They did great. Brought my car in on a Friday picked it up on the Monday after. So it only took them like 9 days to fix it up and it looks like new. Would recommend bringing in your car even if it’s a newer model

Very perfunctory repair! They were responsible for helping me contact the insurance company for compensation, and the bill showed that it was a new replacement, but when I got the car, I found that my front bumper was simply glued together and not replaced with a new one!

The communication was great and they went above and beyond by fixing scratches on the car that weren’t even part of the work order. They also cleaned and detailed that car too which was a real bonus. The quality of the repair was phenomenal. Highly recommend.

Damage to my car was covered by the other driver's Geico and Im glad I chose iDeal. Really easy, organized, and prompt. And the painting was done well. Aside from some of the painters tape adhesive left behind, the car looks great.

No one wants to deal with having their car fix after an accident but I must say the folks at ideal automotive made this a terrific experience. From the Secratery to the manager supervising the work everyone was a pleasure to work with. When I came to pick up the car which was ready ahead of schedule I was thrilled with the work… clean, neat and all the paint was matched perfectly! I would recommend this shop to everyone!

This place was fantastic! Our car got hit and pretty banged up while street parked. We found this shop through our insurance, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. When we received the original timing estimate, we mentioned that we were hoping to receive the car earlier for a trip and would be willing to pay a little extra to expedite. They insisted that no extra payment was needed, and gave us a revised estimate before our trip. They finished the car not only in time for our trip but two days before the revised estimate - only three business days after we dropped it off. They also replaced a mirror that had been destroyed in a separate incident at no cost (we brought the part). Can’t even tell the car was damaged now. Fast, reliable, easy to work with, honest. What else could you want in an auto shop?

I had huge scratch on my side door with dent. Came to this shop and they did a perfect job. They handle with care and fixed it within 2 days. I never know that my car can be like this new again. Special thanks for the manager, Calvin. P.S, they gave me a free car wash as well.

Used Ideal thru a GEICO claim and couldn’t have been happier. First off, their staff (Joey!) is really communicative and easy to reach. The manager is kind and takes his time to walk you through everything. They handled our bodywork flawlessly and even washed and detailed the car for pickup (7 days early!). Highly recommend them to anyone looking for fast and thoughtful service. Thanks all!

I took my car to this location to get an inspection today, and it was a really positive experience. The guys are very nice and friendly and it took very little time for them to finish the inspection. I will definitely be returning next time I need anything done for my car.

I recently took my Toyota Sienna to Ideal Auto Body in Brooklyn for repairs after a collision. I was very impressed with the entire experience, from the initial estimate to the final delivery of my car. The team at Ideal Auto Body is incredibly professional and courteous. They took the time to explain the repair process in detail and answer all of my questions. They also kept me updated on the progress of my car throughout the repair process. I was particularly impressed with Joey, the Claim Specialist. She was incredibly helpful and efficient in working with my insurance company. She made sure that I understood the process and that my claim was processed quickly and smoothly. When I picked up my car, I was amazed at the quality of the repairs. My car looked brand new! The team at Ideal Auto Body did an outstanding job of matching the paint and restoring my car to its original condition. I would highly recommend Ideal Auto Body to anyone who needs bodywork done. I am sharing my recent terrible experiences with this auto shop. Currently I get involved with a non-fault car accident. I was introduced by someone to use Ideal Automotive located at 129 34th Street, Brooklyn, NY as my repair shop and to claim the other side's insurance. Ideal Automotive are NOT professionals at all. The services are not professional as listed from my explanation below: 1. They are totally overpriced. Their prices are as high as insurance company would charges, even higher than that. 2. Easy to give up claiming third party insurance instead of claiming your own insurance, cause your premium goes up! In my case, since it was a non-fault car accident, Ideal Automotive should really claim the other side's insurance. However, they didn't do so, and they claimed my own insurance company (which is easy for them). If I need to claim my own car insurance, what is the purpose of using them. Totally not professional at all. 3. Unprofessional way to deal with the adjustor from the insurance company. They use clerical staff who has no mechanical experience to deal with insurance adjustors and they did not fully explain what need to be repaired. There are some parts that was damaged, but the staff person did not tell the adjustor. It was NOT professional to handle customer's claims in this way and they are careless. 4. No one check the quality of the repair at completion. There were parts that were NOT fixed, even though they already overpriced charged you!
