DO NOT USE THIS FRAUD! I wish I would’ve read the reviews before going to him. Save yourself some money by spending more money somewhere else because Brian is going to cost you more money than you bargained for. I wish I could give him ZERO stars. Now I’m out of a car with a newborn baby, 3 other kids and jobs. He came to change a fix my radiator. The part didnt fit perfectly so we had him put the original back since the car wasn’t overheating or anything, we just knew it would need to be replaced soon. Had to pay him for the full job regardless, only for him to have messed up my car possibly beyond repair. Long story short, after he left I test drove my car to make sure it drove the same and it stalled . Wouldn’t move in any gear anymore. And of course he won’t respond to my call or texts. I will be seeking legal action.

Do Not use Rashad! This was my second time using Rashad. First time replaced alternator and did a good job. Hired him to replace my water pump. He disassembled everything and broke a bolt. Never returned to complete job and would not return calls. Rashad left with my tensioner belt pulley and the new one cost me almost $300. Not a reputable guy. Was without car for a week and a half waiting on part and then having to do the work myself.

Do not go to him!’ I sent him $250 to purchase my starter 2 weeks ago! He ignores my calls and my mom calls and keep lying he won’t send my money back after returning the starter back. I just lost my car and I need every dollar cause I work at a hospital. He is so unprofessional I wouldn’t send a burning car to this man. He will let anybody die. I’m reporting him to better business bureau 8/22/22 update- He took my catalytic converters off my car he stole it. I also made a police report

I called him to come and help. We were on a road trip to Virginia and my husbands car broke down in Atlanta. I called and he said he’d be there in 30 minutes. He never came and I called him back and I got no answer. If you don’t like being a mechanic then quit! Don’t waste people’s time!

I went in personally to the shop and spoke with the owner Calvin about my vehicle. He told me to have my car towed over to their shop. I did that and then he would not accept the vehicle. I had to pay for a tow there and back and I'm still at square 1. He lied about having a conversation with me until I made him admit that he did and he told me to bring the car. I have never seen anything so unprofessional And so unwarranted. I do not recommend this service and I will not recommend it to anyone else

I communicated via text to an individual about pricing on repair to 2 cars. He responded with pricing. I then told him that I need one car done immediately and he never responded. I eventually reached out again asking when he could provide service and game a date. He responded saying that day would be ok. The day before I contacted him again to all how he would get to my home without the information he needed. I provided all information and he never showed foot repair. No response has been reciprocated since then and this is a bet unprofessional way of doing business

Needed alternator replaced. Mechanic Rashad did do the job, but drained all the power steering fluid & moved the line to do it. I've had alternator done before with other mechanics who never had to do that. The car wouldn't even turn, so I had to go buy the fluid & put it in the next day. When Rashad was done & gone, I noticed he'd left a part under the car. I texted him a pic & asked if it was part of the alternator assembly. He only responded it was something that might have fallen out of his bag. The car drove fine the next day. 2 days later, however, the check engine light was on. When I started the car, it was revving up to 3 in park, idling roughly & misfiring. Advance Auto ran diagnostic & got code P0505, Idle Air. I had to go to them because Rashad stopped responding to my calls & texts. When my normal mechanic got back to town, I texted him the pic of the part left by Rashad. He said it went to the alternator. Now he'll be coming behind Rashad's work to get the car back into proper working order. I would not recommend anyone use this I-Fix U-Ride service. Obviously Rashad has some skills, but he's not ready for "prime time."

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. They stood me up and kept saying they on the way and never came. An that the would be there in 30 minutes. Wasted a whole day. Not worth it.

After reading the reviews, I was skeptical. However, this gentleman was punctual and way more than I expected. He even took the time to take me to get the part I needed and educated me during the process. He answered all my questions and let me hover; which I'm sure was annoying. Last but not least he was very patient. Will definitely reccomend. To anyone reading this I'd say give him a chance and see for yourself. Thanks again. IFix definitely had me riding again.

I've worked with this company on two separate occasions at two separate addresses. He arrived as agreed. I already had the parts ready for him upon arrival. He took everything apart and realized that the auto part store gave me the wrong parts! He was gracious enough to take me to the auto parts store to get the right parts. He got me up and running in no time! I wouldn't call ANYONE else. Great work, and fantastic attitude.

Please do not use this business if you are on a time schedule better yet if you want your car to be fixed. I call this business on Friday in hopes to get my car fixed we set up a time for 12-1 for the next day. That time came I heard nothing i reached out didn’t get a response until 2 hrs later stating the previous job went over and he could head this way. Well i said okay call me when you arrive. I never got a response and he never showed. Poor customer service and unprofessional...... i will never use this business again.

Same experience as another reviewer. I was flexible, let the mechanic choose a time and I got a no-show. I waited nearly an hour past the scheduled time and no response from vendor. I guess they are busy enough and have a large customer base established to not need new business. Really unprofessional to be a no-show considering folks rely on their vehicles to put food on their table.

Same experience as other reviewers, scheduled an appointment and no one ever showed. Made numerous attempts to follow up and received no corresponded 2-3 hours after scheduled appointment. Wouldn’t recommend.
