I had to get my car engine replaced because it got locked up. The service and the workers were amazing fast and friendly and reliable individuals 10/10 I definitely recommend this place. Brad and Jr was amazing and they sell awesome metal art pieces too check them out while your inside

I highly recommend this shop for all your machanic needs! They are efficient, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. I have several vehicles that always have one thing or another going on with them, and they have it fixed in no time, and the best part is, they don't overcharge! Thanks for all your hard work!

GM I was very impressed with this company as the intake was very pleasant. The guy gave great details about the process of repairing my car. As I was sitting and during my paperwork I overheard the guys in the back being professional they were working on another car. I was on the phone with my husband and I told him these guys know what they are doing. I highly recommended this company thanks

I was shopping around for an auto mechanic cause my truck was smoking out of the exhaust, i found these guy, not only did they repair my truck but they didn't try to sell me another engine unlike two other auto shop for $8,000. I appreciate their honest and fairness.I will use them again.

Once again, Brad @ I N Touch Automotive did a great job. Fast and thorough,. I went in for oil change and he always let's me know anything to watch out for on my 2010 Nissan Murano. Over the past 4 years, I have had new radiator and new transmission and both were installed within a 24 hour time period. This is very important as I need my only car in order to work. Nice to have someone you can trust. Thank you, Brad.

The team was very respectful and professional, drove the car to see exactly what I was trying to describe to them before even looking at my car. Brad and his team are great guys and really do care about fixing your issue. I came to them after going to several other car shops trying to get my coolant issues resolved and so far, I have no complaints! Grateful that I’ve found them and I will be using them for all my car needs from now on.

I'm currently still out of state working I will be back next week in town. But my mom said that she thinks you all have done a great job and that she thinks you all work is genuine. She said the Truck drives a lot better now. I will be doing more business with Brad and I highly recommend them. And I think they was reasonable with the price. Thanks again for taking care of me especially with me sending my mom/women, a lot of mechanics take advantage of women now days so I really appreciate you.

If you do anything call Brad at InTouch first. I would not recommend anyone else! Broke down in the middle of an 11 hr drive in Birmingham AL with my child. Was able to physically make it to several shops before our car completely just stopped rolling and called at least 12 different shops seeking help and was told they were all busy and wouldn't be able to help anytime soon even if we were towed there that day. Called Brad at InTouch and he said he would "call me back" and asked me to send my location. Which I had heard before so I wasn't convinced and kept calling around to no help and was very much feeling hopeless. Next thing I know he pulls up with an employee and has me to his shop and back out the door within an hour and a half. He could've taxed us knowing our desperate situation but he did not do that either. Extremely blessed to have been where we were and thankful for the guys at InTouch, they are really out here saving lives. I pray Brad has many years of prosperity and favor. Thank you for getting us back on the road!
