They ran an overpriced, unnecessary diagnostic on my vehicle, and did not return everything that they had removed back to their original positions. I noted my missing bolts, and Victor adamantly denied that he or his men had misplaced them. He wanted me to believe that the bolts were never there, that I must have lost them elsewhere. He extended a “kindly” gesture, that he would find some for me despite it “not being his fault”, after which — nearly an entire year later — he still has not done. He neither returns nor answers calls, and each time I visit in person he regurgitates the same lie — that the junk yard does not have any and he will try again. He then proceeds to take down my number a third, fourth, fifth time only to never call. Had I seen these poor reviews, I would have never, but was referred by a friend who vouched for him during an emergency situation with my vehicle. They absolutely are not to be trusted.

Called to ask about Their services and prices, the guy was friendly until I asked about prices the guy hanged up on me, I called back giving him the benefit of the doubt and no one answer I hate places that don’t post their prices or aren’t willing to share them unless you make the drive there. I’m trying to support small businesses around my area but for sure never I’m attempting to go there again.
