Extremely disappointed at the level of service. I had approximately 85% of tread on my rear tires and about 10% on my front tires. Called to inquired about pricing, was satisfied with it, proceeded to the shop to purchase. They took my vehicle to perform the service, then came back telling me that they noticed that my rear tires needed to be replaced because they were "wobbly" and that my lug nuts were after market which meant that they were the wrong size. They proceeded to try to upsell me the rear tires and new lug nuts. Although I do agree that they are aftermarket, they have held my tires in for the past 9 years. After much going back and forward, I finally put my foot down and said that all i wanted was my front tires. They said they were going to have me sign a document releasing them from any liability. When the service was done, they provided me with the keys and just simply said, I tried to help you. No receipt or anything! I asked for it and they proceeded to say that since I didn't agree with their recommendations, that they will not honor any warranties (see image attached). All because they couldn't make a sale. What a way to drive a loyal client with multiple vehicles away!

Took my 23’ GR Corolla in for an alignment as I had just installed new tires onto the car, they gladly accepted my car and took it in within minutes since it wasn’t busy at the time. Showed me the before and after specs and left it feeling like the first day I drove it off the lot. No pulling left or right, straight on point! Don’t remember the alignment technicians name but very good guy definitely knows what he’s doing! Would recommend to anyone who needs it!

Gone twice to repair a nail on my tire and been told "machine not working" or "Too busy come back later" what a disappointment. Careful with the owner too he's a salesman better prices and service elsewhere.

Took it to this place because it looked like a legit shop that wouldn’t swindle me. I went in for an alignment on my Ford Explorer and told me they couldn’t do the alignment because the rack & pinion had play in it. They charged me $65 and didn’t even fix my problem. Took it to a ford dealership to fix my alignment and they did it without any problem. Do not go here thinking your service is professionally done

El sevicio hiba bien el problema es la mala counicacion entre el personal ..al principio la mujer que atiende me dio un precio y despues de unos 20 minutos me dijo que me hiba a cobrar mas por el sevicio le dije que porque y me dijo que porque el mecanico le habia dicho que me cobrara mas ...siempre he comprado ahi las llantas para mis carros cuando pido recivos por los servicios que le hacen a mis carros la mujer siempre se niega a dar recibos no entiendo porque ..las veces que el dueño me a atendido siempre es muy atento y muy buena persona lastima que por culpa de 2empleados que son la mujer qie atiende y isidro el mecanico pierdan a unos clientes

This place is amazing I brought my own tires and asked them To install and balance them They gave me a very cheap price Plus most tire shops won’t install tires unless you buy from them Not this shop they jumped right on it Staff was very friendly and fast They do have a waiting room and restrooms which is a big plus I highly recommend this shop They stand by their name In n out that simple

I went to program my TPMS sensors because another tire shop I had them installed on were to lazy to do it. They are fast and great price, $25 to program all 4 sensors

Sin palabras algunas veces dudamos de un lugar ese fue mi caso, pero quedé 100% satisfecho x el trabajo ,se le puso una axle y alineación y se ajustaron cosas de suspensión muy pero muy profesionales no soy de dejar reseñas pero está vez lo hice para ayudar a la sociedad y que lugares como este sean más rrecurentes 5 estrellas sin dudarlo👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

THESE GUYS ARE DEAD BEATS, THEY BOUNCE CHECKS TO SUPPLIERS AND DON'T PAY THEIR BILLS FOR TIRES. IF THEY DON'T PAY SUPPLIERS, I CAN ONLY IMAGINE HOW THEY WOULD TREAT A CUSTOMER WITH A PROBLEM.
