This shop has been a blessing for me since day one. Owner is very honest and will always find ways to save you money I guarantee. Also, it ain’t matter what kind of vehicle you have that can fix it. They fixed an issue on my Mercedes that everyone else told me I had to take it to the dealer and would cost thousands. I fixed it at in and out with just a few hundred bucks and less than a day. Amazing business folks, you can count on them.

My car was in and out of the shop for 2 weeks as they seemed to always miss something else that needed to be replaced (which also would cost extra lol). The owner was nice and did go out of his way to help which was appreciated. Relatively fast service as well, just wish there was more thorough inspection so I didn’t have to keep brining it in.

Es un patán y abusador el dueño de el negocio cobra las partes y no las instala y aun que le muestres con pruebas se aferra a que le pagues las partes nuevas.

Mal servicio, te cobran las piezas nuevas y no las instalan, toda persona debe de revisar que cambien las piezas que dicen que te van a poner y que te muestren las piezas viejas. Nota: tomar fotos antes de dejar tu auto en este lugar.

I met Raul through a coworker because I had an issue with my car and I went to 3 different mechanics bought parts and paid for labor and the light was still coming on after a couple weeks? So I went on a limb and went to Raul my coworker talked well about him. As soon as I get there I feel comfortable he talks you through the process what they are doing , shows me the damages and what it takes to repair . He was fair and up front of everything. I paid and never had to deal with that issue again . 3 shops couldn’t fix it imagine 🤣. With me being a girl I’m always scared I’m going to get scammed or over charged he made sure I was comfortable with everything and the cost Raul is good people and an even better mechanic. He moved 40 min away! From where I stay but guess where I’m going ? To Raul ! 🫶🏽 thank you so much ! He will always have me as a customer

I done took my 2010 Crown Vic there to Raul for different parts to get put on my car, today he didn’t give up until he found the problem. Cool dude so he’ll be the only person touching any of my cars for now on!!! I definitely would recommend him and his 2 workers fasho! Thanks!

I wanted to write about how happy and glad I am that I came to IN & OUT Auto Mechanic. I went to Firestone and they were going to charge me around $1500 to replace 2 lower control arms and ball joints on my Toyota Camry 2009. But the guys at IN & OUT are incredibly reasonable and charged me around half the price. The guys here were highly knowledgeable in their diagnosis of the problem, the costs of the parts and their labor and work was exceptional. I'm now always going to bring my Honda Odyssey and Prius for any repair from now onwards. It's very hard to find reliable, honest and reasonably priced auto mechanics that don't charge you an arm and a leg for repairs. Super happy to bring my business to IN & OUT and I strongly recommend anyone to come and check them before they go to any of the retail auto workshops out there.

I went there to do a oil change OMG the next day I noticed that my car is leaking oil I'm been contacting him and he saying that he got nothing to do with it I'm like Whaaat ??? He dosen't have NO licenses, my car is Ford mustang 2018 Do NOT GO THERE AVOID This SHOP.

I went by because of the positive reviews and will not return. I needed a simple Oil change and was told it would be several days before they could get to it NEVER Going back again And don't go there its not safe to have work done on you car .

My car was completely dead and the owner was very kind! He towed my car from my apartment and brought it straight to the shop to see what was wrong with my car. He was also very nice and took me back to my apartment so I didn't have to wait at the shop and picked me up when it was ready since I live very close. I got my car fixed the same day and it is running better than ever! He also gave me advice about my auto break feature on my car. The owner talks to you straight and doesn't try to force unnecessary repairs on you. I would come back in a heartbeat! Awesome, quick and reliable service! :)

Phenomenal work and super informative. I came in because my battery wouldn’t work. Turns out it was an alternator issue. They were super helpful in diagnosing the issue and replacing it quickly to get me back on my wheels! He opened up my hood and showed me the BRAND NEW alternator and walked me through the warranty for the part. Thank you so much and I’ll be back no matter the issue for my car.

The best service you can ask for, relentless in finding out the problem with your car. I went to a Chevy dealership and they told me I had to replace my air compressor just to find out all I had was some leaks that in and out repaired and fast too. I want to say thank you for efforts it is very appreciated. Raul you the best fam.
