This place is awesome…took my old 2012 cls 550 to the dealership for unknown electrical issues that was causing a limp home mode and all other crazy things,,they quoted $3000 to start diagnose and gave me the if you can’t afford the car why buy it and then it would take over a week to get to it.A very very close friend of mine(myself)with a Bentley,Lamborghini,viper,2019S63 told myself to try HR cause of what i heard.. I could not have made a better decision.I dropped the car off 20 minutes later he called back and told me what was wrong and if I wanted him to fix it I could pick it up the next day.Since then he has done everything that needed to be done to my benz.I will not go anywhere else and he doesn’t even know about my other vehicles so no Machanic biases here …A very honest person ….You Can’t go wrong

I took my 2007 650I to three shops, including the dealer, before having Roman and HR do the work. My 650I has a hair over 80K on it and anyone with a Bimmer knows what that means. Leaks. Lots of leaks! Everything leaking. Plus, valve stem seals. The prices quoted at the other shops either missed leaks I knew I had or missed issues that Roman found immediately. In addition, the other shops either would not do all the work, deferring to the dealer for some things. I will not quote pricing but Roman and HR were the least expensive for the most work than anyone else. All that is secondary to the quality of service I received from Roman and HR. I cannot begin to express how impressed I am in their work and the communication with me as a customer. The 650I runs like new and no leaks on the garage floor. My 650I now has a new "Bimmer-atrician" for everything now. Not going to take it anywhere else for anything that Roman and HR can do. They are just outstanding and could not recommend them more. Give them a try and you will likely feel the same way. Just a side note, I am afraid that the secret will get out about HR and they will become such a hot commodity that it will be hard to get work done but I have decided that a day, a week, or a month, it doesn't matter, my 650I is going to Roman and HR for everything from now on.

Roman was able to diagnose and fix my car that West County BMW and Plaza BMW had misdiagnosed. The turnaround was extremely quick nice neat clean shop very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with

I've been taking my '08 Audi A4 to him for years now, and his service is always excellent, his prices are always fair and reasonable, and he always does a high quality and trustworthy job. Mr Roman works like a magician! The engine of my Audi was damaged, even the dealer said they couldn't fix the issue, but Mr Roman did! Excellent skill and reasonable price, definitely will be my first choice in the future!

Brought my Audi A6 to HR Automotive Service to fix a coolant leak. They fixed the coolant leak and then made a few more recommendations to fix an oil leak too. After the repairs were complete, no more coolant / oil leaks! Car runs like it's brand new again. Bring your car to HR Automotive Service, they will take great care of you and provide excellent customer service! Trust me, I've been wrenching on cars for 35 years, I'm speaking from experience! These guys are top notch!

These guys are amazing! Driving from out of state and needed an oil change before continuing my trip and they were able to see my car within half an hour notice and have it done in a very timely manner. Highly recommend!

This has been the best experience with a mechanic I’ve ever had. Very honest and fair. We now take both of our BMWs to him. He has always given us wonderful service.
