This was my first time getting truck repaired at Independence Car Care Ctr. They were polite, quick and reasonably priced for the service I had done on my truck. My truck is running great. Highly efficient service with reasonable price. Also they’re open until 6:00 pm which helps when you drop off your vehicle for repair and get it from there after work.

They were able to get my daughter’s car in on the same day and were quick to diagnose and fix her car! It was an emergency as she needed to be back to college quickly! You guys are a lifesaver!!! Everyone I dealt with was professional and nice!!

This place is amazing. My family and I have been coming here for awhile now after my former mechanic retired. Great, honest work and doesn’t upsell you out the wazoo. Prices are very affordable and the folks here are down to earth and take care of ya.

Honest prices reliable work. Had my car in and checked was told it needed to go to a dealer, they did not charge me. First thing the dealer said was 150 to check it. When the dealer said I needed brakes I said not now and came here for my brakes. Am now a regular customer.

Fantastic experience- will return in the future and certainly recommend! My car required immediate maintenance but our family mechanic was booked. I am so grateful for Cody and the team at Independence Car Care for their help! Not only did they fit me in the schedule, but I was able to work remotely in their comfortable and clean waiting area. After a few hours I was back on the road and my car was driving better than ever. Thank you!!

I appreciate the professional curiosity that’s extended to me & the workmanship that’s provided by the mechanics who work on my vehicle. The comfortable waiting area is very clean with complimentary refreshments. Unlike the car dealership that I purchased my vehicle from, the employees here are very polite & accommodating. I’m so glad I was introduce to this auto service.

I had an exhaust that separated and needed replacing/repairing. I stopped in at Independence without an appt desperate for some silence. Jeff diagnosed the problem (which wasn't hard) but gave me options for the fix. He repaired the separation to push the replacement into next yr which was my preferred method. Thank you and I will be back for the replacement when the time comes.

Jeff from independence auto care is always a great help! I needed a battery replacement and my dealership + local mechanic had me booked out for close to weeks, Jeff was able to get me in same day within 2 hours and complete my work order while having a full schedule. I highly recommend independence auto care to any of my friends family and others!

They were able to see me the afternoon after I called. Service hours to fix my car were less than expected. Waiting area was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was clean as well. The staff were personable.

Took my car to independence auto care and Jeff at the recommendation of a friend after my mechanic of many years could not find an issue that Jeff was able to find in 24 minutes. In addition he pointed out two more issues with my tires/Brakes and fixed them. I was especially impressed with how he showed me exactly what was wrong with my car and recommended suggestions to fix it in the shop rather than just telling me what it was. Pretty sure I found a new mechanic who is knowledgeable, personable and has a clean shop and waiting room for customers

Blew the motor in a vehicle over a weekend. I was panicked and stressed. Called a few mom and pop shops and the dealer. Most shops said they didn’t want to do it, and the dealer said they wanted to do a full tear down before agreeing to do the motor, and quoted me $14,000. I had sent an email to Independance. The owner Jeff got back to me quickly, and told me to call Cody at the shop. Cody took over from there, and found me a great motor, and had it installed WITHIN THE WEEK! He called multiple times to update me on the status of the vehicle and I paid $7,500 and change, including tax, which is exactly where he estimated me. I do a lot of my own maintenance because I know how a lot of these shops can be, but I’m so happy to know there’s a shop with integrity nearby. Thanks guys, you’ve earned a customer for life!
