Orlando, FL. They lost our records because of a new system. NO video of the engine inspection like they do at Mazda. NO communication back like they do at Mazda. A simple battery light came on and they want to charge $3.9K? So now they’re saying they can bring it under $3k if we sell it to them?? Do not come here.

Camilo the adviser , the most trashy job ever made by Hyundai , and if is about the technical, I did a tire rotation and when I got home to wash it , missing some lugnuts like wt… my kids ride on my car , I spend like 800 bucks in here on maintenance the least the could do right is do a proper post inspection, the service people like Camilo advisor should check car before giving the client, MY ADVICE BRING IT SOMEWHERE ELSE , or do the post trip after them DONT TRUST THEM

Lleve me carro luego de 1 mes de comprado para cambio de aceite que le tocaba. Me llagan con que tengo que cambiarle pads de frenos discos alineamiento todos los filtros me quieren cobrar 1,000 dólares de mi bolsillo por todo esto. Como es posible que tengas el carro en el dealer y lo hagan esos cambios para que luego el cliente les pague a ellos para hacer todos esos cambios. Escribí cuando todo esto sucedió y me dicen que valla hablar para resolver el problema la persona nunca llegó y la persona con la que hablé no me resolvió nada solo lo mismo que tenía que pagar de mi bolsillo por algo que yo ni siquiera use. Para colmo recomiendo a mi hermana para que compre en el lugar y aún así tratan a uno como loco y súper mal. Gente no crean los embustes de esta gente. No los recomiendo para nada.

First, after reading many negative reviews on here, it’s plainly evident that most people don’t understand how a dealership works. Service advisors don’t do your repairs, they don’t control how fast the mechanic works, and they don’t control the schedule. A service advisor is your go-between; think of them as a translator from the mechanic to you. The only time a service advisor is at fault for your issues is if they are literally the problem. Either way, I’ve been to this location for service several times and never once had a bad experience. I admit, it does take quite some time to actually get your vehicle into the service area. However, anyone expecting a dealership to get you in and out for even basics like an oil change just don’t understand how these places work. This isn’t a mom and pop shop - it’s not 1 or 2 people handling maintenance and repairs. Plan to either be here waiting or to drop off the vehicle. Waiting around doesn’t make it go any faster. All that said, Adrian has been excellent for each of my appointments. He explains everything thoroughly and communicates consistently throughout the process. I live 45 minutes away from this location and drive here specifically for the customer service.

Service took forever and it was impossible to get hold of someone. I ordered a multi-point inspection and an alignment. They took care of it and the job was done correctly. However, service took a long time. I called several times and left voice mails and text messages, but could not get hold of someone.

dont go to this place. My car was towed here since it was the closest hyundai. Read the other reviews below and you will see why. Been 2 days and no UPDATE on my car. this is crazy. They have a texting method and doesnt even use it. How long does it take to send a text?!

Car 720 am appointment Got to the place at 655am then 7am parked didn't get seen until 720am, car still parked in breeze way at 730am Then moved my car with lights flashing lights on, then parked my car, time 740am, they have 7 areas open to out the car in, then lady moved my seat I didn't like, this is nuts, my car now sits again. Wasted my miles per gallon, my gas just to move it from one spot to another. 743am guy finally gets to my car, or sits in it. 744am finally in a bay. At 810am I asked someone my car has recalls on it. Crazy more work. Time 817am. Watch out for recalls they will fix it and not tell you. Staff and service phenomenal here. Our rep Ian stayed in touch with updates on progress of service and offered options as well as courtesy car while waiting for parts. 5 star treatment for every customer.

During my visit to this facility I explained that the vehicle was hesitating, losing power and even turning off. When I received the vehicle and drove away the vehicle was doing the same thing. I called them and made an appointment to return the unfixed vehicle, they told me that they found the problem because of the code that they received. When I picked up the vehicle driving home once again the vehicle showed the same problem. When I called them I told them that I had requested to speak with a manager but no manager called me, once again I took my vehicle back to them and this time they told me that they found a different code. All three times I was charged for a vehicle that was never fixed. I then called for the CEO, but was told by his staff that the CEO doesn't handles these issues only the managers and that a manager will call me, this was a month ago and I'm still waiting for the call. This is no way to treat any customer, nevertheless a senior citizen and gulf War veteran. Now I have a non operational vehicle and taken for $2,800. What a slap in the face.

I had to take my car right back home since this place took over 4 hours. Spoke to Eric the service adviser and said there was still 4 car ahead of mine. Too bad, I won’t be coming to this place anymore! I also own a BMW. It’s crazy how Hyundai charges a lot for oil and filter change than BMW. Sad Lack of communication, lack or Respect!

Just when I thought this place could not get any worse, it does I had a flat tire this past Friday afternoon I called them to see if they had my tire in stock and they said ye. I was told my tire was still under warranty and if it couldn’t be patched I would get a new tire They said if I got there before 7 they could squeeze me in as an emergency walk in I head up there and they call me tell me they can’t squeeze me in-so I made an appointment for Saturday at 5pm, but dropped car off Fri night I get there Saturday at 6pm-car is exactly where I left it I ask the service person assigned to me—Rhonda—and she had no clue what I was talking about—-even after I showed her the confirmation e mail she sent me -she then got huffy with me as if I did something wrong It’s now almost 7-my car is still sitting her Agsin—avoid this dealership and service dept I only came back because my tire was warranteed. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS DEAKERSHIP .

Not entertained by this location over the last few visits. As many other have complained, a ridiculous wait time for simple service like oil changes. Currently on hour 3 waiting for this service to be done. The last visit was similar where they actually forgot my car was brought in and never put into the service line.

This is the worst experience ever!!!! Hyundai Santa Fe 2020 stolen, had towed to their center to have repaired with expectation of professionalism. Dropped off to location by tow company, took two days for them to let me know they had vehicle. I called ahead and prepared them it was coming. Back passenger window broken, steering column ripped apart. Was told vehicle was dirty and would be cleaned and all inspections would be made after repairs. Fast forward 5 to 6 weeks later. Get a call finally repaired. Show up at dealership. ZERO gas in vehicle, I am realist and do not expect to have a full gas tank but, not even enough to start the car!! They had to send a technician to get gas with a gas can. They asked me if I wanted to take a can and get it!!!! I just stared as I was in work clothes. One HOUR later there is gas and I pay for the repairs with the highest expectation of quality work. Get into the vehicle and turn on. First thing observed, the vehicle was never washed, weed from car thief's in the cup holder and passenger seat, front not vacuumed with chip or food crumbs everywhere (none of this from me), white writing on front windshield on vehicle evidently identifying repairs needed there (never cleaned off). Before I put the car into drive (as I am already extremely annoyed) warning light says blinker isn't working. Then I noticed there is NO REARVIEW MIRROR!!!. Get out of vehicle and go talk to maintenance gentleman, who was visibly annoyed with level of care and quality of service (because the individual who was managing my repairs and communicating was not working that day). We both were baffled as to no one noticing the mirror missing or warning light. The tech invoice indicated a 200 point inspection was done on vehicle. Obviously not done!!!. Fast forward 4 HOURS later!!! and blinker is fixed and now they have to order replacement parts and I have to leave with vehicle. The gentleman was extremely nice and apologetic with the quality of service. I get home an hour later (5 hours after I get there to pick up a vehicle with expectations of all work and cleaning being done). I further inspect vehicle and there is a large scratch on the exterior of the door that had been touch up painted and was not there prior to theft. Window chrome trim bent and damaged, though they said in paperwork it was repaired. Rubber guide on window cut and damaged (not repaired as indicated). Interior of door has two large gashes not identified from glass and intrusion in vehicle. Dirty mechanic fingerprints all over car. Large chunks of glass under car seats and in door threshold (Insurance paid for cleaning). Have three kids. Unacceptable!! Individual in charge of my repairs not responsive to myself or insurance company. Dismissive with my call and put excuse on other not doing their job, at the end of the day they should have inspected prior to me picking up and would have seen everything I identified. Job was not done. Insurance company attempted to call about the non repairs, missed mirror and indicated they believe their number has been blocked. Called four times to talk to management and left GM voicemail. Over 36 hours later nothing done but repair manager stating I need to go to bodyshop even though they missed these items because they dont do these repairs onsite. Am a USAA insurance policy holder and Veteran. Would never recommend this location.

Car towed there because of a flat but could not get any 1 person onsite to confirm a tow. Took me over 10 calls before 1 person could say it was there for sure. The service guy, ADRIAN LABYCZ, was maybe having a bad day, not even a smile and pretty curt / short in tone and not empathic to my situation tho he pretend to be. Tire had to be replaced, not patched and we were able to pick up my car the next day. Adrian was still as charming as the thing I ran over. Overall a tire got fixed, that's what mattered.

I am currently here waiting. I've been here for 2 hours. You would think I'm getting major work done at the Hyundai service center. NOPE. Just your regular free oil change that you get when you purchase a new car. I arrived at 4pm for a 4:15 appointment. They said my service advisor is coming. 15 minutes later I asked if I could just leave the car because I had to go to the bathroom and didn't want to miss him. It's an oil change! Really!!! I came back to check and at 5:39 they just pulled it in the bay. It might be free but is it worth the time? That's up to each individual person. But the lack of communication is something they can fix. Tell the truth, be honest. Is rather you say "hey it's going to be about 3 hours today because we are backed up, really really backed up, would you like to reschedule?" I would have said sure, what do you have? If the manager wants to get back to me, I'm willing to talk. I'm still here 6:15pm. We are here again unfortunately... I only came back because I had a free oil change. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I arrived today at 4:30 pm for a 4:40 pm appointment. No one even acknowledged me until 4:50 pm. So Victor was my service advisor today and he told me it would be between an hour and half and 2 hours for an oil change. I had to get it done so I said yes. My car didn't even go on the lift until after 7pm. This is just so crazy!!! I'm finally out 3 hours later for an oil change. Thank god🙏 the new manager was nice enough to give me a free oil change. I'll update this post then.

I had an appointment for 1:20 and was told to wait in my car in the service lane for about five minutes. After 30 minutes I was still waiting with no one giving me any clue to why I was waiting or how long I would be here. During this time you can see multiple employees walking around joking and having conversation. When you make eye contact like you trying to start a conversation to see if you can get any answers the employee seem to change and avoid eye contact like they don’t want to be bothered or have to answer your questions. I’m at the point of selling my Hyundai and moving to another brand so I do t have to deal with this service center anymore. 0/0 stars for customer services, 0/0 stars for service. Don’t get service here it’s terrible and employees seem to avoid your questions.

I had high hopes when entrusting my car with Hyundai Service Center but the experience was disappointing and unethical. Rhoda Allen and Adrian Labycz were the advisors assisting in my case. I was quoted just over $400 for the suggested service. When I arrived for pickup, the total I was billed was over $700. Additionally, I was charged for the diagnostic which I was informed would go toward the cost of the service when completed. At pickup, Adrian told me that is not the case or their standard practice. Upon calling Hyundai for clarification, I was told again the diagnostic fee would go toward the cost of the service hyundai completed. Over $200 in “misc” fees should be included in a quote. Had this been disclosed, I would have declined the service. Both Adrian and Rhoda were kind and professional throughout the experience however Hyundai was deceitful in the cost of the repairs. These practices are unethical and should be addressed promptly.

Worst ever service, specially advisor, Adrian Labycz. Dropped car for a sample oil change and after 4 hours its even has not been looked, appointment has been scheduled in advance two weeks prior to drop, I demanded explanations but was told lies only! Try to AVOID this advisor.

I took my vehicle in for an alignment. Came back worse than how I turned it in. $120 later, my car pushes more to the left now than before. They said that it will never return back to factory alignment because of my aftermarket lift kit that apparently had caused one of my struts to break. Even though that issue was there before the lift kit. So now I have to replace both front struts and I lost warranty. My advisor (Elizabeth) Was very kind and helpful, though. Thanks Elizabeth. I have had such a bad experience with Hyundai. But, I’m not just talking about this location, Hyundai overall. After less than a month of owning my 2022 Santa Cruz with 30k miles, engine was faulty and seized on me. Left me on the side of the road. I also hung out by the parking lot across the road and watched how many newer cars were towed into the service center Tucsons, Sonatas, and Santa Fe’s. That really spoke to me how reliable Hyundai is… NOT! They replaced the engine at this location, which they did but they have a very terrible way of communicating. They tell you something will take X amount of time and then it’ll take either longer or less than what they tell you. When they diagnosed my engine, they told me That it would take up to three weeks to fix about a week later I got a call from them telling me that the engine was arriving In a few days. Then that exact day—I kid you not, they contacted me through SMS telling me that my vehicle was ready… I was just so confused because they had just told me that the engine was arriving in a few days. I mean hey, I wasn’t complaining. But I was just sketched out about it all. Also, the waiting room feels like a dystopian nightmare like I’m about to get blood drained out of my body with that weird lighting and layout. I couldn’t stand hearing babies crying and a man snoring with his mouth wide open like he’s about to catch something falling from the ceiling into his mouth on top of the bad lighting and layout. What I got from this place is that there is a lack of communication in that entire department. They need to do a better job at communicating with each other. I also feel like the vibes are off in that place when I go in there’s tension between the workers, some look at you like you’re a nuisance. I just never feel right. I feel like I’m a bother. I only choose to stick to this location because it’s Hyundai and they know what they’re doing and because I am trusting Elizabeth with my truck. I am upset at myself because I voided warranty for an issue that was there before I installed the aftermarket part that they say caused the issue. The amount of grease buildup from the faulty strut boot speaks for itself when it had only been installed for one day. Whatever, what can I do? I’m just trusting them with this entire process.

They haven’t fix it or touch it yet , I’m still in my car having an appointment at 7 and is 7:15 , they just walking around , why would u have people come at 7 if Hyundai is no even ready to take clients why u allow people to make appointments, still seating no even good morning , only three cars in front of me , don’t come here go somewhere else

Worst service i have ever gotten, dealership or otherwise. TL;DR go anywhere but here! I had some warranty work to be done on my car, scheduled it like a month in advance. Monday: Dropped my car off at 9am for a 4-6 hour service (scheduled drop off was 11, so i was not expecting to get it back Monday). Tuesday: comes and goes, no calls/messages. I tried reaching out to them at noon and again at 6, my advisor (Andres) wouldn't return my messages. So, i called and the service manager but he was out, there was however a supervisor that i was transferred to. the call went to voicemail, and i never got a return call. Wednesday: i get a call from my advisor that they had ordered the wrong parts, but the correct ones had arrived and i should be ready for pickup 'today or tomorrow' Thursday: no calls, no messages, nothing. Friday: i message my service advisor at 1pm and don't get a reply, so i called asking for the service manager (again), i am transferred to him, no answer, i leave a voicemail. Within an hour my service advisor texts me that the shop is busy and they will get around to it when they can. Saturday/Sunday: assuming they are closed i didn't call. No-one calls/messages me. Monday: at noon i get a text telling me my car is ready for pickup. My 4-6 hour repair took a week, no one was available to tell me what was going on with my car, and the staff we completely unprofessional as it relates to communicating with me/keeping me in the loop. Lastly, it looked like my car was parked under a barn for a month. The exterior was completely covered in dirt and grime.
