they work this well with travelers then I gladly will recommend them to everyone !

I have had a great experience at the House of Mufflers and Brakes Total Car care. When my engine light came on the team drove my car and attached my car to their equipment to find that nothing was wrong so they charged me nothing. What a relief!

Me and my sister was waiting on the truck to get fix they had told us that it would take one hour and a half to get fixed it only told 45 minutes. As we waited Marty was telling us about Dot code that was on the tire that told the date when the tire was made so the customer would know if they were buying good tire. I bought my jeep there to have a alignment . The passenger front tire had been warned badly and I need a new tire. And as we waited Marty look up three price for us the price he showed us was a good price that I could pass up. I was only there's for a alignment that when I looked it up the price was one hundred to two hundred it came out to be $ 109.00 that was a good price for me on top of that I told Marty if I could get a free oil change that I would buy the tires he said yes for the oil change so I but myself a early christmas present 4 new tire for my jeep a dill, I could not pass up. I got and alignment a oil change and 4 new tire for less than $ 800 now I set for the winter thanks to Marty and he showed me the Dot code on my tire that I had but and the tire was made this year thank again Marty

We’ve been to the House a few times. Easy for appts and always helpful. Recently we needed alignment on old Mazda. Marty was considerate of our situation and gave us helpful advice. We will be back for minor repairs and stuff we can’t do such as alignments. Returned to have a broken exhaust pipe bracket replaced. Reasonable cost and fast service.

I go to the shop on Maple Street. I get maintenance work done there, and also take it there if something breaks down on my car. Don’t want to go anywhere else because these guys are honest and do good work!

Got some muffler work done on my old pickup and got treated like family. The old gray haired fella gave me a hard time from the start, I like that. The job was done right and at a reasonable price, a good value. I recommend this shop for other car issues, not just mufflers and brakes.

So if a new part is installed, because something is suspect, and wasn’t the cause, why do I have to pay for the part that was not the cause? Take the new part off and put my original part back on. Would really cut down on the high bill to begin with.
