Man what can I say?!?! I'm a professional driver and I had a hose quick disconnect on my rig break (coolant line). I had called 4 different companies and not on of them had anyone that could get to me in a timely fashion. Then I called Hubbs. Call was answer within a few rings. Gave him the sitch and he had solutions right off the bat. They are a roadside only company and they can help you with damn near whatever issue you have. Within 45 min of him showing up, I had coolant in the lines with ZERO leaks!!! A+ service and work. Recommended

Said he was on the way , never showed. Asked for update on eta , responded with “not sure”. Asked if he’s coming at all tonight? Never got a response back. Called and text messages ignored after that. Wasted half the day on him when I could of found a real mechanic in the area who are true to there word. DO NOT USE.

He might be a ok guy personally but professionally he is the absolute worst I use this gentleman 2x and both times he lef me on side the road after wasting hours out of my day..HE WILL NOT TELL YOU WHAT HE CAN NOT DO HE'LL CHARGE YOU FOR THE DAY SAY HE'LL COME BACK THE NEXT DAY BUT HE NEVER WILL..on top of the bad service his prices are sky high. THIS GUY COST ME 4K BECAUSE HE MISSED MY TRUCK UP. I beg you do not use this guy

Hubbs is the real deal. He replaced my starter on my 2014 Freightliner M2 box truck in 105 degree Texas heat. He fought hard to get this truck up and running. I will absolutely call him again if I need anything else done to my vehicle.

Called him he told me he would be here in 45 minutes and he never showed up did not even give us a call to tell us he's not coming sat around for 2 hours waiting when I called him back it went straight to voicemail I do not recommend to use him also half the profiles under his comments are fake most of them have the same last name. Don't bother calling him find someone else.

I found this guy online and I wish I NEVER hired him. This man tried to charge me $1200 dollars and couldn't provide me with receipts of "parts bought" because he didn't buy any. He used my own parts and got them welded. Now my truck is stuck AGAIN and we now have to pay even more money because of his lack of skills. As someone else also stated. He left with my part and didn't answer for hours. He's full of it. I don't even right reviews. But I want to save someone the drama. DONT DO IT!!! I will be reporting this "business" to the BBB

I called this shop yesterday around 8:30 p.m. and in the call I stated what the problem was. Upon arrival to the call the technician stays at my location for maybe 10 minutes and then he leaves. He is gone for an extended amount of time before returning because he said he forgot the brake chamber that I initially had told him about during the call. As a result I had to wait for him to return And upon him returning he again comes back stays for few minutes and leaves. During the roadside service call this happened maybe 3 or 4 times with each time the person being gone for extended periods of time. My service call did not get completed until nearly 1:15 a.m. Lastly when it came to charge me for the services the person did not have any itemization of the charges that I would be billed for although in the beginning of the call he stated that there would be a call out fee of $200 and $100 per hour which I agreed to. But the technician was trying to get me to pay for nearly 5 complete hours of work even though he had not been actively working on my truck for that duration. He was not present for much of that. The total he quoted me upon his completion was $794. THAT IS INSANE! So I told him I would not be paying for the time that he was not actively working on my truck and I would not be paying for his transit time because he wasn't prepared. I also feel the call took entirely too long, ESPECIALLY since I initially told him what the problem was. He should have already had a break chamber with him directly after releasing the call with me. Also, during the payment process, there was no itemization of charges, only figures spit out from the top of his head. He quoted me the $200 call out fee, $100 per hour (2 full billable hours after discussing with him about the constant transit times) and "like"(his words) $160 for the break chamber, totalling $560. There was no invoice from any dealer showing what was paid for the part, so I had to go at his word. For a service call that should have taken 1 HOUR MAX, it turned into nearly 5 and a half hours! That is absolutely asinine! THIS IS A REAL RESPONSE ONLY COPIED FROM ITS ORIGINAL SO I DIDNT HAVE TO RETYPE ALL OF THIS. THIS SERVICE WAS USED 08/16/2020.

Said they were on the way and NEVER showed up. Why not just be honest and say you’re not coming? Terrible. Since i had a couple hours to read the reviews as it got dark I noticed all the good ones have the same last name as Hubb. Hmmm.
