Antonio, Alex and the rest of the staff are very nice and helpful. Two months ago my car was hit in a parking lot and they made the whole process easy and fast. They left my car looking brand new inside and out . Will definitely be recommending them to family and friends.

Howard Auto Body is hands down the best shop in the city. Tony and his entire staff are the epitome of professionalism, attentiveness, and informational . I’ve been coming to them for years now. With every visit it is apparent that they truly appreciate their customers and are always looking to continue to earn not just your continued business but your trust in how they operate and do business. This time I got into an accident and my Mazda needed a lot of body work and frame work. I was very nervous because I had never been in an accident that totally wrecked my car. After I had my car towed into the shop Tony explained everything to me and made me feel at ease about the journey ahead to get my car restored. Very consistently Tony called me to update me on the progress of the repairs and before I knew it he and his team had my car completely repaired and when I picked it up it looked new as the day I brought it home from the dealership. They had even gone through the trouble of detailing my car inside and out. I had no clue that they even did detailing. What floored me was that I had explained to Tony that my insurance decided to accept fault due to me not having adequate proof of what happened. I told Tony going forward that I would invest in a car camera system for security in case of future incidents. Tony had me bring my camera in and installed it as a courtesy to me. The level of service, communication, urgency, and kindness that I was shown really went above and beyond for me. I will always recommend Howard Auto Body to anyone seeking a professional, kind, honest, and elite body shop. Thanks to Tony and the entire Howard Auto Body team for turning my nightmare car experience into a very cheerful and grateful conclusion.

It was a blessing to find this place. This shop is run by a family and they are educated, professional at what they do. It's a high end in terms of mechanics and body repair . Very nice people and the place is always neat in the office and in the shop. All the mechanics are so respectful. Bring your car there, you will be amazed

Our car was hit by someone while parking on the street and towed to the body shop. They communicated directly with the insurance company and replaced everything needed. They also kept us updated all the time. Very friendly and nice staff. Our car looks brand new both inside and outside again!

Antonio and staff are awesome to work with. Clean shop, easy in and out of facility and great communication. They stayed on my isurance company so I'd receive every necessary part replacement and repair. Quality repair work. I also had them fully detail my Atlas, it looks brand new.

I took a pothole with the right side of the car, the whole right side was damaged with all the wheels, suspensions and more. I took the car here because I saw good reviews. Big mistake! even after I went to pick up the car, I heard all kinds of strange noises from the right side. they told me it's because of the brakes and so on. After a few months, my car is garbage, a lot of noises from the right side of the car. when I turn the steering wheel to the stand or right, the shock absorber crackles, unbelievable. I specify that the car was a brand new Tiguan 2023 when I bought it! Everything cost $ 6,384.16 (see in the picture). Stay away from this shop!

I had collision damage on my Civic. Throughout the entire process, I was updated and explained on what they were doing to my car. The staff is very helpful and they gave me peace of mind. The shop made sure everything was correct and they did not cut any corners. Their work speaks for itself, the repairs they made had my car looking brand new! I definitely recommend this auto shop to anyone in the North Chicago area.

A bike scratched the driver door on my car, and I came in seeking the affordable and quickest option. I had purchased Scratch X in attempt to take off the scratch by myself. I got the scratch to get smaller, but I coincidently messed up the top paint coat of my car making it off white compared to the rest of the white color on the car. Antonio and the team welcomed me once I came in and quickly gave me 2 reasonable quotes. They fixed the car in 2 hours. The car looks brand new again. They did a great job! Thank you again!

I rear ended a tow truck over a year ago with my 2009 Yaris. I filed a claim because it was my fault but my insurance cancelled the claim for me because I didn't want to be rated for an at fault acident. Well the repairs finally needed to be done and I was referred to Howard Auto Body. Best referral ever! They suggested I contact my insurance and reopen the claim which I did because it was going to cost much more than I thought it would. As I foolishly did not consider that the invisible (to me) damage was greater than the visible damage. My insurance was a little slow to send an assessor out but Antonio got my car repaired and it looks great! I will happily refer anyone I know to them. They could not have been nicer, more helpful, or done a better job!

Nobody wants to get a repair but when I was scraped in a parking lot on my '22 Forester, I didn't want to leave it that way when the rest of the car looks so good. I got several estimate from shops and theirs was fair and the communication was good. Had the work done and it looks great. Good communication afterwards too. Making sure I knew not to go through car wash with brushes for 30+ days. Will use them again.

Someone had rearended my car and dented in my trunk and did more damage to that area and some friends recommended Howard Autobody and repair. I am so happy we decided to go here! Tony and the ladies who helped in the office were so nice. Tony wanted to make sure my car repairs came out excellent (matching color etc) and they did! Car looks new. And they checked to see no other damage was made internally. Would totally recommend them!! 🙂

Took my RAV4 in for body work and the whole staff was incredible to work with. I was talked through the estimate & given a reasonable turnaround time. They had strong communication and were kind and helpful. I would highly recommend trusting them with your car!

Howard Auto Body has been my go-to for both body and mechanical work since I found them over a decade ago! I have brought them everything from an oil change to a very involved accident repair and their execution is always excellent. Tony and Alex are knowledgeable and take care to educate their clients regarding their options in a way that is easy to understand and not condescending. While my vehicle is in the shop, I have found that there is frequent communication and vehicles are delivered in a timely fashion. It is refreshing to work with a business that continues to prioritize customer service! I give Howard Auto Body my highest recommendation!

I stumbled upon this shop due to them being the closest place after my car suffered a break in. The service and clear communication from Tony has forever made them my permanent shop for all repairs / maintenance for my vehicle! Clearly a very honest, fast and very affordable auto repair shop. In life you need a trusted dentist but also a trusted mechanic/auto repair. We were beyond words when our car was returned to us after a small fender bender. Howard body shop went beyond expectations. We received our car in excellent condition. In addition, they were also able to conduct an overall mechanical inspection. We are now able to avoid a much bigger problem due to this find. I cannot recommend Howard Auto body shop more.

He has the best paint guys. They can match my tri color paint. Car looks like it was brand new. Antonio takes car of all maintenance, body work, tires and oil. on our 3 cars.

I had rusted broken bolts for license plate. Went over to this place thinking an auto body shop would be the best place to get it fixed in a cost effective manner. Wrong, guy took a look and quoted me atleast $150.00, more then double what the mechanic shop I had got a quote at same day. I went home and took care of it myself. Shop around if your concerned about being over charged.

I have had nothing, but great experiences at this shop. Definitely a trustworthy place to bring in your vehicle. Tony is someone that gives those details about why your car might have broken down & doesn’t leave you clueless on why you needed to replace your radiator. A majority of mechanics do the work, but never give an explanation as to why you need to have certain parts replaced they just say “oh yeah I fixed it it’s all good”. Like No, tell me why so that I can understand where I put my money at lol Besides that everyone is really friendly, very easy to talk to instead of getting that ugly attitude that other places can give when trying to schedule an appointment. This is definitely I place I recommend! Five starts 🙌🏽

My sister, my daughter, my self and my Mom all have had our cars repaired at Howard Auto. The place is outstanding, the work performed is top notch, and the people are first class. Tony and his family work incredibly hard and care very much about the quality of the work they do. They just repaired my Mom's car and it came out looking brand new. Mom was so pleased! Great place!

I normally never write reviews but, this auto body and repair shot is truly amazing! The service is great, staff are helpful, and the environment is friendly. I took my car in the morning for an emergency repair and they fix it quickly, properly, and I runs better than I could have expected. They walked me through the entire repair process and the price was good! They are truly the best in the Chicagoland area.
