I really enjoy coming to this place to get my car fixed. I been coming here for a couple of years now and have received nothing but friendly services. I would definitely recommend.

Staff very friendly. Vehicle inspection was detailed. No pressure by staff. They did a tuneup and fuel service on my 12y/o RAM now has a renewed pep in its gittyup. Update: I'm am changing my rating from 4 to 5 stars. I70 reached out to me about a "missing" service request and it has been resolved. In all fairness it was a very minor issue and we worked it out. Hats off to Kendra.

We brought my 2013 Toyota Prius V in for diagnostic evaluation after experiencing intermittent sputtering and shaking and loss of coolant. They did a thorough check of all systems and sent us a report with photos. Their estimate to replace the leaking head gasket was a fair price. We were treated in a very professional and friendly manner and they exhibited great patience with us while my husband asked lots of questions and eventually decided not to have the work done. Although we decided against having the work done on this vehicle, when I need auto repairs in the future I will be coming back to I-70 Auto Service, as they have earned my trust.

Everyone is very nice and helpful. Fixed my Granddaughters car awhile back it broke down again and it was under warranty for the part so fixed no charge.

I love that I get a text after my Jeep has been evaluated and get the entirety, including pictures of my Jeep, with descriptions of what they are doing and also what else needs to be done. After dropping car off they make sure I have a ride home/work so I don't need to bother friends/family with helping drop off Jeep. Importantly to me is I am not talked down & I feel listened to when I bring up my concerns on my Jeep. Very glad I found this place.

What a great visit. Went there for a safety inspection and it went very smooth. I get nervous with safety inspections because several locations that I have gone to in the past seem to find something wrong so that they can gain unnecessary business from you. A friend told me about the great service he received at I-70 Auto, so I decided to try them out. I am so happy that I did. Very professional and a great sense of urgency. I will certainly be going back to them in the future. I always receive great service from your technicians. You guys are professional, courtesy, and never mislead your customer.

1)I was told they was short a technician. So they kept my car all day long just to check my a/c. 2) my husband was a mechanic in the army so he knows a little about cars. 3) these people quoted us an astronomical price to fix my compressor

I like going there because they get the job done and l they let you know what going on with your car.and what need to be done later and you can get other things done later that’s not an emergency. And they don’t pressure you to get everything done right now.And they are very nice.

The entire team at i-70 auto is fantastic! They were able to diagnose my problem timely and even dealt with the hassle of my insurance company. I ended up needing a new engine and they installed everything flawlessly. Thank you!

Very communicative and helpful when they ran diagnostics on my car. Brought it in for an oil change and to fix my air conditioner. They were honest in letting me know that the air conditioner was going to be a cheap and easy fix and sent me a full diagnostic report on my vehicle with a list of things I needed to be aware of about my car. They broke down the list by most to least important and the timeline in which I could address the issues. No hard sell, they let me decide what, if any, other work I wanted done while they had the car. Since the AC was a cheap fix I was able to have my breaks done with the money I was anticipating on spending for AC.

Customer service was top notch! Kendra worked with me and was patient while we were deciding whether to buy or sell a friend’s Mercedes. It needed a turbo replaced. The diagnostic analysis was thorough, and once they got started Kendra called me regarding repairs that would be prudent to have done sooner rather than later. Overall, they were amazing!

I brought my 2018 f150 to i70 auto to have a frame dampened replaced as it was leaking. The shop preceeded to change both rear shocks that were in perfect working order. My tuck only have 30k miles at the time! I was never contacted to approve working. When I got my truck back and realized the wrong parts were replaced. the shop made me pay for the perfectly good parts, labor, and the new part that was supposed to be replaced! Ended up coasting me over $1000 for a $200 job. I also asked to maybe have my oil changed. Again went ahead and did the work without my approval. Using the wrong oil. I would not suggest. Not trust worthy.

I-70 Auto Service is a long established shop who has served the community well. This was my first visit to their shop. They were able to get my vehicle in and complete its repairs in a timely fashion. I plan on returning for their assistance to help me maintain our vehicle. Scheduling was simple and the technician did a multi point inspection with pictures which was very helpful. Special shout out to the awesome lady at the front that communicated everything along the way! Great program and nice to know I have somewhere I can trust!

I-70 Auto Service is a blessing to me! This is the third time I have taken my BMW to be serviced at this shop! Everyone is professional. The mechanics are so smart and explained to me exactly what my car needs to be fixed. Trust and truth is how this shop operates! I plan to never take my BMW any place else!

Reasonably priced love that the vehicle diagnostic was a flat rate without any other hidden fees, we did run into trouble with part but I love how they worked hard and stayed in communication every step of the way and even provided us a loner car when available 10/10 recommend

My daughter just moved to Kansas City and was in need of auto repair. I was recommended by my brother to use I-70 auto repair, he was happy how they treated him on his Mercedes. I am from Denver, and the way they treated my daughter was refreshing. All the Audi’s issues were addressed in a fiscally conservative manner, and all is well now. Any dad would gladly send their kids sight unseen for service at this establishment. I-70 service thank you

I was in need of a trustworthy mechanic shop to do a service B check on my Mercedes.. needless to say I-70 Autoservice did a grand job of not only changing my oil and filter, but doing a thorough inspection with pictures. Afterwards they answered any questions I had and explained it to me in a manner I could understand. Their prices are fair and service was great! Would highly recommend.
