If anyone is thinking about bringing your vehicle here BEWARE, this place is a scam, money hungry. I brought my car to have the timing belt tensioner removed because it was damaged, first he tells us it's 260 then 3 then 4 then $500 dollars. He wanted to charge me a credit card transaction fee of 40 dollars when I came and paid whatever I owed. Didn't place everything back the correct way and caused the car to still run like crap, the owner insults my wife and says your car is junk, then proceeds to offer service by fixing some bent vent valves which he says would take about $5000 to fix, I was fed up with the never ending prices, so I went to pick up my car and paid the 500 dollars which I really think that $260 was the correct price for what they did. So I towed the car to a different mechanic and low and behold it was an $800 job and mind you the valves were not bent or damaged, only reason why it still ran like crap is because they put it back together improperly. They will smile in your face but have very bad intentions. Some places would look at your car before charging any kind of money, this place will charge you an arm and a leg just to open and look at something. This is poor characteristics in a business. Big red flags he'd get jumpy and try to persuade you to get something done unnecessarily. You would want to trust your mechanic or anybody that is working on your car they should look out for your well-being but not here It's all about money and very much lack integrity unfortunately.

Broken rear axel and some other problems. Had my car sitting at another place for over 2 weeks before I was told they couldn't help. Got it towed to Mario Auto Services close to end of day on Thurs, 5-9-24. Mario called saying the work would be done Friday, worst case, Saturday at the latest. 9:00am Saturday morning,(5-11'24), he calls me to come and get it. Went close to a month without a car and this guy and his team fixed it in under 48hrs... highly recommend to anyone in the bear creek area 77084 5 stars may not me good enough. Thanks Mario and team

My husband had some damage in his bumper, and this was the only place that gave him a great, affordable estimate. The problem was fixed fast, and communication was great throughout the whole process. Also, when we received the car, he had it cleaned both inside and out, such a great touch! Definitely recommend for your car needs!

Si pudiera dar 0 estrellas lo haría a finales de Julio por recomendación de Mario se cambió una banda a mi Jeep ayer 3 de septiembre la banda se zafó cuando estaba manejando a punto de causar un accidente ya que el volante no podía girar al llamarles al taller y explicar solo le dio risa cuando le dije del accidente que poco profesional queda de mandar una grúa y a los pocos minutos llama para cancelar que hasta dentro de 3 días porque ya faltaban un par de horas para cerrar su negocio como yo voy a perder días de trabajo por su ineptitud aléjense de este lugar.

WORST MECHANIC EVER!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP! I had the rack and pinion replaced on my car by Mario and it barely lasted over 2 years. Rack and pinions are normally supposed to last around 10 years or 100,000 miles. TERRIBLE VALUE
