Great people. Was 11 hours from home and heard a noise before driving back, I called these guys and they got me in within 20 minutes checked the car out, topped everything off and had me out in no time. I appreciate a business like this!

Want to thank John for making things right with my vehicle. Initially took my vehicle here and wasn't happy with the results and put a bad review after speaking with Tony. John reached out to me and got everything corrected and actually went above and beyond to make everything right. I would recommend this place to friends and family for mechanic needs. So for anyone wanting to try this place for any mechanical needs to your vehicle I recommend you call or go in and ask to speak with John. He'll definitely take care of you. We were having issues with our jeep turning off and came to this shop within an hour of them closing. They were very helpful. Most places would have rushed us out of told us to come back, they did a scan to see if any issues came up. Then even took us to the back to show us what the regular issues are with our car and offered us options on how to go about fixing it. They were very helpful, informative and courteous.

These guys genuinely care about doing the job right. Our neighbor referred us to these guys and we are so grateful. It is hard to find good, honest mechanics in big cities and these guys have me hope again! Big praise for Tony, John, and Jared who helped us not just get the job fixed for a fair price, they took time on their lunch break to talk through the issues and fixes and answered any question we had. They will be our mechanics for as long as we live in the Valley!

10/10 recommend H&S to everyone!!! Incredibly friendly, honest and prices are very fair! Will definitely be bringing my car back here in the future! Hard to trust any other mechanic after getting multiple quotes and opinions from other shops trying to nickel and dime me for everything. This place is the real deal!!

I just recently moved here to AZ. The engine light in my car was ON, I called them, and they said, "Come anytime," to scan the car and see what going on... I went, and John fixed right away!!! Even open their waiting area for me. Everybody there is so pleasant ☺️.

Tony and John are simply the best. Took my mini cooper there and they cleaned my headlights. Last week I took my Toyota there and I just noticed they did the headlights on my truck too. I love you guys and if you are a single chick, these guys are your go to. They don’t over charge and they try to get you to buy services or parts you don’t need. That young man that handed me my key…I didn’t know his name but he was very nice.

H&S automotive is the only shop that would provide me with an estimate for a particular EV service on a Chevy Bolt. And their price is completely reasonable and affordable. I had already contacted three dealerships and none of them responded. And Gruelich Auto doesn't work on EVs. What a relief that I won't have to be gouged by a dealership for servicing a product they sold but for which they couldn't be bothered to provide me an estimate!

Had a major issue with my car's engine, and H&S was able to get me in quickly. They took the extra time to verify the root issue and save me a lot of money, instead of just jumping to a more expensive rebuild. It's always a bit of a gamble going to a new mechanic, but I'm glad I took my car to H&S and I will be back!

I will definitely be taking my car back to H&S Automotive for any repairs needed in the future! The owner is very honest and reliable and prices are fair. I brought my hybrid car in for lights that came on to check the charging system. They checked it out and then informed me that my car has a warranty I was not aware about and that I could take it to the dealership and they would replace what I needed for free. So I took my car to the dealership, got that situation fixed, and left the dealership with a list of other things that needed to get done. I brought that list back to H&S and they got everything done much cheaper. My car feels brand new! Thanks guys!

Tony, John, Lloyd ... These guys are top notch, cream of the crop. Such outstanding communication and customer service. I had what I imagined was an issue with my vehicle, brought it to the boys and they did their magic. Turns out, I'm just used to driving turbo'd vehicles apparently. Instead of appeasing my worries and selling me a performance modification or a part that I didn't need, they simply told me my car runs beautifully and tossed me the keys. And to top it off - they performed the diagnostic for no charge. Not only have they gained a customer for life, they have earned the business of my wife's as well. I thought I knew what an honest, reputable mechanic looked like, I have been informed of what 30+ years in the automotive industry and 5 stars truly looks like.

Great experience! I had an appointment with another shop. But they unfortunately, closed down. But H&S took me at my appointment no problem! I was in and out within an hour. Super happy and I will definitely be back!

Husband was the one who came to them first so I decided to go to them first. They were able to get my car in right away and charged a few hundred for me. I don’t know if we’ll ever be back in the north side but glad I picked them while I’m working near them.

Have been using them for a few years now and can't believe I haven't written a review yet. They have been amazing over the years and we keep going back. Had to use them today from an incident over the weekend. They provide quality work at an affordable price and get it done as reasonably as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I am from Georgia, and Mr. John from H&S was recommended to me as a good, honest and fair mechanic. I had him inspect a vehicle that I was trying to purchase from a local dealer in Glendale Az., Mr. John was very thorough in his inspection and checked everything out and also sent me photos of the vehicle from top to bottom, it is good to know that there are still good honest mechanics still out there and charges a fair and reasonable price. If I lived in Glendale, Mr. John would definitely be my mechanic!

Overall excellent service! Front bumper came off my car overnight, I called them and Tony the manager said to bring it in to take a look. He was very informative, personable and professional, and Ryan the mechanic made quick and skillful work of the repair, also informative, friendly and professional. I can't thank them enough, they have certainly earned my patronage, will work with them again for any future maintenance and repairs.
