The guys at Hummel’s initially worked me in for an a/c issue. They inspected the Jeep and found significant problems with the rear wheel bearings and anti-sway bar. They were able to order the parts and fix the Jeep, which has a unique rear wheel set up. The vehicle now works and runs noticeably better than it did. Thanks guys for the extra care and concern. You.now have a long-term, very happy customer. Many thanks!! I’m now a regular customer and they have worked on all 3 of my vehicles. Each time they do a great job and have found several problems which I was unaware of. They have my confidence and their work is top-notch.

Took my truck in there for the brakes locking up and was in there for about 2 weeks they call me and I come pick it up pay 2g for everything drive it for about 5 minutes and they lock up again they take it back and tell me it’s something else now and want to charge me 200 in labor to fix something they already fixed so I just took it back and looked into it my self turns out wasn’t even what they wanted to replace was just the break booster needed to be adjusted 10 minute job no cost so don’t go here unless you want to pay to fix thing what are already working correctly

Prompt, efficient, friendly and reasonably priced. I called and got an appointment for the following day. They did the work and diagnosed the source of a clicking sound, and gave me a fair estimate to have that work done. Sebastian served us at the counter, and he went above and beyond. This was our first visit to Hummel's and we were very impressed.

Auto repairs are never a welcome thing, especially at Christmas time. However, the team at Hummel did everything they could to minimize the impact. They are great about giving you all of the details, including clear photos of the areas needing work and the priority at which they need to be done. I have had several things repaired on my car and referred Hummel to family and friends that have all been happy with the work and service.

We needed to remove gas from our gas tank so we could ship our car and they were able help us without an appointment as we only had a 2 hour window as the shipper was waiting at our house.

Hummel’s is one of the best mechanics I’ve ever had. They found the source of engine overheating and fixed it. They are so good at figuring out what’s wrong. They also found a way to fix the headlights on a Lexus at about 20% of the cost that a dealer would have charged. I think they’re family owned. I strongly recommend Hummel’s.

The experience from the phone call, to the diagnostics and then the final repair was beyond remarkable. The team was very helpful but most of all treated me like family. Being new to St George i needed a good place to take my car. Hummel’s filled the bill. They got me right in and were very quick. I had an oil change and had them check if there was anywhere a seal might have let water leak into my car. I will definitely be back for my next needed service.

They were incredibly thorough and organized, making it easy to get an appointment, and they completed the repairs efficiently. Before starting any work, they called to discuss what needed to be done and then sent a detailed text with recommendations, pricing, and even pictures of everything! It was so convenient to be able to click to approve or decline specific repairs. The transparency and fairness in pricing made it an experience leagues above most repair shops. Took my car in for an oil change. I didn't have them repair anything else that they recommended. The next time I went to drive my car I noticed it was dripping oil badly. I called Hummel's and took my car back in. I was told some gaskets had gone bad and they would replace them for $200+. My car didn't leak oil before they changed the oil. I took it to another mechanic to be repaired. That's ends up being an expensive oil change!

Tried to rip me off with a bogus quote for a repair that totaled $6,300. Got another opinion with through friend that is an AES certifited auto technician in Salt Lake. Everything they said was complete and utter BS. Beware!

Been my go-to mechanic now for over a year. Old Jeep, helping to rebuild much of suspension. Latest oil change, they found some sort of stabilizer bar needing replaced. They take pictures of your vehicle's concerned part needing attention to show you on the spot. That must've been what needed fixed all along--no more noise, solid steering, and going over bumps, pot-holes, etc, very soft and comfortable now. Thanks!

I was selling a vehicle so they wanted an inspection from here. It's a 1994 Camry with no ticks or noises and 150,000 miles. It leaks oil and burns some. The worker did his best I'm sure and told the potential buyer that it needs a new engine. I don't have the mental strength to take a picture in another 50,000 miles when this thing is still going strong. The employee suggested getting a 1996 or newer. Then it dawned on me, he couldn't plug his OBD2 reader in to determine if there were any codes. This shop seems to have good reviews so maybe they'll cycle through this guy. Oct 28 2024. I appreciate the reply. I definitely do not agree with the assessment. I just was so shocked when the potential buyer came out and said that it needs a new engine. I care enough and I will update my mileage throughout the years. I'm just going to keep that car that "needs a new engine" and I will provide mileage updates throughout the years. I was just trying to sell a college kid a $2,000 car, smh.

I went there with a pretty good idea of what was wrong with my car. They quoted me a price that was lower than the other places I got quotes from. Shortly after they started working on my car, they called and told me that it was actually something different and a lot less expensive than I originally thought. They could have done the original more expensive repair and I would have never known. I really appreciate the honesty and quality work. I definitely recommend them.

Ranada as the service agent was fantastic. We were traveling and 500 miles from home …. I had a DEF system problem and my truck was shut down to 35 miles per hour and going to be limited to 4 miles per hour shortly … Hummells got me in that day and had it repaired in 2 days .. even waiting for parts for 1 day .. The service and work performed was great. Thanks for the extra help with the out of town situation ... I really appreciate you getting the truck repaired for me. Thank you.
