After Expressing frustration with the last auto mechanic I used, a friend of mine suggested this place to me, swearing to their knowledge and fairness. Instead of trying to get money out of me, Ben instead explained that I didn't have any issue at all, something that the previous place barely did. They have a regular customer in me now.

I will no longer be coming to this mechanic shop for any more repairs. The last time I was there which was a month ago, the mechanic gonna try to tell me “I shouldn’t try to be a mechanic” and basically belittle my intelligence because I was doing my research about the catalytic converter and it’s oxygen sensors that BEN (the manager) didn’t even tell me about. First off, no matter what I’m doing in life, I’m ALWAYS gonna do research on anything that I’m interested in. Second off, I have a LEGAL RIGHT to buy my auto parts either from an auto parts store, junk yard, or online. They were upset because instead of me paying $800 for my Cadillac Converter, I was able to save myself $400-$600 by ordering the Cadillac Converter online which was only $93 for my car + paying them for their labor price which was $200. Then when my mom went to go pick up my car, they claimed that I “bought the wrong part” when I know it wasn’t the wrong part because they was able to install it on there anyway. To all the ladies reading this review, ALWAYS DO YOUR RESEARCH ON AUTO PARTS FOR YOUR CAR AND ALWAYS PAY FOR LABOR PRICES ONLY!! These mechanics get upset when they can’t use us women as a payday. I understand that everyone has to eat and feed their families, but no one should also be getting ripped off when getting their car repaired either.

This place is really IT..A1 hands down..beating everybody prices good quality work and pretty fast too...I got my wheel alignment brakes and Axel done..no appointment in and out a hour and some change...it was worth waiting an hour for my turn....Yes...and the.. employees super😎 ...im so satisfied..Thank you

I would recommend this shop to everyone who needs car repairs at reasonable prices. The owner Ben is a good guy & a people person who will work with you to getting you back on the road. This is my go to garage for all of my repairs!

IT Auto has been my family's mechanic shop for at least 5 years. We always get a fair price, good advice, and quality work. We have even purchased a couple of cars through the owner.
