The clutter alone should tell you something! They don't get anything finished they have had cars sitting for years! Mike throws parts at cars just to make money he fixes what he thinks is wrong with it instead of actually knowing what's wrong with it! If they break something they won't replace it because Mike doesn't have the money to replace it. They also drink on the job! There are rats in the shop! The shop is filthy! The office is cluttered! He doesn't pay his employees on time or in full! I don't know how this place has the rating it has at all because even the cars beside the paint store in the lot space are his cars to! Cheap isn't always quality! Id take my car else where just to make sure you are actually safe driving when you leave!!!!!!!!

This place keeps Knoxville running and working and working. Mike is the best guy.he has worked on everything I have ever owned . this city should recognize the importance of what this shop does to keep people running and working. Do you realize how much tax revenue it receives as a result of his shop keeping them on the road and being able to get to work..Mike should receive a special commendation from Knoxville for all his company has done.

Most honest mechanic you will ever find! He will do his best to find the problem and without overcharging. I had a metal clank when I shifted forward or back and when I pulled out or stopped. It sounded like it was under the car and was the transmission. You could hear it outside the car as well standing near it. Took it to Mike who when driving it said that he heard it too. At first it sounded like it was under the car near the back seat. Mike had me drive while he sat behind me. He discovered that the car jack that is hidden in a compartment over the rear wheel was loose and a bar of it was hitting another part of it. Anyone else would have had me paying for a new transmission or other expensive repair. My cost zero! I've been going to miles for 30 years for a reason. He is packed with cars. But like I've always said, if you see two restaurants and one has only two cars and plenty of parking and the other you can't find a parking place... Who has the best service and price? The one everyone else in town goes too!

They never answered the phone, my car been there for 3 weeks just for diagnostic and they can't figure out I called them about 5 times a day and they never answered I need to go there and when I get there Mike is never there or his wife and nobody can attend me

This is the only place I trust with my car. Mike is a awesome person, his father was my father's mechanic. They are more like family. Never failed to fix my car right the first time. Prices are more than reasonable. Stands behind every job 100%. Most places only care about making money, they care about helping people and the community. We always need to support the small business man!
