I had a fantastic experience at H. T. Discount Tires! My car had been making a strange noise for weeks, and after visiting a couple of other shops that couldn't figure it out, Mohamed and his team diagnosed and fixed the issue in no time. They replaced my brake pads and adjusted the alignment, which made my car feel like new again. On top of that, I decided to get a new set of tires while I was there, and they had a great selection at competitive prices. The tire change was quick, and they even threw in a complimentary tire rotation. The whole team was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They explained everything in a way that made sense without pressuring me into unnecessary repairs. The shop was clean, and scheduling an appointment was easy. It hurts me to leave a negative review. But it is all done in honest truth. My first encounter was pleasant. I had problems with my seat cushions on my 2008 Lexus IS350 because they were damaged. Mo repaired them and did a good job. That being said, because he was so personable and did a decent job.I thought I would give him my business. The spiral started when I informed Mo that I needed some used all-season tires, I specifically told him I need them to be all season because I had a bad experience with the snow previously and my car did not fare well because of the tires I had on the car previously. Later on I found out Mo sold me some 15-year-old summer tires that were not even supposed to be on the road and he charged me the price I would have paid for some brand new one, and the tires were defective and because they weren't all-season and there were summer tires they could jeopardize my safety. Not learning my lesson.I stuck with Moe. I needed some major work done on my 2008 Lexus IS350. Moe replaced all four of my wheel hub assembly bearings, my brake rotors In which I specifically ask him to put some good quality premium rotors on my car, and I guess he was trying to save some money.and he put some cheap rotors , which rusted out on the first rain we had. My rear axle he replaced but it ended up leaking again Even though it was a brand new axle. I discovered these problems when a couple of months later , I started hearing a loud noise under my car which appeared to get worse and worse. Eventually took it to the dealer And paid $200 dollars for a full car diagnostic. And not only did they tell me the work had been incorrectly done, they showed me pictures to prove it. They said it was as if had never got any of the work done and that he left parts off and parts were incorrectly installed. I spent well over $4,000 dollars with Moe. And what did I get. Well, I got what I paid for. Everything that he had put on the car, he didn't do it correctly. He didn't pay attention to detail and rush the job. And by not learnig my lesson the first time I have to get all this work done all over again. So don't make the mistake I made or you truly will pay when it comes to any work he does outside of used tires but it's a dice roll, sometimes you get lucky sometimes you don't. It may cost you a little bit more money in the beginning, but as the saying goes , you get what you pay for, and you pay for what you get. You may end up paying more in the long run. I'm very disappointed. but it was a lesson well learned.

we had our car towed in after hours because we blew a tire, but the gentleman was still there and had our car in and out in like 10 minutes with a brand new tire, still very thankful for that and highly recommend!

After getting 2 blown tires in 2 days, I went into H.T. Discount Tires and Mo helped me find a tire to put onto the car so I could get it to his shop. He gave me a cup of tea and some great advice about my tires and rims! My previous ones were broken and not very reliable to begin with. Then once I got the car there he had all 4 new tires on my car within the hour. Super nice people and Mo did a wonderful job. Will recommend to anyone with car troubles.

Came here on Sunday an hour before they were about to close, I got a flat tire. Called AAA to come fix it. The guy from AAA put the lug nuts on wrong stripped them. Mo waited for me to go to auto zone get the parts and fixed the rods and lug nuts. Then in the process fixed my bumper with no charge. He ended up staying an hour after they were suppose to close to finish the job. He truly makes his costumers feel like family, he is very personable, and funny. I will forever be a customer of his.

To say Moe was amazing would be an understatement. I have a 06 Chevy Silverado and I’ve had things fixed on it before, and I ALWAYS run into being over priced due to being a female. Moe was very fair with his prices and was able to have my truck in and out within 2 hours. I have never been treated fair at an auto place until Moe. I will FOR SURE be back and sending anyone and everyone I know his way! Thank you, Moe! You’re a literal life savor!!

I drove to Columbus from Detroit, so like 3 hours, and got a hole in my tire. But I went to HT and it was fixed in like 5 minutes! So I was able to get back to Detroit, all safe & good. Was super easy experience, would return if I was ever in that situation again!

Mo is fantastic. Not only will he fix whatever is wrong with your car, he’ll charge you less and do it better than any shop I’ve been to. And, on top of all that, he makes you feel like family while you’re there. I came to Mo after my Taurus got a flat tire on a Sunday when not many shops were open. He had me up and running again in just a couple minutes. He suggested some other things I might want to fix but wasn’t even close to pushy about it. I liked him so much, I came back the next day to have my brakes replaced and some work done on my obnoxiously loud exhaust. Long story short: bring your car here and say yes if he offers you tea. It’s delicious.
