I had my vehicle serviced here. Had to go back 3 times for them to fix the same problem I initially brought it I for. I had an appt tomorrow with them to fix it again and I just received a vm saying they are canceling my appt and are no longer servicing my vehicle there. Horrible communication amongst their employees as well. I could not recommend. Owner now is now causing defamation against my name saying I was 'tweaked' out of my mind. Anyone who knows me, knows that is absurd. I will be calling the BBB against his business. Hopefully he will edit his public response towards my review or I will think about suing him for defamation of character.

Took my car here for a full engine rebuild Josh had my car for 10 months in his shop i got my car and the exact same condition with the bottom end knock after 10 months do not take your car here he will take your money and lie to you I have to go to court to try and get my money back that is costing me more money 100% a waste of time and money (owner Josh cook)

Josh is a fantastic mechanic! He takes care of his loyal customers. I’ve had multiple jobs for him and he has always come through when my family needed him. His quality of work and efficiency are unmatched. One time he replaced an alternator for my wife in less than an hour with a lifetime product warranty and a 1 year warranty with him. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Josh is an extraordinary mechanic with respecting and reliable employees, his business and work is always proficient and done in a timely manner. Not only is Josh an amazing mechanic who knows his way around any vehicle regardless of the situation at hand but, he is the most genuine person who is always true to his word and ensures his customers are getting the best and most efficient work when it comes to their vehicles and happiness. He always puts his full effort into every thing he does, he puts his customers best interest , happiness and their safety first, goes out of his way to make sure that everything is done correctly. Manages his business, vehicles, customers and employees with the upmost respect and care with absolute no hesitation. If y'all need your oil changed, brakes serviced, A/C unit serviced, a wheel bearing, a starter, anything under the hood and all around your vehicle go see the guys at Hypnotic Customs. I've been taking my vehicle there for the last year or more and have been highly satisfied with all their work. Whenever I need an oil change I just give them a call and bring it in. They've always had it done in a timely manner. I've even had issues with my vehicle breaking down on the highway and the guys came out and serviced my car and got me going again. Josh was able to get my car in quickly and out quickly with a fair price for the work being done. After the work was completed my car was having some new issues related to the replaced parts, but Josh was patient and helpful in troubleshooting the issue. He replaced a few parts at no cost to me to get it back to running right. Good guy who treats customers like family.

Josh, the owner is not only a professional, amazing mechanic, he’s also a great person. He worked on my 1960 Ford F-100 and I couldn’t be happier. I would definitely recommend this dude to anyone!

Josh Cook totally saved our Eclipse 2024 trip from disaster! Our 1996 Dodge Ram manual popped her 5th gear right outside of Tulsa on a Saturday. We found him on Google, called, & by the grace of God not only did he answer, he was able to fit us in on Tuesday for a transmission rebuild, and got us back on the road home to the PNW in 4 days. Such a gentleman!! Kept in touch, documented with pictures, and was reasonably priced for the excellent work he did. You can trust this man, he's as honest as they come. I had my car towed there because my key wouldn’t start my car he said I had a bad computer module and I went up to his shop and changed out the battery and my car started right up and he stole one of my keys and a few things out of my car was missing do not trust him he is a liar

Josh and his staff were fantastic. They are personable and listened to the issues I was having. They rebuilt my front end and did a brake job. They also took time to check other problem areas before returning the vehicle... and they discovered that my fuel pump was not fully connected, so it was well worth the wait! They also let me know that my battery would need to be replaced without hitting me up for extra... I would trust these guys to handle keeping my daughter and I safe on the road again.

Josh and his team are very nice and super knowledgeable! Another shop told me I needed a new motor because my car could barely go over 25. Josh changed a clogged catalytic converter and my car runs like new again!! 10 out of 10
