Lleve mi troca Ford, me dieron el diagnóstico que ocupaba cambiarle bujías y coil. Me cobraron muy caro, pero yo acepte y dejé que le hicieran el trabajo a la troca. Lo malo de esto fue que supuestamente le habían cambiado las 8 bujías y coil. Al tiempo tembló y se puso lenta la lleve con otro mecánico y me dijo que traía bujías de diferentes marcas y que tenían años sin ser cambiadas, en resumen me cobraron por un trabajo que no hicieron

Professional service! I called, received an estimate on my brakes and they were able to see me in 15 minutes. I had to wait in the office a little for them to be able to get to my car and then to work on it, but all in all the job was done within an hour and I think that's pretty amazing. Another thing that I appreciated is that before they started work, they checked to see if anything else needed to be done first so that they could confer with me about it BEFORE starting the job. They stressed that they didn't want to surprise me with any extra charges. When it was time to pay, the price was the same as what I was quoted over the phone. Super nice guys.

Came and got my brakes done I ordered the parts from an auto store as the mechanic worked on my brakes he let me know the store gave me the wrong ones. Hugo went out of his way to call the store and had them deliver the right ones at no charge. He was honest and fair with his prices and the work was done well. HIGHLY recommended

Charged me 350 for all my brakes and “labor” . The rotors needed to be replaced and they denied they needed to be done. So I didn’t pay for them .3 days later my car start shaking and grinding due to the fact of my brake pads were getting over worked by the rotors . They rip people off AND GIVE CHEAP PRODUCT.

Hugos is the best mechanic shop, in my opinion it's a mistake to go elsewhere. I've had Hugo restore 3 Mustangs 100% my Tahoe, Audi and vehicle for family & friends he is friendly, trust worthy and let's me control what I'm spending.

Worst place they scam alot went for break to be changed And I told them I wanted cheapest breaks I saw the AutoZone guy pull up invoice said 53 dollars for breaks pads on top of that they charged me 170 for labor and parts that to much and I went in with a Honda civic 1998

I went to Hugo’s with a transmission problem. He did such a great job rebuilding my transmission that it is easy to recommend him. Hugo was great with communication and his prices were great, as far as auto repairs go..

La verdad no fue una experiencia grata, llegamos porque nuestro auto se empezó a calentar e íbamos viajando con la desesperación de que aun nos quedaba horas de viaje decidimos llevarlo a este taller, personas amables nada que decir pero la calidad de lo que hicieron malísima, el nos explico lo que puede ser, radiador, termostato y la bomba de agua. Dijo que solo nos podia cambiar el termostato y bomba que era lo que tenía nuevo. El cual los productos no eran caro, La mano de obra nos salió aproximadamente $200 dls, o un poco mas por hacer ese cambió, nosotros accedimos a que hiciera el cambio para que el auto funcionara bien y llegar a nuestro destino, estuvimos 2 hrs aprox esperando. Cuando finalizó le preguntamos si el auto volverá a recalentarse, o si quedaría bueno, decía que si pero no tan seguro, también diciendo que el auto era viejo… bla bla bla, nuevamente le preguntamos y dijo que no teníamos que aplicarle velocidad y un sin fin de otras respuestas que nosotros no podíamos asegurar hasta que lo manejáramos, la gracia nos salió $389 dls. A los 20 min el auto empezó a calentarse nuevamente y subir el la temperatura el auto no andaba mas de 30, lo llamamos nos dijo que mañana lo podia ver pero nosotros ya teníamos que seguir nuestro rumbo porque no era nuestra opción quedarnos ahí generando mas gastos que el no iba a costear, encuentro super injusto que hayamos pagado por algo que quedó exactamente igual solo para sacarnos dinero, en vez de decirnos que es el radiador porque el si sabia que era eso, no nos dio mas solución. Así que espero que tengan cuidado donde lleven sus autos ! Para que no les saque un dineral y después no se hagan responsables o tampoco te quieran devolver la mitad del dinero del cual no hubo ninguna solución.

Hugo goes above and beyond in service and does great quality work. He fixed the AC in my car got a part delivered same day fast service. Living in Bakersfield we cant go without AC, thank you Hugo for all your great work! Definitely recommend him to all my friends and fam :)

I brought my PT Cruiser to Hugo last week. He looked at it and immediately started complaining about it to the point to say he didn't want to work on it. He changed his mind for some reason and told me to come in this week Wednesday. He said he would check my car and do what was needed to fix it. I confirmed it because he had such a bad attitude with me. I brought it in Wednesday morning. Hugo tried to tell me he had said Monday which was a lie. Then he insisted leave the car there. I had no way of doing that since I had no way of getting home. He then said he had other appointments already that morning even though he told me previously I would be first. I was really upset and left. I will never deal with him again. I am a woman and have not been treated right about my car. This treatment made things worse.
