Bad service. Call for the repair and she sent two guys, one helper and one he called himself mechanic but nasty one. I told their dispatch to bring the original alternator and he brought the remanufacture one from dealer and told me the dealer doesn’t have the original alternator. And they said it’s the same thing they always use for replacement. I called the dealer before them and dealer of freighter Houston gave me the information for both and it’s $600 more of the dealer price for the one he bought. I told them I need the original one for that price and they left without any notice while working on my truck. I thought they went to the TA and waited. But they disappeared and never returned. I called their office asked what happened. Then their dispatch said she fired them because they didn’t follow the instructions she gave. She send another mechanic in the morning with the part I asked for. But that guy also was late and took some time for easy installation.! It’s $1500 for the alternator . Too much and not professional. I don’t recommend and stay away. Yes, I was late for my appointment too..

Very good speedy service. I thought I was gonna be down for a whole day and I was up and running in four hours. I couldn’t believe the service I would recommend these people to anybody.

I was Stranded in the rain and cold I called a few other services and they all had excuses as to why they cld not come out when I called Salazar tire she went the extra mile to assist and helped literally arrived in less than 8 min the gentleman who helped me was extremely professional and provided great service

I had a break down late at night and gave Salazar truck and trailer repair a call and they call to the rescue. Great communication and service all the way through. Guaranteed to call them again if we have another issue with our trucks

i called to road service salazar truck they told me the mechanic will be there 30-40 minutes they didn't show up half&hour a go he came after long time waiting chack the part i knew this is gonna happen i took picture and sent to them to see it before came to me he came check it and went to dealer wasted more than half&hour fore 10 minutes job 😂 they charge me to change power steering fluid hose&1119.94 part probably &100-&150 again for 10-20 minutes job crazy i wish if i see review like this before call them

Broke down on I-10 in Houston, had 2 blown tires, a bent rim and bent mudflap frame on my semi trailer and called about 10 places some answered but didn’t have the rim or couldn’t weld frame back into place, two others that would do it charged an outrageous amount and would take 5 hours to get to me.Salazar truck and trailer repair said they would be out to me in 80 minutes and got their faster than the 80 minutes, fixed everything in about an hour and the best thing the price was less than half of the other quotes i got! Very thankful for their service. Also they person that dispatches people to help you and takes payments was very courteous and happy to help! One hundred percent recommended for the houston area.
