I had been going to Hughes for major repairs since they opened. However, I wasn't aware that they changed owners a few years ago. I took my car in to have my window regulator replaced and discovered this change. I stuck with them bc I didn't think Glenn would ruin the reputation they had built..I was sadly mistaken. In the process of taking my door apart, they broke off the side mirror control. He came in and asked if anyone else worked on the door. I said no. He said, well, someone must have bc a part broke when the mechanic took it apart. He told me he ordered a new part, it would be in in a few days. It cost $41. I took it in the next week to be replaced. He then tried to charge me for it. He called me disrespectful for calmly and simply stating that I wasn't paying for replacing a part that his mechanic broke. I never once stated I would pay, nor did I tell him to order the replacement part. In the end, he didn't charge me that day. He has still lost my business. I will not do business with someone who blames their mistakes on others and then gets offended when he's called out for it.

They did grate work I thought I had a $1200 bill and they could have got me for that money but they fixed the problem for less then half of that

I called to get an appointment several times and canceled due to my work schedule, not once did they have a attitude each time the phone was answer it was awesome customer service. I brought my car in to get repaired and the guy must knew I was having a bad day because I was frustrated and telling them I needed it done asap due to me having a bad morning, 30 mins later I had a text message saying everything will be better and to keep my head up.,, CAN I SAY THIS IS THE BEST CUSTOMER I EVER HAD THANKS U GUYS

My debit card fell in the crevice of my dash tray in my truck and it’s been there for a little over a week. I went to Hughes Automotive. Told them the issue, they got me in promptly within minutes. Shortly after getting in the technician diagnosed the issue and the whole process was super fast I would highly recommend this company to anyone with automotive issues.5 star

These are the best guys in industry. They know exactly what they're doing. They charge fair prices and they are the most awesome people that you'll ever run across. They really care about their work and they care about other people. I've been going to them for many many years and I would never change mechanics. They are the best long time standing mechanics in the business !

Today I went in un for preventive maintenance on my truck and they finished the service within one hour.Staff was very courteous and professional. I look forward to bringing my family vehicle next time is due for maintenance.

Took my car in on one of my PTO days and got both an overdue oil change and the NCSI inspection done in the same visit. Unfortunately their services are only available Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Not open on the weekends. Schedule maintenance accordingly.

Not impressed with ability or willingness to repair my 1990 Jeep Wagoneer Ltd. took three weeks to decide they didn’t want to mess with it and communication is done via text. Do not recommend.

They have performed all my service needs on several of my vehicles. Not sure if I could name all of them over the past 5+ years I’ve used their services. If you want to know what is wrong with your vehicle, you can take it to Hughes and they will find the problem and call you with an estimate. They will also tell you if they see other items that need to be done at a later time that are also important but perhaps just doesn’t need to be done now. Most places would tell you it needed to be done now to increase the price you pay. I respect the fact they are honest, trustworthy, and professionals who want to do a good job and not rip people off. There is enough of that going around as it is. So if you’re looking for good honest work, go to Hughes Automotive where things are done right! Thanks, Kendra B
