Nice local family run body shop. Works with the major insurance companies. Easy to work with. Ran a day later than promised, but good workmanship. Could have better communication during the repair process, such as time-line. Overall satisfied

They change the estimate on my family four times for the body work on our truck. And then after all the work was done, they gave us one last $750 up charge. When we responded with bad reviews, they bullied us to try to make us change the reviews to avoid "tarnishing their good name" Your name is only good due to thug like mobster tactics to bully and inflate your review score

Update: actually the issue previously mentioned was a miscommunication which is a 2-way street. Ultimately the service was top notch and the people were friendly and helpful to resolve the issue. The vehicle in question is fixed and looks great. The fact the bill was discounted has nothing to do with this review.

Would not use these people unless you like being overcharged and delayed significantly. Short version: my work took 5+ months and cost 28% more than initially cited. Full details: got an estimate on 12/13/22, paid cash for parts/didn't file an insurance claim given the amount/taking my deductible into consideration. Was supposed to have the work done in February, but parts apparently showed up damaged and needed to be re-ordered. Parts arrived in mid-March, but they couldn't fit me in until 4/4. I dropped my car off the morning of 4/4. Heard nothing until Friday 4/7, when they told me the employee who gave the estimate in December "missed some things", and that the actual repair would be 39% more. (Also meaning, they basically did nothing with my car for 3+ days.) Of course, I couldn't go to a new shop because they had my cash for the parts. The shop got the number down $300, but five months later, they still charged me 28% more than estimated, and made me car-less for 15+ days instead of 3-5. I understand things can get missed--and I'd take little issue with a 5-10% overage--but at some point, it's your fault for misdiagnosing, not the customer's. Had I known the cost or time I'd have used insurance, and also looked for another estimate. Not an experience I'd risk repeating, and I'd urge people to go elsewhere.

my truck is fully repaired to my specifications and looks very nice! It was ready by the timeline I requested as well. update: based on the latest conversation, the issue with changing prices comes from the fact that it was an estimate and not a contract. that means all prices can be passed directly to the consumer. the company had several points of miscommunication during this process. They had our truck for over a month. They changed the price 3 times for repairs. We agree to the 3rd price. I got a call that they've added on $750. they essentially discounted $250 off after I agreed to increase my Google review.

My car was at this shop for 2 months for a minor accident to my rear side.. and when I got it back I been having car engine problems...like they were taking parts off my car and putting old parts on my car .... I haven't never had these type of problems 😭

Walked in to get a quote to remove and replace a tailgate latch. Instead two guys came out with tools in hand and offered to do it for $50 bucks. I agreed, and 20 minutes later I was back on the road. Thanks Tony and assistant. You guys rock! On my second time here, Danny was able to get my truck on the rack to pull out the front bumper that was preventing me from driving in one day. Wish I could give this business 5 extra stars. Very happy customer.

Would not suggest this business at all as they added a significant charge (hundreds of dollars) to the bill due to their own incompetence in getting the right part. They only offered to drop the extra charge with the stipulation that a five star review is given. Not the kind of people I want to trust vehicles with.

0/10 Just awful, unprofessional and incompetent. I came with a simple cosmetic issue and they left my car un-drivable. Staff is awful & clearly didnt do their required job. Don’t recommend!

10/2021 UPDATE!! It won't allow me to add another review, but I was run off the road and tore up the bottom of my Cadillac XT5. Ms. Liz and the crew did it again!! THEY ARE THE BEST AUTO BODY SHOP IN FORT WORTH!!! Superb craftsmen at this shop! Alex was wonderful throughout the whole experience. I wish I would have taken a before pic to show the awesome job they did! My car looked like it was fresh off the showroom floor! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS. They will take great care of you.

Liz is the best!! She was so patient and kind; great customer service. Thanks to all the experts in the shop too! They know what they’re doing. HACC took great care of me and my Silverado pickup. I had extensive hail damage on my truck and they got it back to me looking brand new. We had an prolonged battle with insurance, but they actually returned the truck way sooner than I expected despite that. They washed and cleaned the truck so well, it honestly looks the best it ever had. Will recommend to all friends and family. Thanks again!!
