Money goblins , went to try to get an alignment there due to route reasons and the workers there came up with all this BS to try to get my money, like, getting wheel weights for no reason when the wheels were fine, then told me that I needed new lower control arms, (which were totally fine) and adding stupid prices on everything. Post alignment: Went to my OG spot and everything went smoothly. Car is perfectly fine than what these loot goblins have told me. Don't recommend imperial tire services.

I love this shop, I've brought tires and rims from here and had them do my shocks. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. Going back to get me some low profiles👍🏾🫶🏾💯

They attended me right away when they noticed me waiting there. Friendly, courteous, and honest in showing there was a nail stuck in my tire. Fast service in patching up the tire, like in 10 minutes.

This tire shop is EV friendly. They fixed and patched my Tesla Model Y tire in less than 30 minutes and paid $35. Definitely recommend!

Came in to have them check a low tire, the mechanic Adrian noticed there was a nail as soon as he started lifting it. $20 well spent. Very fast service about 10 minutes.

This is a friendly good tire shop I've been going there for over 5 or 6 years never had any issues the the owners or the daughters they're very sweet they're very nice I don't see any racism or nothing there they they handle the customers as they are there they take good care of me I've never had any problems with warranties or anything there if I had an issue they took care of the issue without a problem I love them like my own family and I would recommend them I recommended them to a lot of my family and friends okay thank you

Customer service is excellent. I love the women there and the man they’re so cool it feels like I’m with Family. They do great work on my brakes. I just go get my brakes done and tires and they do a wonderful job they do not take long first come first serve I love it had a check it out, and the prices are reasonable.

Quick, polite and no fuss! Got my tire patched up really quick for 15 bucks (My tire was a very simple and uncomplicated fix). The person at the counter even made it super easy to tip by giving me the cash amount for the tip from the total + tip I paid with card, Love it! It really says a lot about the business ethic when they make it really easy to tip their personnel! Thank you for your hard work, Eddie!
