An inspection on a car cost $25 everywhere But they charge $35 Will definitely never use them again!!!! That’s freaking ridiculous Just went to the TAX OFFICE they said it’s ILLEGAL to charge more than $25 I have a receipt for $35 will definitely do what they told me to do

I have used this shop in the past with good results till now. He did some work on a Honda that I gave to my daughter. Had some problems less than a year later and towed it in. There was a $300 to analyze it which I was happy to pay. At that point he had the option to decide that it could be repaired or walk away. He chose to do the repair and recommended what needed to be done... 24hrs later and $1200. it was ready to pick up. It was picked-up and didn't make it a block before it stopped running again and had to tow it back a second time, found out it hadn't even been test driven. Towed back a 3rd time... found other problems.. another $600. Picked it up and drove it a few days before stalling on the side of the road. Just towed it home. I contacted Ken about refunding some or all of the repairs and his answer was it needed more work and I should tow it in again. He said no to any kind of refund and I explained he would not be getting another chance. I get it, its a older car, needed more work , but if he couldn't repair it for that purpose he should have walked away from this repair and let me just help my daughter buy another car which she did. I had spent $1000s with him on previous repairs, obvious repeat business does not have value. Looks like just a payday.. No integrity at this shop... take your vehicle somewhere else.

Warning. Do not take any of your vehicles here. Brought my car in for front and back brakes in July and they did not do all the brakes but charged me for it.

Called the shop to ask for a quote on my car repair. Ken answered the phone and was very rude and unprofessional and told me to "make it quick" and that I need to work on my customer service skills and that I don't do my job well? Lol. Ken if your not having a good day don't take it out on your customers because you definitely just lost one. Would not recommend this shop.

Ken and Ricky were very professional. They were upfront with all costs and did it in record time. They were very low cost compared to Dallas based foreign car repair. I am so glad they are located here! I will definitely be using them in the future and highly recommend them 👌

My car wouldn’t start, so I had them do a diagnostic test on it to find the problem. They said it was the battery. I agreed to the repair. My car was here for almost 2 weeks for a battery repair. After I got my car back I noticed parts were missing from my car. Even minor things like my gas cap had been changed out with an older, worn down cap. My car had the original BMW gas cap, but they took my cap and swapped it for a generic cap. My engine cover was missing as well. Everyday I notice new things that were taken from my car while here at this shop. My husband called and explained what was going on. They promised to call him back but they kept avoiding us. NEVER WILL I EVER USE THIS SHOP AGAIN!!!!

Too high and my car wasn't fixed $281 to run test and told me it would be $14,000 instead I took it to Mercedes-Benz and they charge me $900

I gave it a one star because at least they did fix my car. Highly over charged and my car was in the shop for more then a week or two. As the weeks passed, price kept going up. 24,000/ 2-Year Warranty is non existent after they couldn’t readjust a sensor they had moved in the process of the work being done. Also my state inspection didn’t pass so I had to pay again :) If you’re tryin to avoid the dealerships, this is basically the same price. I’d recommend your factory car dealer, before getting robbed here.

I live in Glenn Hieghts, Tx. The owner Ken and his mechanics recently did a 1,200$ major job on my prestinely kept 2006 jaguar xj8L. He also made further evaluations of other work I wanted to have done. With a 2yr warranty on parts and labor. I was glad to pay the 1,200$ invoice. I found Ken and his staff to be extremely professional, knowledgeable, creatible, and they did excellent work on my vehicle. You cannot go wrong if you choose to have your vehicle worked on or serviced at Imported Automobiles.. A Big Thanks to Ken and His Staff... You guys have a loyal customer. CHRISTOPHER TAYLOR

I have taken my Volkswagen to several mechanics and no one could fix my car. They would always say let’s try this and maybe this might fix your car. Ken fixed my car and explained to me why my car was having the issues it was having. My car runs greats and his price is affordable and his quality of work is refreshing to come across.
