Pais for the service. The wrong size tire was put on my car and I was told by the tech that he would return in the morning with the correct size. This morning the lady on the phone said they would have to charge me 70 dollars for a new tire, when they brought out the wrong size tire. This is BS and nobody should use them, they try to scam you.

Angels! We got a flat tire and we’re stranded in Atlanta trying to get home to Nashville. Great customer service from the agent and immediate roadside assistance from Donald within an hour. Very professional! Use them!

Filled up my tire PSI to 54 when it should've been 35. Not sure what they were thinking. They showed up on time and got me back on the road on a Sunday when everyone else was closed though.

Great service! Their prices were fair, their service response time was fast, and their repairmen were professional. Horrible customer service I really wish I could give zero stars please save yourself the headache and hassle of dealing with this company. You’re just another number once they’ve done it service and a bad one at that they will not try to talk to you from employee all the way to management.

Unfortunately I also had a very disappointing experience with I and I tires I should’ve listened to the reviews that where left I saw multiple poor reviews but I still said let me give them a chance just to be greeted by miss jennifer Watson witch claimed to be the owner / manager unfortunately miss Watson was very rude and so where her employees I was very disappointed being a single mother she canceled my appointment and left me on the side of the road with my newborn and 2 yr old clearly this isn’t a family friendly business and are not here to help there no reason to be in this business or business in general if you are going to unprofessional

I called them for service, I was sent a link and asked to share my location. Once I shared my location I was placed on hold for about 15 minutes before someone on their end disconnected the call.

I needed my car but it had a flat. I didn’t want to drive it and ruin the wheel. I contacted I and I tires. It was amazing how fast they arrived. Angel was very professional and had me on the road in no time. Thank you so much!

Concept of the services in mind are spot on as the services are in a demand. However, you will be waiting literally all day. Yes the customer service representative is extremely friendly but not knowledgeable of the ETA. Initially I called 12:40p, I got 90mins to an 120 minutes(2 hours). Second phone call 60 minutes. Third time I called they told me the technician is on the way. While on the call with the CSR, the technician called. He gave me an ETA of 40 mins which I will not discount the professionalism. When I hear an ETA, thats the time arrival. It’s not it’s whatever time they show up. But I am all out of minutes when I’ve literally been sitting and waiting all of my Saturday in a car….it’s currently 4:31. And still no service smh frustrating.

Technicians are cool even though they arrived 2 hrs late. I booked an appointment for 5:15pm and they arrived at 7:15pm... Need better communication next time. I didn’t even get a call from anyone when I was told they’d call in 10 mins and update me on their ETA. Prepare to lose your patience with them.

Paid $100 for repair on tire less than 24 hrs same tire is back flat and they want say I need new tires when my tires were bought less than two weeks prior!! BROUGHT VEHICLE TO GOODYEAR ABD THEY DIDNT PLUG THE TIRE CORRECTLY AND THE SEAL CAME LOOSE BECAUSE THE PLUG WAS WAY TO BIG!!!! THESE PEOPLE JUST WANT STEAL YOUR MONEY

I don't know who runs this business but when I call, a knowledgeable human answers quickly, dispatches efficiently and the time of arrival and departure by the tech are logged. On the road again. Rapidly. Well done. My RV was incapacitated with a flat on the outer rear dual tire. AAA was unhelpful. Another tire shop recommended I&I. They came on a Sunday morning with a new tire, fitted it and allowed us to continue. I write this a week later because I called to get the invoice. Short call, human interaction, and an e-mailed invoice, presto. Half the price of the AAA contracted service. Easy 5 stars.

Overall I rate them not so good in terms of customer service because I called them today at 7:43 AM and they promised me that the technician will be at my place maximum in 90 minutes. However it took multiple follow ups before the Technician was sent after 5 hours. Payment was charged upfront and after that no phones were answered. Text were sent with scripted messages. Adam was the technician and he drove almost 35 miles to repair my tire and he was very good.

I normally can change my tire myself but this time nothing was working I couldn't get the spare out and I was frustrated I called and was able to get these folks out to help me the wait was slightly longer than expected but the man who helped me was amazing he was fast and polite and he made sure I was aware of everything before it happened no surprises no hassle and he was done super fast. Highly recommend, I'll never change a tire again I'll just be calling them!!

Absolutely nothing bad to say! They came out within 40min of my call. Changed my tire and put the spare back underneath in about 15-20min. Amazing customer care and efficiency.

Call them and gave them the info they asked for. Very quick response despite being in heavy traffic. They also provided a tire the right size even though it was an odd size. Very pleased with Christopher's work and quality being i had aftermarket wheels and wide/low profile tow. Will be my first call the next time im in need of a tire.

If you’re in need of a mobile tire service and AAA may not be an option please consider I & I Tires. They were efficient and quick and this particular day the technician, Donald arrived less than 20 minutes after calling and he changed the tire in less than 10 minutes. The owner was grossly unprofessional!! He replaced my tire and immediately drove off (leaving his office door wide open). Once I started my car and began to drive off also, my sensor came on indicating that there was no tire for what was replaced. Therefore, I had to wait for the owner to return. After 20-25 mins, he returned. I notified him about the sensor. He began yelling and speaking to me in a disrespectful tone. All I did was notify him that my sensor came on. Definitely not going back!! 👎🏽

This whole business is just a fraud.I am currently filing a lawsuit and let the courts deal with them.They messed up a whole rim during a tire change.Took pics of it,and act like they don't know what happened. Lol. please stay away from them because the techs don't know what they're doing.And you can't go to the shop to get it corrected BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE ONE.The Norcross and Altanta shops posted on the website are other companies not associated with them.(Check Google maps) Not accredited with the BBB as well. Please do your research.

This whole process was a breeze. The technician, Adam was a pleasure to work with. He was in and out in 30 min to plug my tire which had a screw in it. I’d definitely recommend this service.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service. They are late to their appointments and they never properly balance the tires. The last two cars I had to take to the Dealer to have the tires balanced. Very sad.
