Would not recommend getting work done here. Communication was poor; I had to call and check in multiple days to get an update on any of the service issues or if the car would be ready to pick up when agreed upon. Major issue for my situation as my extended warranty only covered a rental for 6 days and I had to continue to rent it day by day. They seemed inconvenienced on the phone when I would call to check in (once a day/every other day). Annoying, but I would have let this go. When I picked up my car, the steering wheel was 30-40° off alignment, and when I called to inquire about this they told me to get the alignment checked (not serviced) somewhere else to see if it was “actually misaligned” then to call them back. When I got the alignment checked (toe 0.2-1.1° off alignment on all wheels) they told me they don’t check alignments after they service, and that aligning not a service they would offer. Pretty condescending, and speaks a lot to their quality of work that they wouldn’t stand by it. Called around other local auto shops, and they were surprised that the mechanics didn’t have my vehicle aligned before returning it to me considering the repairs they performed. The least they could have done was to tell me that servicing the power steering would likely cause the misalignment and I would have to take it somewhere else. Trying to ask these guys anything is like pulling teeth.

I went there because someone stole my catalytic convertor the mechanic told me, we would take a look and repair it and he charge me $70 just to get the car in, 2 days later he call me and send me to another shop because they don't repair mufflers there. So thank you for wasting my time and stealing my $70 knowing you don't do those kinds of repairs. You did know my catalytic convertor was missing no excuses scummy mechanics.

Honest guys with honest prices. Their knowledge shows through their own projects on the lot. For a 2 bay garage they’ll get you in and out at a reasonable price point. I don’t think my truck was there for even a full work day before I got a call to come pick it up.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. My experience with this place was incredibly disappointing. In October 2023, my car started overheating due to a coolant leak. I called this shop because they handle warranty work. They claimed my car needed a new head gasket, radiator, radiator bracket, and more, quoting an $8k repair. Believing them, I almost gave up on my vehicle. Last month, I took my car to a Ford dealership for another inspection. It turned out the issue was just the water pump, and they had it fixed in two weeks. I can't understand why the owner didn't just tell me they couldn't do the job instead of lying. Their misdiagnosis almost led me to junk a perfectly good car. I won't ever recommend this place or bring my vehicle here again. Trust was completely broken, and it took me this long to write a review because I initially believed them. Horrible experience.

No one likes having to fix their car in an emergency or having to do expensive regular maintenance on an old vehicle, but these are the guys to do it. I first took my car into Iconic when I broke down on a holiday weekend and needed my vehicle for a trip in a couple days. They were the only shop that was open and they did a great job. Brian and Dustin always give it to you straight, explain your options and break down the cost of repair. They are great with communication and are HONEST. I compared their quotes the first couple times I went in with those of other local shops and chains, and there has never been a discrepancy. I've worked with them for close to 3 years now. They know their stuff and as long as you are respectful, they will treat you right.

My Son is trying to buy a new car. We went by Iconic Automotive to get this used car looked at. Dustin was quick to help and let us know that the car was a big mistake. He was very knowledgeable and honest with us and the car owner.

This place is nothing but bad news, Brian and his team are poor mechanics, Brian is a poor business stoner owner who does extremely dishonest and disloyal work and refuses to provide any kind of receipt even after being asked several times. Don't trust him to even fill up your washer fluid, EVERYONE BEWARE! *Go ahead Brian argue this as we all know you will and say I'm not a customer and all that blah* Your reputation and reviews speak for themselves.

I can't say enough to praise and recommend Dustin! My backseat/drivers side door wouldn't close. After asking Jiffy lube, napa, and oriellys for suggestions they all pointed me to him. He was friendly in approach and genuine with a time and price estimate. Some paperwork and no longer than 20min after I left he gave me a call with the solution already done. I'll be back knowing the way I have car problems and I have no doubt in Iconic Automotive

Mediocre AT BEST. seek help elsewhere. Update since you think you know what you're doing.... Boost leaks all over (car wont even stay idling), pebble infested top mount, extras that were paid for that wasn't completed (wire tuck) when motor was rebuilt the block was not sprayed down (gasket over dirty area with debris), my car was damaged on the lot (we took care of that issue together) prices were always fluctuating. You had 2 years dude....2 YEARS. Your certifications mean nothing if you can't do your work properly. Took a fat L trusting this shop. Just goes to show...if you want something done right, do it yourself.

Never received the receipt of the cash paid for the work done after I requested it on numerous occasions and provided my email because they said they would email it. Went in because my car would shake when coming to a stop and I told him I think my breaks are messed up because of a bad break job that my brother did. He tells me that is not the problem and that I actually have a steering problem and that i needed to get my tie tods done . I paid for diagnostic, and i paid for my outter tie rods. The car continued shaking. Then he tells me it's because i need my inner tie rods done as well. Brought it back and had him do that. Car is still shaking, and he tells me because i need a steering shaft. Paid him to do that up front and patiently waited for the parts. He got the wrong part, so i patiently waited for the correct one. The same thing happened, and he was sent the wrong size part, so he told me he would have to take my part to where he ordered it from and show them to be sure the right part this time. I requested to know where he ordered them both from, and he gave me two different places. I called those places, and they had no record what so ever of that part being ordered from iconic automotive. I still have no record what so ever of any work done to my car . I took my car to a different shop, since the shaking continued after Brian was sure it was what it wasn't, and i got my brakes done. Immediately after my breaks were done, the shaking stopped. That same shop tells me my tie rods have excessive play. Called iconic automotive and told them the problem and they told me to bring it in and they will warrant their work. They kept my car for 6 days, and I had to call them . They denied the warranty on the 6th day because they said I was driving my car that needed a new steering shaft(they knew that before i brought my car to them so why they waited 6 days just to tell me they wont do anything is beyond me because they knew they were going to deny it). I wanted answers as to why my tie rods would have excessive play and dustin hung up on me, and before he hung up, I heard brian yelling at me in the background. Two days after I picked my car up from them, I got a gas leak in my hard fuel line. I'm absolutely shocked because I didn't think I would get treated that way, Brian seemed very cool and legit and i was happy to pay him because he seemed sure he knew what was wrong as to why my car was shaking. He said he would bet me 1000 dollars it was my tie rods and steering shaft, and it turns out it wasn't. so I'm super disappointed.

Brian was a lifesaver! We were doing a cross country road trip and unfortunately hit an animal on the highway. Since we were driving another 20 hours, we wanted to make sure everything was okay. Brian was open on a Sunday - while nearly all other mechanics were closed. He saw us right away, took time to look at the car, and didn’t charge us! We’ll be paying it forward. Thanks Brian!!

Excellent customer service! Fair prices and won’t charge if they can’t solve your problem. It was wonderful to have recommendations for alternative options to obtain parts for replacement. Same day service with a timely turnaround was an added bonus. Automotive repairs are stressful but Iconic made this experience stress free. 100% would recommend.

I was in a bind having to travel back home on a Sunday when my car broke down. Brian was absolutely amazing!!! He helped repair my car when everyone told me to come back another day! He estimated my car would take an hour to fix but had it completed within 30 min! He also put up with my questions of curiosity! He was very friendly and efficient! 10/10 recommend him! Thanks again for your help!!

These guys are clutch. It's memorial day weekend and my car needed a new starter installed. All 4 places I went to told me to come back next week, but these guys had an open spot for me and it only took an hour for them to do the job. I was grateful to have my car back on the road and at such a crucial time that I gave these guys a tip 🙏🏿.

I was fine with paying $1700 dollars to repair my truck. However, I am not okay with poor quality of your work. I had to spend my night in my truck. It was freezing. I was stuck in the middle of nowhere until I found a honest mechanic who fixed your terrible work and didn’t even charge me. You taught me an expensive life lesson.
